3 Bedroom Home On Waitts Lake With 150 Feet Of Lake Front
Lago casa con 150 pies de frente al lago con un muelle privado. Espacio para estacionar varios autos. Una hermosa cubierta parcialmente cubierta, parcialmente abierta. Cocina llena. El primer dormitorio está abajo y tiene una cama king-size y una hermosa vista del lago.
El segundo dormitorio también está abajo y tiene una cama queen y un futón con otra vista fabulosa del lago. El loft tiene una cama queen, 2 camas de tamaño completo, un futón que se pliega y vistas increíbles del lago y mucho espacio extra.
La planta principal incluye una sala de estar y un comedor con un concepto abierto y más ventanas enormes para ver todas las actividades en el lago. También incluye una cocina con lo básico y medio baño. La cubierta es grande en el lado sur de la casa con muebles de exterior y también corre a lo largo del frente de la casa con sillas y mesas pequeñas para sentarse y disfrutar de todo lo que el lago tiene para ofrecer.
Se incluye un muelle privado con amplio espacio para amarrar un par de botes, canoas o kayaks. Nadar es excelente justo en frente de la casa, como es la pesca. Se puede pescar justo al final del muelle. Hay un patio entre el lago y la casa con un pozo de fuego.

This was a really nice home and perfect for our trip. Communication was really good and access was easy. There were not too any rules and finishing our stay was straight forward. A very good experience.

Wonderful getaway!
Our group had a fantastic time during our one week stay at the lake. The location was great with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained from age 2 to 95! The house was ideal for our three families and Denise was a wonderful host!

Relaxation
The weekend was filled with seven dudes that came to take a break and soak in a different scenery. Appreciated the kind welcoming gesture! The upstairs and downstairs living areas are great for a potential split family situation. For us guys it was enjoyable to walk outside the door and go fishing right off the dock.

Beautiful location
This cabin has a beautiful lake view, and plenty of room to sleep for our two families with two bedrooms downstairs and a big multi bed sleeping room upstairs. The place was very clean too. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials and games for the kids, and they loved the sleeping room upstairs, which has 3 full sized beds plus a futon, a table for playing games, and a TV with a DVD player/VCR combo. We had a great time skiing at 49 degrees north which was an easy half hour drive away. We would love to come back and swim off the dock in the summer. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Host
Denise was super helpful. She made sure the property was ready after a windstorm knocked out the power just days before our stay. She also helped us recover a bag of snow clothes that had accidently been thrown in the trash can and mailed them to us later. She was easy to communicate with and super helpful.
The lakehouse seems like it would be really fun in the summer. The location worked fine for our winter ski trip but unfortunately the sauna we were counting on for apres ski warming was not available. The kids loved their upstairs bedroom.

Family gathering
We booked this cabin on the lake to act as a hub so that surrounding family and friends we hadn't seen in a long time could come and go. It was a great place for relaxing and visiting. Denise was very responsive and the overall process was very simple.

Loved it!
We had a great stay at Waitts lake. The home was set up nicely for two families. The lake frontage is quite wide and the dock worked well for our boat. Our kids caught 3 different species of fish from the dock. Denise was very responsive.

Clean, inviting and amazing views.
My family and myself rented the house during colder weather. With that being said we loved the house. Plenty of room for local family members to come over and visit. Plus, the view are breath taking. Loved watching the ducks on the lake and the fish swimming around. I would and will rent this property again.

Perfect lakeside retreat
We are deeply appreciative to find this lovely gem for our family visit in Chewelah. The house was well stocked, comfortable and roomy. And Denise went out of her way to ensure that everything was in order. It is right on the lake, and all bedrooms have great views of the water. The kitchen is big and open with plenty of eating, serving and baking items. I would highly recommend this home for a peaceful lakeside get-away.
