One member of staff went out of their way to be helpful. Lovely view from our room and terrace. Access to Lake and good walks. Quiet and picturesque location. Simple, tasty menu with generous helpings.

One of the reasons we booked was to enjoy the swimming pool. This was empty on arrival. There was no notification that this would not be in use. Perhaps it will be ready for the summer. The website notes that both Russian and English is spoken. English could only be understood via translation app - this was OK but awkward.

The staff was not so helpful and does not speak well in English. Don’t go to the restaurant where the cuisine is really not good and quite expensive for this quality.

Breakfast very average, insufficient selection. Hard to reach the beach, it is not possible to go directly from the hotel to the lake. We booked rooms with arrival as early as 11 a.m., the hotel agreed. The rooms were not ready upon arrival. Dinner at the restaurant must be booked several hours in advance. They printed out a menu with us that what we choose will be available. Then it turned out that they don't have a lot of food.

The mattress is hard and super comfy. Everything is clean. The bathroom is super, good hot shower and lot of power in the water. Good access to the beach. The view from the room was amazing, I enjoyed the sunset over the lake and its colours.

Internet does not work. I tried all the networks, all the passwords but nothing. It is a little expensive. The swimming pool was already empty. For locals the season ends in August and at 25 degrees it is already too cold.
