Location was great.

There are several steps to get into the building. No ramp for wheeled suitcase. Not suitable for someone in a wheelchair.

Clear instructions, nice flat, amazing terrace. 10 min walk to the airport bus.

The flat is a little rundown and could profit from a fresh renovation and newer furniture and better flea

On ne voit pas le personnel et le proprio mais on se débrouille fort bien. Éloigné du centre ville touristique, il suffit juste de prendre le métro qui se trouve à 7 minutes à pied. Et pour pas cher, il est possible de régaler son palais dès le matin devant la bouche de métro. Une grande terrasse fort appréciable.

Attention, petit ascenseur. Mais il y en a un. Par grand vent, monter le store avant de se coucher. Je déconseille cet appartement pour ceux qui craignent de manœuvrer un disjoncteur électrique. Sinon allez-y !

The location was very convenient to move around with public transportation.

Very small kitchen. Difficult to use for cooking. The veranda doors were very difficult to open. I hurt my fingers trying to open-close them. The bathroom has no suitable hanging places for the towels.

The location is excellent. Very close to the metro station and there are also many nearby amenities (cafes, bakeries, etc.)

The furniture were not that comfortable, and also I would suggest a renovation in the kitchen. More or less the rest were as described in others' comments.

Location is safe, bathroom and hot water are good and has air conditioning. If the owner spends some more money it has potential but as it is now I would not be using it again.

It’s ok for 2 but there is no way anyone can sleep in that sofa/bed the pillows are bad and sheets are dated. There was no water in the fridge and no coffee. The TV is tiny and the coffee table had a plastic cover from kids parties. In general they tried to keep cost to a minimum and it shows.

The location was exactly where I needed to be. Really. nice flat, with a lovely big terrace facing north so sunny in the early morning and then shady all day. And yes, you can see Lycabettus past the TV aerials on the house opposite! Perhaps you should change the main photo on the site, because neither that pink couch nor the dining-table are there any more.

Communication with the hosts could have been much better. The first time I stayed, I was told "You'll be contacted on arrival day and given instructions on where to find the key, etc". In fact, I had to ring them from the airport bus to get the instructions. The second time I stayed, I rang again from the airport bus, but this time nobody picked up. Luckily for me, the code for the key-box was the same as it had been on the previous visit, otherwise I'd have been unable to get in!
