Acogedora casa de campo frente al lago tiene 2 habitaciones privadas, pero la capacidad de dormir al menos 8. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos literas y 2 colchones de cuna debajo de las literas. Precioso maestro con vistas al lago sereno. Habitación familiar de nivel inferior con un cómodo sofá grande, televisión por cable, accesorios empotrados, medio baño y lavadora y secadora. Hay un colchón inflable en el área de lavandería. La habitación familiar conduce a un porche de 3 estaciones con puertas francesas a 100 pies de frente al lago. Gran patio plano para los deportes o el agujero de maíz. Patio de piedra con pozo de fuego, columpios hechos a medida y una chimenea de piedra única construida en 1953. ¡Acabamos de comprar la propiedad, pero ya estamos recolectando muchos juguetes acuáticos, como tablas de remo, kayak, canoa, bote inflable, flotadores, etc.! Banjo Cove es conocida como Hidden Cove debido a la ubicación oculta del lago y es una excelente área para nadar o saltar a nuestra balsa flotante. También hay un aro de baloncesto en nuestra entrada. Smith Road termina sin salida después de que nuestra casa crea un vecindario muy tranquilo y silencioso.

We had a fantastic week staying at Melanie’s cabin on Little Sebago! The house has a great waterfront, on a protected cove that made paddling, fishing, swimming, and sitting on the dock so enjoyable. We met a number of the neighbors, who were all extremely friendly and welcoming. There is so much to do in the area, but the highlight was seeing the fireworks on the lake! The cabin had everything we needed for a great vacation!

We had such a great week. This place offered everything we wanted. We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults. We spent most of our time fishing and swimming. We did bring our own canoe, paddle board, kayak and water floats. There are pine needles everywhere so we had to rake the yard and the water everyday. The dock was great for fishing and tying up our canoe. It was nice to have access to picnic tables and a gas grill (we did bring our own propane tank and had to take the grill apart to clean it before we could use it). The master bed was very comfortable but the bunk beds were not suitable for 4 teenagers so 2 of them slept down stairs on the couches. It was a hot week so the 3 air conditioners were necessary. The kids downstairs wished they had had a fan. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. Minor inconvenience, I didn't know we needed to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detg until we ran out. We made several trips to the store which is only 10 min away so it worked out. Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we've had and we hope to be back next year.

This was just the location and place I needed to attend a week long rug camp. I could bring my dog, enjoy the lake view and go exploring to local craft stores, thrift shops, restaurants etc. If more friends had joined me in the rental, it would have been very tight. there was really only one master bedroom, and the pull out couch had the typical "bar in your back", the bunk bed room was not suitable for adults.

Good sized house with more than enough room for a grown family. Quiet hidden cove on the lake. A lot of fun water and yard toys. Comfortable! Friendly neighborhood.

Not as well kept as it should have been. We had to clean dog hair in all of the rooms before we could sleep there. We had to rake leaves and pine needles from the lake before the grandchildren could swim. We cleaned the paddleboards and other beach toys before useing. There was standing water in the laundry room which was starting to mildew.
That said, we did have a very good time.
Meline was very nice to talk with, she just neefs to have a better maintence team .

The lake house is a perfect place to decompress and re-energize, very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Located right on the pond, walks on the ice with coffee were a morning ritual. Very quiet neighborhood and located about 5 minutes from stores/Seacoast fun park. Tubing was a blast! Dinner at the Deck House was really good. Portland was only 30 minutes away with lots to do and see there. This was our 2nd stay here and will definitely plan on a 3rd. Thank you Melanie!

September is beautiful in Maine
When we arrived we did notice a few things broken which we told the owner and she was very responsive. figuring out the light switches was interesting just simple labels would help. The outdoor area was beautiful and the area very quiet which we liked. Very convenient to Windham center, Freeport and Portland. I think it would be great for families.

Close to everything including our nearby families. Access to BBQ, corn-hole, canoe, kayak & paddle boards was awesome with plenty of seating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Melanie was a great host, the place was well kept, clean and had a lot of amenities (frig is brand new). Kids loved jumping off the floating dock and using the paddleboards. Neighbors were very nice as well. Would definitely come back.

This is my second year at this camp. It's located in a quiet Cove and is very close to the town of Windham that has everything you could possibly need. Approximately a half an hour takes you to the ocean Waterfront in Portland and the Old Port area.
Hope to be going back there again next year.

Little Sebago is the best lake in Maine!!
What an enjoyable week at this cottage! We found it to be very clean and comfortable. To have air conditioners in the bedrooms was definitely a plus. Should you take a walk, all the neighbors are very friendly. Very close to the town of Windham for shopping.
Will definitely be back next year!! 😊�

Location is excellent, a great place for kids
My family had such a wonderful time at the lake, and the cove was perfect to keep the kids in sight and safe. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly (although it's difficult to stay quiet in the cove, the neighbors didn't complain). There were plenty of beach amenities for all (kayaks, floats, docks, etc.). A couple of minor opportunities for improvement: the kitchen utensils were pretty rough, there weren't a lot of pillows and blankets were scarce. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning. These are small things in the grand scheme, but the devil can sometimes be in the details.

Great Lake house!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the lake house this summer. The house was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My kids loves the basketball hoop and toys that were there! We also loved having access to the paddle board, canoe and other boats there. This is a great spot for families. The cove is quiet and perfect for swimming. Highly recommend!
