Czystość to podstawa i jest na wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko ( Wawel, Sukiennice a do dworca ok.30 min. pieszo). Udogodnienia nic bym nie zmieniał. Wszystko jest.

When we arrived there was an awful smell in the bathroom of blocked drains called the company they send someone over to check unfortunately couldn’t be fixed and needed a specialist

Trochę za bardzo słychać gości z sąsiedniego apartamentu.

la comunicació amb l'amfitrió ha estat via mail. Ells són molt àgils i contesten de seguida, però potser via WhatsApp hauria estat més còmode per a mi.

Lugunt och stilla. Nära till Gamla Stan och kommunikationer. Snygg inredning. Sköna sängar. Trevligt med färska blommor. Bra att det fanns tillgång till kartor.

Problem med varmvattnet.

Close to the old down, Everywhere is in a walking distance. Room has everything needed.

Everything. Location was great, a short walk to transit and old town. We did Uber to and from Glowny station because we are tired, so I don't know about that journey, but there are tram stops near the apartment. Apartment was decorated beautifully. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the swing chair and the AC was nice and cold. Easy to get into. Lots of steps but they weren't difficult. We enjoyed the ground floor apartment and with the windows closed and a white noise app running, we could hear nothing from the street. They provided tea, coffee, and complimentary water. There is a washer in the unit but we didn't use it.

We only had 2 towels for 3 people, but our stay was short so it was not a big deal.

Very quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anybody coming here! We had two families! It was kid friendly. We had two different apartments and we all enjoyed the place. Very clean. Close walk to the Square, probably one of the best places to stay. You get more than what you pay for!

Can’t say one bad thing

It’s cleanliness, facilities, and closeness to the city - a five minute walk away. The flat is located on a quiet street, with a small supermarket on the corner, and a tavern at the end of the road.

Can’t think of anything, although the instructions to get in were a little confusing.

No change of towels for a week let and No wash facilities.

Location, peacefulness

Owners ignored our request for late check out. We work remotely and need to finish our work day before moving out. They didn't even simply reply "sorry, we can't, we have another booking". They just ignored.

Great communication before arrival, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bigger than pictures show. We were asked to go in higher priced 1 bed apt - number 1 - to help them (no extra charge) and so glad we did! Beautiful. Tea and coffee supplied as well as toiletries. Will recommend to anyone who visits Krakow. sad to leave. Thank you!

Location is very good, it was also super easy to pick up the keys. Apartment itself is awesome, very welcoming and stylish, big enough for 2 persons. And communication with the owners was so easy. We’ve checked in late and had some questions, so even at 10 p.m. the owner helped me with instructions. He was also very flexible, when we needed to prolong the stay for one more night. Best service ever!

Everything was great. Clean and nice apartment, good location.

Facilities

Building can be a bit noisy at times

It was perfect, near the center and the room was like the pictures on the site. Very clean and confortable.

It was on the 1st floor without elevator and it was difficult for the luggage.
