I liked everything of this Cosy Studio flat,to start with the apartment Had everything I needed ,A cooker where you can cook your own meals ,TV.,Powerful and fast WI FI,also has a washing Machine ,I spent a whole month there,it was a very quiet place ,also the bed was comfortable,the location is right at the center of Town,With many Cafes and restaurants within 4-5 minutes walk,the sea front also is only 2 minutes away ,I do reccomend this flat for short or long stay,Good value for money

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und die Küche ist groß. Es sind nur ca. 100m bis zum Strand.

Vorsicht! Die angegebene Adresse entspricht nicht der Adresse der Unterkunft. Man muss zuerst zu einem Büro der Agentur fahren, dort bekommt man dann den eigentlichen Standort mitgeteilt. Die Parksituation ist katastrophal. Man muss sich selbst an der Straße einen Parkplatz suchen, da selten was in direkter Umgebung frei ist, muss man oft ein Stück entfernt parken. Das Badezimmer ist sehr dunkel, bei den gelegentlichen Stromausfällen problematisch. In der Dusche war überall Schimmel. Hinzu kommt noch der Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Vor allem morgens konnte man das Badezimmer nicht betreten. Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig. Wenn man versehentlich barfuß dort läuft, hat man sofort schwarze Fußsohlen. Den Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon mussten wir auch erst einmal putzen um ihn nutzen zu können. Es wird mit Essbereich im Freien geworben, konnten wir aber nicht nutzen, da die Stühle und der Tisch auch schwarz (mit Asche bedeckt?) waren. Hinzu kommt noch der Lärm der Autowerkstatt unter dem Apartment. Diese hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet, öfters auch mitten in der Nacht. Den Kleiderschrank kann man nicht wirklich nutzen. Darin wird ein zusätzliches Lattenrost und eine Matratze aufbewahrt. Es wird geworben mit: Kaffee- und Teezubehör, Handedesinfektionsmittel, Bügeleisen und einem Ventilator. War alles nicht vorhanden. Auch kein Meerblick.

This was an amazing stay with amazing staff. They were there to assist with anything that you could imagine to make our stay better. I highly recommend them!

Great location, here you can have all, first line on a beach, at the same time if you want to get breakfast, all what you need just to go downstairs. There are more then 30 different restaurants near.

Great location on the beachfront with bike path to the center. All the appliances I needed to prepare meals and do laundry. View of the beach and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Restaurants and clubs nearby. Staff responded quickly and efficiently to my needs. I stayed over a month and it was more pleasant than most places I have lived

Traffic was congested at times, but not a problem with a bicycle. Shopping selection wasn't as good as in cities with big hypermarkets like carrefour, Auchan, etc No Aldi or Lidl.

The staff are amazing! We didn't get to the place until 10.30 because of a late trip and they were still waiting for us! The apartment has the most amazing sea view and is really clean. It has everything you could need for a stay and is really close to the shops/restaurants and the city is about 10 minutes' walk too. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. :)

You can take the keys in a travel agency near to the apartment. The attention was excellent. Daniela is very helpful and resourceful, very kind and friendly. The apartment was new, clean and modern. Big and comfortable. 💯 recommend
