Nuestra propiedad única es un loft / apartamento de segundo piso ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de Auburn, California. Es un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño, reformado con buen gusto, ubicado en una encantadora tienda ubicada en la calle principal del centro de Auburn. Construido en 1889 y actualmente actualizado en 2018. Great location, fun and bustling during the day, mostly silent at night! Easy to get around the immediate area on foot with access to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to surrounding areas in your car. Well equipped, clean and architecturally unique. Tasteful aesthetic to the furnishings and decor.I travel solo and felt very secure here with four, count them, four deadbolts on solid door to the apartment. Check in and check out were easy peasy. The owner was communicative and very helpful. You're smart to book this place if you're headed up to the Auburn area!

I came here looking for a quiet space that was close to town. This apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was modern and comfortable. Dawn the owner was communicative and even accommodated a last minute check-in change. I would definitely stay again.

Every time I stay here I think "I would love to live here." Beautiful and charming decor, spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host is always welcoming and responsive, making my trip even more enjoyable.

We have now stayed at “The Apartment” about six times in less than two years! We call it our “home away from home! It is cutely decorated, clean and is equipped with everything you will need for a nice and comfortable stay!
“The Apartment” Is located downtown in old Auburn amongst shops and dining. The host, Dawn, Is easy to communicate with and work with. You will truly love staying at “The Apartment”!

Everything about "The Apartment" is perfect. The location couldn't be more convenient for shopping and dining. The unit itself is gorgeous. It's very large and well-supplied with linens, cozy throw blankets, all kinds of useful things in the kitchen, not to mention the comfy leather furniture, the copper kitchen sink, and the amazing lighting fixtures. Loved the frosty glasses in the freezer. It's just wonderful. I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again and again. Thank you Dawn and Dan. What a place!

The Apartment will always be my choice whenever I need a Gold Country Auburn fix. It is perfectly located and walkable in the Downtown and to the Old Town, and the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and gives me many inspirations for design and decorating. Love this place.

I dont want to say too much for the fear it will be booked up in the future! But... if this is my 3rd or 4th stay here, and already pre-booked the next visit, that is saying something. I gush to friends on the beautiful design on the property to begin with, but for me it is perfect location for my times to Auburn, and the owners/communication are top notch!

Our family of four (including two adult children) stayed here for a SECOND time! It's clean, decorated with thoughtful historical charm (but not cutesy or tacky), comfortable, and located right in downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping just outside the door. This is a gem and the owners are awesome. I highly recommend and would/will stay here every time we visit Auburn!

I loved our stay here and I hope to come back again. The apartment is in the perfect location to walk to the Auburn Downtown restaurants and shops, and near Old Town. The apartment is clean, comfortable, adorable and inspiring. Loved it!!

Fun little spot with great decor! Full of charm, character and comfort. The only downside of this location is if you arrive during peak business hours, close street parking is hard to come by so it can be a bit of a trek with luggage. But that can be easily avoided by having some flexibility with arrival time.

Great find! Traveling around California from the Pittsburgh. This was first stop to visit family in Auburn. Great location, super cute and clean apartment. Good set up for family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone have their own space. Owner was great to work with. Yummy coffee shop with great bagels and oatmeal down the street. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time using Vrbo & we had a great experience! The location was close to so many options for dining & shopping in downtown. We had all the amenities that we needed & plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a place for my family of four to stay that was close to Tahoe for skiing. I was a little nervous about being downtown above shops, but it was quiet and very convenient. Love the historic character of the apartment and the decor. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

“The Apartment” is absolutely perfect! It is decorated with such charm and coziness. We have now stayed there twice in the past 4 months and are looking forward to staying there again!
The beds are comfortable and the linen is soft and fluffy. “The Apartment” is in the midst of restaurants, coffee shops and quaint little shops.
Dawn is very accommodating and definitely interested in making your stay pleasurable.
We have stayed at plenty VRBOs and this is definitely our favorite!

We loved our stay at this property! It is meticulously clean, very nicely updated and I loved how it was decorated. It is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Auburn. It is also very close to hiking trails. All in all, it made for an awesome long get away weekend for my husband and I.

I love this place, the decor, comfort, right in the middle of town, walk everywhere, and close to the trails. Owners are responsive and proactive. Beautiful place to stay when in Auburn.

Owners were very communicative and prompt in answering questions. Apartment is very cool, eclectic and great location. There are some stairs to get to it from the street so just be aware of that.

Charming Auburn Apartment
This is a well-appointed and comfortable apartment above turn of the century (last century) retail shops in upper Auburn. As a child (I grew up in Auburn), I often rode by this location on my bike and bought candy and ice cream in the Drugstore nearby. Auburn is a small town in the center of the gold country in California, and this location is one of the best to experience all Auburn has to offer. We loved the space, very comfortable, USB charging in all rooms, wide screen tv, surprisingly quiet and cozy. We will be back!

Lovely Apartment in the Heart of Old Town
From the moment we opened the door we were enchanted. This perfectly appointed space was almost too special to stray from, but the town of Auburn is too charming and fun to miss! We have been sitting around all morning thinking of reasons to return to Auburn and this apartment. We came for a family wedding and we hope they throw a first anniversary party!

Great location
Dawn communicated great the entire time and ensured what the expectations were. In a great location in Auburn close to restaurants and shops and highway accesss. AC, clean, fresh linen, more than enough space, beautifully decorated and price point was there. I would stay again and highly recommend.
