This was a great vacation. Wish I had done it sooner. Everything was great and the family was impressed. This was the best trip ever.

I booked this property with high hopes , and was extremely let down ! First night , my son found a toe nail in his bed . Our next issue was the coffee table , not sure exactly what the crew used , but it had a thick brown polish covering the table that stained my grandsons shorts , we wiped that clean after , we also paid extra to have a heated pool , ( it was luke warm at best ) we did use it , but we shivered the entire time . We had other family members in a house close by and their pool was like bath water , so we knew ours was not heated properly. Don’t plan on getting a hot shower , there were 7 of us , and we needed to plan out shower schedules if we wanted hot water . My one shower I felt like I was camping because I turned the water off when I was lathering up , hoping to save hot water . I was unsuccessful!!!! Next issue was our washing machine . On our last day we were hoping to wash clothes to not go home with dirty laundry ( which is a big reason I rent properties with a washer and dryer) well we left , to come back to the floor flooded with water , used every towel in the house and started mopping up the massive amounts of water that poured out from the machine . Talk about a mess and nightmare when your on vacation! Needless to say we messaged the property manager regarding it , not sure if it was ever fixed because I was too scared to turn it on again and took home dirty laundry 😒. Location was great and check in was easy . But I would not recommend .

We have stayed at Storey Lake numerous times at the townhouses. The townhouses are usually four bed room and this is an end unit with five bedrooms. The location has nice views of the water and an easy walk to the Club. We had a group of five- three adults and two children 10 and 15. The description say it can accommodate up to ten people. The living area inside and pool- barely was adequate for the five of us. The living room needs more furniture especially for a group larger than five. For larger groups than ours I would recommend getting a house rental on a different part of the development as it has more space for the comfort of its guests.

Great location - close to Disney and Universal. Close to lots of eating establishments. Our family had a great time. We loved that there were 4 bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very responsive and the check in was so easy. They even gave us a late check out because our flight wasn't until 5 pm. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Property looks just like the pictures. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. The WiFi was horrible unfortunately so we weren’t able to make use of the TVs. Location was perfect we were able to travel around without any issue. The activities they offer were good entertainment for the kids. The only issue I had was that there was one tub throughout the entire house which was inside of my friends room. Having children 5 and under it wasn’t the best but for all adults it would be perfect. I would stay here again I felt it was a good experience.

It was great. The place does look bigger online. Needs more living room seating. The neighborhood checkin process Extremely slow, 45-60 minutes wait! Other than those things it was great!

Everything was great property was nice .. my only issues were the tv in the room with the twin beds had a code on it and the kids were unable to watch because we could figure out the code.. and when i booked resident showed gril on the property but we were not told we had to rent them a day prior to needing them

Check in was a little hectic due to staff not being aware of the home being a sublet. Basically just follow directions to the check in box 10 miles down the road and you're in, but it is a beautiful place and close to everything. Also, the water park was a huge hit with the littles!

Over all a very nice place to stay. Just had a couple drawl backs. The house was not cleaned very well upon arrival and the check in process is far from perfect. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The condo was perfect for our family of six adults. The four king size beds were just what we needed. We didn't spend a lot of time there but we were comfortable when we were. We did spend time at the lazy river at the further location from us because it was less busy and we enjoyed that down time. Everything on the property was clean and well kept.

Overall great experience. Great location close to the water park area and short drive to Disney. House was pretty banged up with scuffed walls and worn carpet but was mostly clean. We had one slow drain and they came and fixed it for us. Overall would recommend!

The property manager was great to communicate with and provided us a easy access direct report ability to the property. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will look for this property in the future.

Very clean large spacious condo. Private splash pool was great. Close to everything. Will book this property again. On the final day FAA grounded planes. I reached out to the management company and they said we could stay an additional night if needed. We didn't have to stay, but it was nice to know we had a spot if we needed it. Pre-check in was super nice too.

Florida Stay
The house is very clean and pictures are accurate! The house is only about 5-7mins to walk from the big resort pool which was nice! There was an extra closet that had PLENTY of washcloths and towels for 10 of us! Going to a separate location to check in is not ideal, however it was a quick and an easy process. Not having a grill at the home was a bit of a bummer if you are looking to grill out. Our first two nights there one of the master room's bathroom toilet made loud noises, we called that Monday morning to have someone come fix it and they had someone come within a couple of hours and they properly fixed it. The fence to get in never worked by scanning the card which became annoying when driving in and out. (I am assuming this is Storey Lakes issue and not on the rental of the house..Florida Scandi)
Overall the majority of the stay was wonderful! A beautiful place!

Great place for family getaway to Orlando
Nice community. Walking trails around the lakes. Clubhouse with pool, playground, etc good for families with younger kids. Fitness center fine. House in decent shape, good layout. End unit so more light and privacy. The clubhouse is a short walk across a lake behind the house. Could use more kitchen items (plates, cups, utensils).

Birthday Celebration
We love the homes in Storey Lake Resort. They are well stocked, clean and the beds are comfortable. Very convenient to all the parks. This was a family celebration for us and the home was a perfect place for our get together! We will come back.

The house worked out great for us and the clubhouse was very nice. We had called roughly 2 weeks prior to asked about earlier check-in and was told no problem. Called the week before arrival to confirm, again told no problem. Was told to call as soon as we got off the plane so they could ask the cleaners to try and work us in first for quickest access. Called day of arrival and was told by Marcus that would not be allowed and we could get in when the information was emailed or by 4 pm. Was very disappointed. Stopped by clubhouse to ask about some essentials we would need to buy including laundry soap. Wonderful woman at counter called the property manager to ask and also asked about the possibility of us getting in sooner (we didn't ask her that). Again told no. Did not receive information at 4 pm. Ended up having to call after 4 to request door code. Other than Marcus, all other staff were extremely nice and helpful. Was disappointed at no early check-in as everyone else in the wedding party were able to at the other 4 resorts they were staying at. Nice property but probably would not go through them again.

Family of 8
We had a party of 8 staying at this unit. It was very easy to check-in and gain access to unit/grounds. We loved the grounds and the unit itself. We did have an issue on check in with a bed being broken. Maintenance came and fixed within an hour or 2. Kitchen didn't have some essentials we needed (nothing 'oven safe' to use in oven, measuring cup) But it did have some added surprised we weren't expecting- refillable cups for Hideaway Club, Disney popcorn bucket. As mentioned in other reviews- it was lacking enough towels/wash clothes. It sleeps 10- however, we did not have but 1 wash cloth and 2 towels in each of the 4 bathrooms. The pool was very clean. Rooms were very roomy and perfect for stay. We made it to Universal in about 23 minutes and Disney in about 12. Would definitely stay there again.

Four King Size Beds!
The best part of this short-term rental was that it had 4 King size beds which is hard to find. We also enjoyed having 4 bathrooms for our group of 8. Property is due for a bit of a refresh...walls need painted with a more durable satin finish, baseboards need a paint refresh, couch needs to be steam cleaned, and trash bin powerwashed. Each bed should have a proper size blanket (one King bed only had a twin blanket). We would have liked to have a grill and a broom available. Location is close to Disney parks, shopping, and highways. Quiet complex. Loved the little water park. All in all, the location, water park, the 4 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms which included 4 king size beds made this property a very nice choice! Advice to those selecting this property...bring your own pool towels, laundry supplies, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. You will most likely need to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. There is a Target, Walmart, and Publix close by. I would rent this property again.

Orlando Stay
This property was a comfortable stay for our family. We found the cooking supplies to be sufficient for cooking breakfast. We bought paper plates and utensils as well. The house needs some TLC when it comes to cleaning. As mentioned in previous reviews the walls are stained (didn’t impact our stay) and it was quite dusty and dirty in corners and the baseboards that could easily be cleaned if done properly. The master bathroom’s tub was not cleaned as it had rings in the tub and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. There are bare minimum towels and washcloths (we brought our own fresh wash cloths). The beds were clean and comfortable but would’ve like access to more comforters/pillows. The house can get quite cold. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the resort pool. I would not stay here again because of the scarcity in wash cloths and towels and poor attention to detail when cleaning and replacing worn items.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY
This rental property is very disappointing. First the manager at scandi had us fill out a form for authorization, which we did and sent it on Friday. When I arrived I wasn’t on the list for the property
Jolene threatened to close down the place which was paid in full because she lost the paperwork! While we were at a water park not around our phones she was screaming on the phone with my mother who booked the place. Unbelievable!
This place was disgustingly dirty and a health risk it was so gross we only stayed one night too many. It was unacceptably dirty with fabric sheet hanging from the vent to make the place smell ok plus there were curtain rods hanging off the wall, dirty cabinets walls baseboard, rugs, the sheets didn’t look changed, there was mascara on pillows, ant in the bed, stained sheets… so gross With the amount this place cost us and being in the middle of a pandemic you would expect something clean! Not this place if I could attach pictures to this rating I would.

Family Trip To Disney world
The first rental Property had bed bugs. It was an obvious issue that should have been flagged by whomever the cleaning crew is. Initially, Property Manager tried to get us to continue to stay at the property while they accessed and then Treat the home for the Bed bugs. Eventually, we were assigned to another Property that did not have all of the amenities we required( 2 bed rooms had twin beds). The dining room chairs were stained and dirty. Shower curtain in one of the bedrooms was filthy. The toilet seat broke in one of the bath rooms. Maintenance came to "fix" it and it broke again same day. Two of the lawn chairs by the pool were broken and literally unusable. Not enough hot water to provide 7 people with a nice hot shower. A maintenance person came and cleaned the front porch area with bleach, leaving puddles that we had to walk through to get into the unit. I felt that overall, the furnishings including the televisions were cheap and not worth the money spent. I would never choose to stay at any of these properties again andI would not recommend to anyone!

Nice location
The condo itself was very nice. However one of the upstairs master bedrooms/bathrooms didn’t have power the first 4 days we were there. On the last night we were there the AC didn’t work and it was very hot.
