A wonderful property, great hosts & very accessible to Seattle or Tacoma

This place was perfect for a quick trip for me and my mother-in-law to stay while we did a quick visit to my husband. It was a nice place to relax and visit. Hosts were excellent and it was nice having a place to be able to cook and hang out instead of being stuck in a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a very nice place the hosts were very friendly and helpful. One of the nicer places we have rented. Look forward to staying here again

We enjoyed staying at Diane’s apartment - it’s very clean with all amenities needed and even more, very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful front yard, yet close to freeway and stores.

We had the best experience staying here. So close to everything and easy to navigate. Diane was so welcoming and the home was wonderful and had all the comforts of home.

I was in Washington for a quick business trip in Seattle. I found Diane & John's place very clean, quiet, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked & conveniently located. I'm originally from the area and know how chaotic it can be it was great after a full day in Seattle to be able to come back and unwind in this gem. Thanks for the great stay! I will definitely book here again and look forward to trying the winery next door on another trip!

We stayed two nights while doing some local sight seeing. Our days were full, so this was a perfect place to come back to watch a movie, wind down, and rest. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while in the Seattle area.

This was a perfect fit for our first trip to Seattle and our first time flying. No negatives to this place. Easy access to everything we needed. The cabinets had basics in them, which was a pleasant surprise. Washer/ dryer/ dishwasher were awesome. Owners were great, no complaints. Definitely recommending and keeping in mind for our next trip. We had our 2 teens with us, one slept comfortably in the Living room, the other in the bedroom.

The location was perfect for our day trips. Diane and John were friendly and accommodating, and their downstairs apartment was comfortable and roomy. The country setting was peaceful and relaxing to come home to after a busy day.

My husband and daughter were in the area for a swim meet. This was the perfect place for them to spread out / regroup after a day at the pool or come back to between prelims and finals for a quiet nap. Diane was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. She was so easy to work with and very responsive.

I flew in from Alaska to meet up with an old time friend from the Tri Cities.The place was clean and very well equipped..From Keurig coffee pods to laundry detergent-everything was there. Communication withe the owners was great.We’ll be back! Oh,the winery next door is a charming gem.

This unit is fully and generously equipped for an easy and pleasant stay. There is plenty of space in every room for comfortable living. The hosts are attentive, accommodating, and very kind.

Enjoyed the serene, quiet and comfortable stay at Diane and John’s VRBO! Centrally located between Seattle, Tacoma, Mt Ranier and Olympic National Park where we roamed to and visited during our vacation. Parking was great, amenities were great and beds were comfy. Did not have a chance to visit the nearby winery but nice to drive by the beautiful setting each time we left and returned to house after full dats of excursions!

Hope to stay again. Close to every thing we needed. Nice winery next door

John & Diane were great hosts! My only regret on this trip was not having more time to meet and talk with them, but we were on a tight schedule to see all the sights. The property is in a perfect location with easy access to Seattle, Tacoma, and the Sea-Tac airport. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and my daughter and I felt completely safe while staying there. I am already planning to return next year with my wife.

The property was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Diane was a wonderful and communicative host. The parking spot was a little hard to find at night but ultimately was very convenient once we knew where it was. I would absolutely stay again!

The hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. It was a nice quiet location next to a vineyard with a cute wine tasting room. Beds were super comfortable and had everything we needed including a pack n play with a mattress and feeding chair for my 10 month old. Would recommend and stay again!

We chose this particular house based on a proximity to a concert in Auburn and a day trip to Seattle. It was a perfectly short drive from both and easy to navigate. The house was perfect, even big for the two of us. Everything clean, the owners super friendly and informative. This was going to be a once in a lifetime trip for us but with so much left unseen on our visit, we may find ourselves back! And if we do come back, the first place I will look to stay is here :) thanks so much!

This property was amazing! The amenities were amazing. They thought of just about everything and made sure to have notes on everything so you knew what was where and what you needed to do. Property is about 35 minutes or so from Seattle in traffic. But worth the drive. Highly recommend this property!

Very spacious, comfortable, clean place. Country setting yet easy to get to shopping, trails, parks and freeways. We stayed 6 weeks and couldn’t have been more pleased.

We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. We will be returning in the summer with the family. They were great hosts. The place was packed with all essentials, to include extra shampoo, soap anything you could need for the bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need which saved a ton of money and time going to the store. House was warm and welcoming from the time we arrived. Would highly recommend this to future guests. The vineyard is within walking distance too so that’s an added bonus.

We chose this property because we were traveling with my parents and needed a ground-level location with no steps for my mother. While she was unable to step into the shower, the ease of getting into the rental and maneuvering inside more than made up for it. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen (including necessities, gadgets, and condiments), plenty of sleeping options (there were 6 of us and didn't even need one of the sleeper sofas), and the attentiveness of the hosts (we would have been a-ok without new batteries for the remote, but appreciated the help and knew if any other issues arose, our host would swoop in to fix it). I had an amazing time in Federal Way on my “Alone” trip. Diane had extra toiletries there and a cupboard with spices and coffee for anyone to use. The furnace was on when I got there so was so I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. It stormed one night and Diane wasn’t sure if the power would go out so she and her husband graciously brought me extra flashlights. I definitely would stay here again and would give this place a 10 out of 10.

This was an amazing experience!! We needed a place to stay for a couple days and everything about this place was perfect. Entry was easy, the owner greeted us which felt welcoming ☺️ I will definitely recommend this place to people and will visit again if we ever need to stay in Edgewood again!

We were in town for a wedding in Tacoma. The location was great in between both Tacoma and Seattle. The hosts were great and we could tell they wanted us to have a comfortable stay. All the essentials needed were available. If we go back we would definitely stay again
