the drainage in our toilet stank , we had been given a very thin blanket to share as our duvet . also they didn’t clean the room at any point of our 3 night stay , didn’t offer to change our towels and also the owners were very moody and rude

the rooms were comfortable. we stayed one night in a double room with a fan and one night with aircon. we booked the second night when we were there and got the aircon room for the same price as booking the fan room through booking.com. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us book a 2 day tour on Cheow Lan lake, and organised direct transport to Krabi.

the wooden walkways were extremely slimy and it was hard to NOT slip even when taking the most care. pressure hosing the wooden walkways would be great and increase safety. the property is about a 10 minute walk to the main road, where you have to walk around the long way. as the crow flies the property is actually a few hundred metres from the main road but due to private property and the National park you are not able to access it that way. the second room we stayed in had a naked lady on the bathroom door. lol

The room is spacious and tidy. The bathroom has a hot shower. The area is very calm.

It takes around 10/15 minutes to get to the “center” of the village by foot. The path that leads to the bungalows is dark - you need to use a torch in the evening.

wifi was very slow, if you come and have to work, be careful. there was very little water coming out of the shower (but good pressure) tiny room without wardrobe

The location is awesome in a little jungle alcove in our own little hut was super nice. The tour/tourist deals they have are significantly less than other destinations - for example we only paid 250 bhat for tubing when other places charge 400+.

Firstly, the WiFi did not work at all, so if you think wifi is an essential, do not come here. Moreover, The staff were practically non-existent and quite unhelpful in many regards. We asked for a blanket and never recieved one and nobody was ever on reception for us to follow up or answer our questions. We asked to make the wifi work, and was met with disdainful looks which we found rude - it was like us staying there was a hindrance. The strangest part was the air-conditioning situation, which the owner kept taking our remote and 'lending' it to other guests. If by lending i mean take it away and not bring it back. So we were stuck on a setting that we couldn't change, which was odd and frustrating. I'd give it an all round 5/10.

Nice new modern unit, well located an east walk to the main street, the park ticket office and restaurants.
