Velmi dobrá snídaně, krásné prostředí, milý personál

Snídaně byla výborná, velký výběr, všeho dostatek, vynikající. Lokalita moc hezká.

Líbilo se nám vše, mohu jen doporučit. Byli jsme i v sauně, perfektní. Jen bych uvítala masáž, kterou nenabízíte.

Location is great especially if you want to climb to Snezka; the double bed was comfy, the sofa bed not so much; the restaurant is ok (could have more choices for vegetarians); the room was big and pleasant design, lots of wood; clean upon check-in (but no cleaning during our stay)

No cleaning during our stay (2 nights); Breakfast is basic, very poor if looking for healthy choices; pillows very old; at times you could feel strong food smell coming from the restaurant in the room; Floors could be cleaner on the common area and the stairs going to the rooms. We don't mind paying for quality, but being 3 times to Hradecanka, we can see the quality going down, so not a good value for money anymore

Cozy hotel with very nice common areas, restaurant etc. Ski lift just outside.

Small rooms without any sitting furniture., Very problematic heating (most time no heating) which makes the room so humid so there is mold around the windows. No cleaning at all,, for one week stay a disaster. If you need anything you have to go to the recepion/shop in next house.

The location is great. Close to the walkingroutes of the Krkonoše National Park. Beds are comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

You may want to choose a room at the back, as the street can be noisy with people coming from and staying at the brewery opposite the hotel. Or you need to close your windows during night. They keep the noise out but also your well needed fresh air and ventilation.

Very well designed and furnished bedrooms, nice restaurant with wonderful food!

We were enchanted by the wood, which has a functional and decorative meaning in the building. Thanks to the decoration you can feel even more like in the mountains. We highly recommend food and alcohol served in the restaurant. The rooms are cosy and fully equipped. The staff is polite and helpful. We will certainly come back to this place again and again.

There was no precise information on where the reception desk is located. It turned out to be at the back of the second building (Jerabinka). But it wasn't a big problem.
