Fantastic host, superb view of the ocean, access to private beach. Lovely apartment- Saw dolphins and whales from the bedroom

The steps leading up to the flat, the shower/bath setup could be improved. Difficult to shower and have the taps in behind the water gashing down from the spout. The instep could be one brick lower. I guess it is always difficult to have a shower bath combination.

Beautifully laid out with panoramic views of the Indian ocean from the main bedroom and sitting room. The decor was gorgeous with original art works on the walls and the space very well designed with guest comfort high on the agenda. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with a 6 range gas burner and sharp knives as well as any handy utensil you could think of. It also had a washing machine and a dishwasher which was extremely useful if you're travelling long distances and exploring. There is also a swimming pool a minutes walk away and bbq facilities there as well as at the entrance to the property. The beach with many rock pools is accessed through a private gate.
You would do better staying here than in a swanky hotel.

The location is very safe, quiet and has uninterrupted view of the ocean and beach. I loved having the aircon in the two bedrooms.
Everything we needed was there, no negative points.

What a gem of a place which we thoroughly enjoyed. Kathy is an amazing and caring host. My new most favorite home away from home. Can‘t wait to visit again.

The location is wonderful. The main bedroom is very spacious.
The second bedroom and bathroom are OK for kids, but not really for 2 adults. The second bathroom was not clean enough. There is not enough seating in the lounge for 4 adults.

Super view of the ocean through the large windows. Comfortable king size bed , kitchen very well equipped, nice seating in both, lounge/diner and bedroom, separate dining table.
Amenities easy to reach by car.
There was a washing machine, but nothing to hang up wet clothes.

lovely apartment with the view being spectacular, the wide windows which open onto the view! going to miss the sound and smell of the ocean! great location next to the beach and a stones through from Ballito and all of those beaches too! pleasant restaurants all around and lots to do to entertain the children outside of the beach, pool & she’ll hunting

Where do I start. Kathy & Giles are exceptional hosts. The place is an absolute gem where you recharge in peace. The private access to the beach and the ocean view from our room were top tier. We enjoyed our walks at the beach and our stay was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for sharing your space with us Kathy.
There was nothing to dislike really, we were sad to leave.

The view was exceptional and perfectly located if all you wanted to do was relax and enjoy your surroundings. The host was very hands on with any questions or assistance we needed. Perfect get away from the hustle and bustle.
