Apartment well situated for restaurants and bars. Well equipped and clean. Ideal for families family. I would say not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as quite a hike up from sea front then stairs to negotiate. Owner very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. All in all had a fantastic time.

Fabulous stay in a lovely spacious apartment. We loved the big balcony and the location was great.

Situated in a perfect position - half way between the beach front promenade and the bars/restaurants by the Mongolian bbq. Lovely quiet complex with a good on site restaurant. Communicating with the owner was perfect and a small issue we encountered was swiftly dealt with without any fuss. The apartment is starting to show its age a little and will need modernising soon but that didn't detract any enjoyment from our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was perfect for our needs and has a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool. It needs updating, but it didn't bother us particularly. It's well located for all the amenities you might need while on holiday such as supermarkets and restaurants etc. The on-site bar and restaurant was invaluable to us during our stay and was definitely a bonus to grab something to eat or have a drink after a day at the pool. George who manages the property was very helpful throughout the booking process and easily to contact to ask any questions.

Great apartment. Spotlessly clean. Large balcony with sun on it all day. Very close to shops and restaurants,beach. Fantastic heated swimming pool. Communication with owner excellent.

Great views and staff were very friendly. The apartment was spacious and all the rooms were a good size. It needs updating but it didn’t detract from having an enjoyable stay.

Lovely complex great holiday

Quiet nice clean apartment with everything needed at hand would definitely book again.

The apartment and complex are very well situated. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It overlooks the pool area and faces the sea, getting the sun all day and glorious sunsets. The pool was heated when we were there in November/December and the pool area was always clean with plenty of space. Sun beds were €2 each. The pool cafe/bar is very good too. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach and there is even a wheeled shopping trolley in the apartment to help carry heavy items. The only thing to consider would be if you are of limited mobility as there are about 20 steps as the apartment is on the second floor in the complex. I would definitely recommend the apartment and will be back now that we have found it !

My family and I (2 adults and 4 children) had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Victoria Court 1. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need while holidaying and more. The shelves full of a wide variety of books, dvd's etc were a great extra especially when my kindle ran out of charge. The novelty of using a VHS was loved by the younger kids. Arriving late at night having the bottle of water in the fridge along with items for making tea or coffee on arrival was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable with lovely views over the pool and sea (we could watch the ferries going out every morning). We also found it very quiet and peaceful. We found the main fan broken on arrival however it wasn't needed as by having the doors open a lovely breeze circulates around the property. We did have a lot of ants how they get in so high up we could not figure out. We bought and spray to at the supermarket kill them off. The complex itself was immaculate and such a beautiful setting. The pool was fantastic though would have preferred if they had more of a shallow part in the main pool for kids too big for baby pool but not quite swimming yet that's the only negative I have regarding the pool. Lifeguards were friendly. The food from the pool bar was lovely we ate in here quite a lot. The owners and staff were so nice and helpful it's a shame the committee don't give them more freedom to have more entertainment at night. The pricing for food and drink was very reasonable. If the complex had a shop onsite you wouldn't actually need to leave the complex at all. The complex was at an ideal location walk out the top gate and minutes up the hill there are loads of bars and restaurants in all directions. About 15min walk downhill takes you to beach and a lot more bars and restaurants. 3 supermarkets that we found within 5 - 15 min walk. Loved the trolley in the apartment for bringing shopping back. If I was being extra fussy I would say the apartment itself could be doing with a little upgrade inside however it was perfectly suitable for our requirements and I would stay here again when returning to Los Cristianos. If looking for excursions to recommend the Ragnarok Viking boat trip was excellent and well worth the money. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

This is a clean, secure, well run and well equipped apartment. The complex is quiet and clean and tidy with a small bar for beverages and snacks and meals. This apartment had its own wifi, fans in all the bedrooms and the owners kindly left milk and water in the fridge for our arrival. Communication with the owners was prompt and precise which made the booking process easy. Had a great stay, a lot because of the comfort of our surroundings and would highly recommend.
