Tolle Lage und Unterkunft! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt war nett!

Die Wohnung ist schön verwinkelt geschnitten und hat viele große Fenster, so dass immer eine schöne luftige Brise vom Meer herüber durch die ganze Wohnung weht. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und einmal kurz ums Haus herum ist man am Strand. Auf der Eingangsseite des Hauses gibt es eine Aussendusche, um sich den Sand abzuwaschen. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet und hat einen gewissen Charme. Das Bad ist modern und die Dusche ist super! Der Esstisch steht an einem riesigen Fenster, so dass man an der frischen Luft mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken kann ohne direkt in der Sonne zu sitzen. Im Schlafzimmer gab es einen Decken-Ventilator, der zum Einschlafen angenehme Luft verbreitet hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns nicht sattsehen an der tollen Aussicht.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so wirklich gut funktioniert. Allerdings brauchten wir sie auch nicht Ende September und fanden den Decken-Ventilator im Schlafzimmer viel angenehmer. Die Wohnanlage an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The location is absolutely perfect! I don't think that there are many locations with the same characteristics as this one: it is very quiet, and the sea view is phenomenal. You can park your car on the beach right in front of your appartment. While sitting on your balcony, and even from inside your appartment you can hear the sea. The apartment is well equipped, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

It was right on the water. Lots of nice touches in the apartment. The kitchen have everything we needed.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Host was great meeting us to show us how to find the place and let us in. Great view, good kitchen, lots of room. Good wifi.

Place was quaint and beaching but that is what was expected. A little rough around the edges but great value.

Perfect place for families even with little children. Beach is few steps away (2 sund beds and umbrella prepared) and you can enjoy the sea from the terrace with shadow after 12am. The place is clean, spacious and the kitchen is equipped enough for fast "pasta" cooking. Giuseppe is a kind host, he got us a SUP since ours did not survive the long trasport in the car. Our apartment was situated in the first floor so there are 20 stairs to get there. In my opinion it is better for little kids so they cannot just run into the sea. The people living/staying around (mainly Italian) were really nice.

The host wanted to meet us at Bar Vittoria which is near the property. So we put the address to Google Maps navigation but it took us to the opposite end of the city. So we called the host Giuseppe and he came to pick us up. I recommend to doublecheck the meeting point before arrival. Also note that the property is in fact by Bova Marina, not in Bova Marina. When you want to reach the city centre or even a coffee and gelato, you need to go by car (few minutes) or walk on the beach (1 km).
