El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Morro Jable. Muy cómodo para descansar y relajarse, incluso estando en el centro del pueblo. Muy recomendable, muy amable la persona de contacto.

Very easy

Unfortunately whilst there's lots of potential, the apartment smelt of urine. Which was coming from the sofa area.they came immediately to 'sort'the issue spraying cleaning etc but with something like this, it's not going to be resolved by this. The sofa needs replacing as the smell came back that evening and for the rest of the stay. When you book a stay you don't want to be dealing with issues like this when you are going away for a break! There were several little things that showed the apartment needed checking over before being rented out eg light switch casing fell off when you used it, toilet seat also fell off eventually, water dripping from the boiler, the fan stopped working, it goes on. Shame!

Couldn't stay as sofa bed that was already made up was broke. Can't get in touch with anyone Can't call number not in use. Awful and worst booking I've ever made through booking.com

Everything from broken bed settee to lack of communication

I recently stayed at this property during my vacation, and I was really impressed with how smooth everything went. Picking up the keys was so easy and straightforward, thanks to the lockboxes. I really appreciated being able to arrive on my own schedule without having to coordinate with anyone there. It's a small thing but it made a big difference in starting the vacation stress-free. The location of Maxorata City Center was a dream come true. It's tucked away on a quiet side street, making it peaceful and safe—a nice break from the busyness I'm used to. I felt so relaxed. And the beach in Morro Jable? It's just a short walk away. I loved being so close to the sea. Plus, having shops and restaurants all around was super convenient. I could grab anything I needed or enjoy a meal out without any hassle. Honestly, I'm so happy with my stay. The place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I felt safe, comfortable, and everything I wanted was just around the corner. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient vacation spot.

I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement—it was just perfect for my stay. During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was not only equipped with essential dishes and utensils but also featured a hair dryer, adding a touch of convenience to my daily routine. Additionally, the availability of free parking either directly at the property or at a nearby parking facility was a significant advantage, enhancing the overall ease and comfort of my visit.

Location is good as we go to Morro Jable a lot.

My girlfriend and I have been visiting Morro Jable now for over 15 years normally twice a year and this was the worst apartment we have stayed in to date. We do not normally make reviews but felt that the owners need to up their game and improve their service offering. At first sight the apartment looks modern but it was not clean. This apartment was obviously modernized a few years ago but is was done on the cheap so the fixtures and fittings are of low quality. No maintenance has been done I believe since it was re furbished. When we arrive at the apartment we were surprised on how dirty it was, the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. We spent 3 hours on the 1st day of our holiday cleaning and disinfecting the shower/bathroom etc. as it was a disgrace, we should not have to do when renting an apartment. The floors were filthy/ black throughout the apartment pictures taken if required. Shower leaks all the time. We had a €60.00 cleaning charged as part of the rental, this is a rip off as no cleaning or the basic minimum is done between rentals. General lack of cleanliness lots of dirt and dust on all surfaces and the window blinds etc. Toilet seat needs replacing keeps coming off all the time, toilet flush partly missing, towel rail handle off wall. Apartment advertised with washing machine it did not have one (miss representation), we packed lightly to take this into account so we had to find a launderette. Only 3 bath towels and 1 hand that had to last for 12 days no changes offered, towels very old and tired need to be replaced and changed once a week at least. Only one sheet per person per bed so cold one night no more sheets, quilts or blankets available in apartment. Sheets in apartment not changed over the 12 days so we had to take to Launderette to wash ourselves. Front door sticks on floor difficult to open Cheap beds and mattresses in apartment very uncomfortable and noisy Bed/settee very un-comfy
