We had a good experience with our stay at Lindsey’s house. I highly recommend, close to downtown, story land and hiking trails. The pool was an add plus, Our kids really enjoyed.

Close to town and attractions. The condo was fully stocked and clean linens were provided. Anything needed for cooking and outdoor grilling were on hand! Just some information for planning...the unit has 4 levels. Something to be mindful of if you have infants or toddlers. The loft bedroom is fine for adults and teens. Our 8 and 10 year old loved the loft as a hang out space during the day, but we didn't feel comfortable having them sleep there. Summers are getting warmer...we bought fans for the lower level to make it more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

My family had a great time in North Conway. The condo is very cute and is at a perfect, convenient location. We also loved the beautiful pool. We had a group of 11 with 6 adults and 5 children. The space was a little bit tighter than we had expected, especially with the full size bed in the loft being unusable for anyone in our group because it was dangerous to get to. We also expected AC in the entire unit and found out there were only a few standing units. Luckily, it was not hot the week we visited so we were comfortable. There is laundry in the basement, but the washer leaked and was unusable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit for a smaller group. Lindsey was very responsive to any communication.

Eleven of us stayed at this condo and it was lovely! Everyone enjoyed themselves. Only recommendation would be for the basement to have air conditioning. It was a little toasty for some of the adults. Overall a great time!

We stayed from 7/24-28, 2023. Lindsey was very prompt with any messages prior to. The house was exactly as advertised. We were gone almost all day everyday seeing the sights, but the evenings were relaxing and the pool was great. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us!

The condo was very centrally located to all North Conway had to offer. Was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also very prompt and easy. there is a very steep ladder to access to the loft sleeping area, so if you plan on having someone sleep there (we didn't) make sure they are comfortable with that. Might be ideal for a young teen.

Excellent choice for our family ski week. Very ski-lodge authentic looking condo. Adults to grandkids all had great time and found the space to spread out for whatever they wanted to do. Easily location was best aspect being within walking distance to the center of town (which we did multiple times) and being across the street from Cranmore. Very quiet location. Condo association was plowing and shoveling very early so easy to get out when needed. Host Lindsey was very helpful and easy to find for questions both during the booking process and through the checkout. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. What a fun condo set up! And so so close to Cranmore and North Conway restaurants, which was great for our group. We'll be back!

Great location for all that North Conway has to offer. Host was very polite & welcoming. Nice quiet area away from the hustle & bustle but close enough that its a stones throw away. Wish we had more time to stay.

My family and I had a great stay! The condo is well stocked, in a great location, and the access to the community pool was a wonderful amenity.

Description was inaccurate- the only a/c was a unit in each of 2 bedrooms and an open loft area( ineffective- we had to buy fans as none were provided). No place to store our food in kitchen cabinets, no bureaus in 2 bedrooms , no place to put the suitcase we now had to live out of so they stayed on the floor . The large bedroom on the lower level has a very small space in a closet for clothing/ this is a room the sleeps 5. Mattress in room on main floor sounds as if it will crack/ break with movement. Mattress on second floor has a huge lump. Sofa in main room partially blocked way into living room. We never found the 2 extra dining room chairs mentioned- no room at table for them but we could have used them to place a suitcase on instead of the floor. Dryer in laundry area is partially blocked by boxes stacked near the front of it. Never located the stereo speaker noted. Unit was not properly cleaned- trash behind heater in living room, fridge door full of product from prior renters, freezer needed to be cleaned better. One chair on deck broken but left out there. Unit might sleep 10-12 but it is too cramped in common areas to be comfortable. Bathrooms were stifling due to lack of a/c- it was a very hot week.Lighting throughout is very poor. Owner did respond promptly when we needed the correct dumpster code, and when the internet went out( we had people with us who needed to work). The pool area was very nice, and the development is in a great location. Disappointing unit- especially for the rate charged-if I realized what it was really like I would never have chosen it.

The location of the house was the best part, only 5-10 minutes away from local Wal-Mart, the Conway outlet stores and more. The Saco River was close by, about 20-30 minutes away. The house was exactly as pictured, may rooms and beds throughout the space. Upon arriving, the check-in pad wouldn’t light up as instructions described, it created a little difficulty in getting into the house. The WiFi log-in originally provided was incorrect. In both cases we figured it out, but the host was not as responsive as I would have expected. I waited about 20 min + for a response upon check in and WiFi details. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay immensely! The house provided excellent space for all of us (group of 12). We also enjoyed the pool! We would definitely consider staying again.

Everything was really good the kids enjoyed the stay we had good time. I gave it a 4 because I booked the place primarily for the pool. However the property manager did not bring the pool key until next day. Pool was very dirty I and the kids had to spend time cleaning. He was rude when he came to the house to give me the keys. However, my communication with the host Lindsey was awesome. She assisted me in every way. Ally questions were answered she was very prompt to respond. If there weren’t no situation with the pool or property manager I’d give it a 5 star. However i would still re-book again. My staying was very pleasant.

We had such a great stay at the Chalet! Our friends arrived before us and couldnt figure out the heat, was able to get in contact easily and get the heat turned on! From the loft nook that the kids loved, to the reading balcony with a plethora of books where the moms loved to have their morning coffee! And the proximity to Cranmore was ideal for 5 kids, 5 and under! Loved the memories made on this special weekend!

We had a great stay at Lindsey's property. We were 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space. Really unique condo with its 5 levels. There were plenty of sheets and towels for everyone. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. The listing says Cranmore is walking distance, which is technically true but certainly not if you are planning on walking with ski gear. Quick drive to the mountain is easy. There was no firewood for the fireplace - would have been good to know to have to bring this. We would stay again.

We went with friends and 5 kids under 10! Plenty of space to spread out and very clean. Kids loved the Nintendo and the location to the ski slopes.

Second year staying here and we had a great time again! Lindsey is a great host and keeps communication open. We enjoyed the updates this year and will be back again!

The property was close to shops and restaurants. Very roomy and great for a large crowd. Lindsey was easy to get in touch with if there was an issue or question.

Overall, my family was happy with the house. It was large enough for our big group and was stocked with books and games to play. The location was absolutely perfect. The house is a 2 minute drive to Main Street and Cranmore is walking distance. The house was definitely rustic and was mostly clean, but lots of dust on the lights in the kitchen right over where food is prepared and the couch looks pretty old.

This multi level home was great for our large group. The pool area was beautiful and spotless with pretty landscaping.

Owner was super easy to work with. Be sure to print instructions to find the property. We arrived on a dark and rainy night and couldn’t find the property because we had no cell service to look up old emails.

We had a great time. Grand kids loved the pool area. Dinning area was smaller than expected.

Great 3 level condo a minute or two from Cranmore! We enjoyed a couples ski weekend and had plenty of room in the condo. Not a single issue. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Came here with a group of friends and we had a blast. Great location - close to Cranmore, downtown North Conway and all of the outlets. House was spacious, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a few nights by the fire! Thanks for hosting!

Pretty easy to find, but including a map of the estate would have been enormously helpful. Digital keypad didn't work for us. Those were the only negatives, though. We loved our stay. Kitchen and dining area undersized for 14, but no problem. We would certainly apply again should we want to stay in North Conway.
