Was right across from Hampton Court which was a bonus for visiting and very close to the train station - we walked there. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helped us with heavy bags. the beds were really comfortable.

the quality of food in the restaurant could be better for dinner but that is being picky

Brilliant location. The food was excellent. Delicious breakfast. Well stocked bar. Lovely friendly staff. Lovely bathroom with a wonderful shower. Original artwork in the hotel and rooms - a real treat.

The room was quite small and so difficult having two large suitcases. The bed was on the small side for a double compared to other hotels.

Room size a little small with not a lot of surfaces to put things on. If you require a bigger room suggest you upgrade

No cooked breakfast which was a shame

The room was far too tiny. The hotel gave lots of additional nice touches (bathrobes, mini bar, coffee capsules) but as you could barely walk round the bed it wasn't really possible to enjoy any of these things. I needed more space to put my bag instead of a mini bar.

Restaurant for dinner was expensive and poor quality. Would eat elsewhere next time. Breakfast was fine.

Spectacularly clean, fantastic location. The staff were the stars of the show though - every interaction was professional and courteous yet funny and informal. We were made to feel very welcome. The food was also really, really good. We will return.

I chose to stay at the Kings Arms because I needed to meet friends in London and attend a conference held near the hotel. The public transport options were excellent, including taking a bus to Heathrow. The breakfast was excellent giving me a great start to my day. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and my room was safe, warm and stylishly comfortable. I would have had to pay more than double for these amenities in Central London and wouldn't have had the park to walk in.

They had some cable tv connection issues that they addressed promptly. The hallway door into the stairwell makes noise when people come and go at night.

Staff went above and beyond everything. We didn’t realise breakfast was included so it was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home! The staff was all lovely, our room was cozy and comfortable (with a fabulous shower), and our breakfast was excellent. I loved that they had vegan options for both breakfast and at our delicious lunch too. The General Manager. Jo-Anne was exceptional, and arranged a car for us when our ride-share app failed, even calling several times to check when it was late. We will definitely stay here again!
