We had a great time. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The distance to the bay can’t be beat. Our family had a great time playing in the sand, barbecuing in the yard and admiring the beautiful views. Our daughter really loved the SeaWorld fireworks on the weekend evenings. Highly recommend!

Great, relaxing and clean spot. Well stocked with adequate supplies for our week. Amazing sunrises right out front and beautiful sunsets a two minute walk away.

The condo was nicely appointed, clean, and very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was fully furnished although a few kitchen items needed replenishing. The property was centrally located to all that Mission Beach has to offer but quiet and peaceful. We walked both the bay walk and on the ocean side and enjoyed watching the rowing club practices across the bay. We had a car (not that big) that barely fit in the garage so we parked in the public parking on El Carmel instead. However, we walked to restaurants and the grocery store and reserved the car for sightseeing.

We stayed at this amazing condo for a week with our two kids, ages 5 and 2. It was so wonderful to be right on the beach and to also have a little yard to let the kids play in. The property is centrally located with lots of fun things to do with kids within walking distance. The garage is small, but you can park a full size SUV in it if you are willing to crawl out the back :-)

For future renters- a compact car is essential for using the garage. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here! Our kids played across the road at the beach from sunup to sundown and we were able to watch from the house and front garden. The bay side where this house sits is significantly more friendly to small children than the ocean side as a result they were able to wander between the house and beach on their own, grabbing snacks and using the bathroom. We had large swaths of the beach to ourselves most of the time. There’s a sweet little coffee shop to walk to nearby and beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. Garage was a bit tight for our SUV but we managed. Overall, had a wonderful time here and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay! Very clean property in a great location. Right on the beach which was nice and quiet and the water was calm enough for our boys to safely swim. Justa few quick blocks from Mission Beach. Also very conveniently located to Sea World and other attractions. Will definitely keep this property in mind when we're back in San Diego.

Loved this place. Great location - right on the Bay and Baywalk and yet only 2 blocks from the ocean beach. This place was really well stocked and had great views of the Bay. Parking is tough in Mission Bay so the garage is great but believe the description when it says it is for smaller vehicles (it is narrow). The unit was clean and the photos were up to date - so no surprises. I hope to stay there again.

House is lovely. Kitchen is better stocked than most our home kitchens. Linens were nice and there was plenty of warm water.
It is easy to get around the area once you find your way. The garage is SMALL and takes some time to learn to get a mid size car in. Lovey view day and night.

This property is really nice in the furnishings & decor making it feel like home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the dishes are nice. The only downside are the beds are not comfortable, especially in the two smaller bedrooms.
The location being so close to the beach on the bay - literally just outside the door - & to the Pacific Beach, a two minute walk, is such a benefit. The outdoor patio furniture is nice & it is pleasant to sit there. Do be aware tho, that there is a lot of foot traffic on the path that runs along the property. The balcony on the master bedroom is fantastic! BUT the other two balconies are misrepresented in the photos. Both are on a busy, dirty, alleyway & the one is very tiny.
It is easy to walk to a bakery - Olive Baking is good - & stores & restaurants.
We appreciated that this unit has a garage & we didn't have to find a parking space. A big plus.
Lastly, Nicole is a dream to work with.

We had an amazing time staying at this location. Everything that we could possibly need was there for us. We also were in walking distance of sailboat and jetski rentals. The bay was out our back door and the beach was a one minute walk across the street. The beds were all very comfortable which is huge for me since I have a really bad back. I'd stay again!

We had an excellent stay at Mission Bay! Our hosts were very well organized and responsive to our needs. The place is exactly as advertised, very roomy and up to date throughout in the kitchen and other rooms. 2 mins from Beach and right on the bay. One knit comment would be water pressure of toilets (very week). Overall would def stay again!

A comfortable and beautiful getaway
The location gave us views of the bay from the master bedroom and the kitchen and living room. We walked out our door to the beach and water. It was perfect.
The home was clean and beautifully and comfortably decorated.
Nicole, the property manager was easy to reach and always responded quickly to our requests.

Great Rental!
My family loved staying here. The bayside was quiet and relaxing yet easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The zoo, sea world, old town, and the USS military museum were all about a 15 minute drive away. The house was clean and as described. The garage is very narrow as described in the listing, but there is a free parking lot within a couple minute walk that allows overnight parking. Would love to stay again!

Great Location
Our family wanted to stay in a place with access to lots of different activities - San Diego Zoo, Sea World, beach, Torrey Pines etc. This one was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week. We especially liked being able to walk out the front gate and onto the board walk around the bay. We had three adults so the size unit was great.

Very pleased with our week here. Great Location. The home was clean and very nicely set up. Mission Bay is outside your front door. Pacific Ocean is a two minute walk. Great neighborhood for recreation. Great for walks, sunsets, biking, beaching. You can walk to cafes, bakeries, Very nice small taco shops. A Great location from which to explore San Diego. Not far from anything. Rent it. You will not be disappointed.

Bayside Perfection
VERY clean property. We’ll equipped. Previous reviews sometimes mentioned small secondary bedrooms but we found them to be adequate size. Fantastic view and privacy due to well landscaped “mini front yard” on the bayside walk. Location perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, bay and beach but relatively quiet location. We will return!

Great Experience
Very nice property and we enjoyed our time here! The location was perfect and was central to everything or within extremely close distances. Even had a few minor questions/issues and the property manager responded immediately and got everything fixed right away with no delay. Would love to come back to this property next time we make it out.

Great location and amenities. Could've use a flyswatter, coasters, and better shelving in the shared bathroom. While there, we swapped the stool from the shared bathroom with the downstairs bathroom table which had two levels of horizontal space for toiletries. I'd suggest keeping it that way. And I had trouble setting the alarm. Only other suggestion would be darker shades in the main bedroom. No option for sleeping in once the sun comes up. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Excellent Bayside Condo
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property was very well maintained and everything worked well. The location is central to everything, and the property looked exactly like the pictures.

I think the best thing was the location - we just opened the gate from the nice outdoor area and stepped into soft sand. It was nice and quiet on the Bay side, and we could keep an eye on the kids as they happily played. The ocean was a short walk away. The place was decorated nicely and stocked well - from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bed linens. There were even beach towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Retirement Celebration Getaway
Couldn't ask for a better house with the perfect location! A fantastic place to spend a few days, a week or even longer. The garage is very small, but note that there is a free parking lot just walking distance from the home. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Family Weekend
My husband and I were in San Diego for a virtual medical conference. We invited our adult children to stay with us for the weekend. We were very happy with this condo as it was clean, well appointed with all kitchen needs as well as beach accessories. The beds were very comfortable and the location and views were amazing. We liked being on the Bayside of the water as it drastically cut down on the wind from the ocean side.

Condo was nice. Clean and modern/nautical. Looks recently redecorated. Third bedroom is small and lacking window or dresser. Other 2 are very nice. Master is very light as sun rises there and curtains are sheer. It may bother some. I was OK. Kitchen had nothing but spices and dishes/pans. So bring baggies and plastic wrap. Nice windows clear across front living room overlook all the activity on the bayside boardwalk. Great walking and quick access to Ocean side.
