The owner left the impression that the apartment was looking at the main square (Plaza Mayor) however it was not, it had very little light (looking only towards a very dirty back yard). Furniture old and squeaky floor.

The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, sofa and tv, wifi, great kitchen and an excellent view. We loved the layout and the art work. It was modern and cosy with lots of books for the avid reader.

Nothing. Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect and easy.

Almost no daylight - apartment faces a dark alley, floors very used and uneven with gaps in them, bathroom was small and hard to move around in.

The communication went great. Excellent location. A clean apartment, beautifully decorated and waiting for us with the heat turned on. We didn't use the TV or the kitchen, but they are there and waiting for you, the future guests. And with coffee, the host's gift. We need to say again "Thank you!" We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. We also recommend you to visit Museo Nacional de Escultura and Museo Oriental.

No cleaning products, and generally a bit tired. A door was locked, and there was a foul smell coming from it.

perfect location right in the Main Square

Location was perfect. Floors a little creaky, but it was an old building. Views across the main square were fabulous. just about everything we needed was supplied.

Bed in the main bedroom was very creaky and just needed the joints tightening up. It would perhaps be an idea to have a kettle for hot drinks, other than coffee. All this was a minor inconvenience.

Some of the elecrical sockets are loose and the one in the bathroom would be a cause of concern

The location is fantastic and the flat is very nice, well decorated with all facilities. Very easy to access with the self check-in.

The only thing, but it is very minor, is that the bathroom smells musty at times. Not always. Probably because we were three having showers every day and it didn't have time to dry properly.

When we arrived lock to get keys wouldn’t work. Phoned number but no one spoke English so just hung up on me twice. Another Spanish man & wife staying there helped us with limited English. I phoned number back and he spoke to the lady to explain our problem. Eventually sorted out. Very grateful to the man. Air conditioning control had flat batteries. Didn’t work well when very cold. No tea towel to dry dishes. No detergent to wash up dishes.
