Estivemos em família em três apartamentos diferentes, todos com decoração agradável, com todos os itens que você pode precisar para uma boa estadia. Camas confortáveis, bons chuveiros e sacada ampla em todos. Apenas o estúdio que apresenta a cama entre paredes pode ser um pouco menos confortável e também por ter a pia dentro do box do chuveiro. A localização é excelente com cafeterias, restaurantes, mercado e farmácias por perto. Também é possível chegar à Acrópole em 15 minutos andando. Realmente recomendo os apartamentos do Hércules Residence.

Sem reclamações, apenas sugestão: oferecer um serviço opcional de arrumação diária. Gostamos da lavanderia por oferecer também sabão e amaciante de roupas, porém o horário sugerido para uso não favorece turistas.

Clean and comfortable place to stay . Very helpful host. She helped a lot and also asked if everthing is OK during our stay.

Location! It is 13-15 mins. walk from main touristic areas. (Monostraki, Plaka, Psiri, Syntagma etc.) Normally it is not too much but if you are with kids it may be an issue. However Uber is quite cheap and practic in Athens, so it was not a big issue for us.

Gli spazi ampi, comodo anche per 8 persone 3 bagni comodissimi. Moderno con elettrodomestici nuovi. Bel terrazzo attorno a tutto l'appartamento. Completo di attrezzature cucina e asciugacapelli.

Noi avevamo 2 bambini di 10 anni, il divano letto potrebbe risultare scomodo per 2 adulti.

Wir haben das Appartment zu fünft bewohnt. 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, ein riesiges Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Alle Räume hatten einen Fernseher. Das Appartment hat ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie ein separates Gäste WC. Ein guter Haartrockner lag im Schrank, ebenso ein Glätteisen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr, Kapselmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kontaktgrill, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler und einem riesigen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Eine Flasche Wasser stand bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Tee, Instantkaffee, Salz und Öl sowie Spülutensilien waren vorhanden. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist Trinkwasser ( minimal gechlort). Alles war sehr sauber, die Handtücher sehr flauschig. Die Wohnung war im 3. OG mit 2 Balkonen. Einer dieser Balkone lag in der Vormittagssonne und man konnte dort seinen Kaffee genießen. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug. Die Eingangstüre zum Haus lässt sich mit einem Code öffnen, den Schlüssel zum Appartment kann man in einem Safe an der Tür deponieren. Im Keller befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, ein Spielraum für Kinder, Waschmaschinen und ein Raum, in dem man seine Koffer aufbewahren kann. Eine Toilette ist dort ebenfalls sowie ein Drucker, um ggf Tickets ausdrucken zu können. Das WLan war im ganzen Haus super. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit dezenten Dekoelementen. Die Heizung ließ sich gut steuern. Fensterläden in den Schlafzimmern verdunkeln den Raum auf Wunsch komplett . Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, etwa8 min fussläufig zur nächsten Metrostation ( Kerameikos, blaue Linie , Flughafenanbindung!)Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien und ein guter Pizza/Burgerlieferservice in 5 min Entfernung. Grüne Linie Haltestelle Petralona in 10 min Entfernung. Akropolis fussläufig ( 25 min) erreichbar. Kontakt zum Vermieter( Greek vacation) unkompliziert!

Nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

We were 3 people in this beautiful apartment. Each of us had our own bathroom including a toilet and shower. The kitchen had a toaster, coffee machine, contact grill, dishwasher, oven and stove. Everything was clean. Both the dishes and the oven. Our host, Eva, was easy to reach and also asked if everything was okay. Only one bathroom smelled from the drain. However, this was quickly resolved after we contacted Eva. The apartment had a huge balcony where you could enjoy the sun in the morning and late afternoon. The Metro 1 and Metro 2 were within walking distance (10 minutes). You could easily reach everything on foot anyway. There were also restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the plumber who removed the smell from the bathroom left the bathroom dirty. But the host can't do anything about it
