The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It also had a hairdryer and an iron, which were very convenient. The space is large and spacious, with two balconies, making it feel even more open and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Apartamento Novo, com muito espaço e conforto, tenho pena que não tenha uma máquina de lavar louça, talvez é o única coisa que estava em falta.
Muito Bem localizado e com transportes públicos a poucos metros do local!
Faltou uma máquina de lavar louça, faltou haver uma porta a separar a cozinha/sala e os quartos, para isolar melhor o som. Na casa de banho comum faltou haver uma proteção para não salpicar água durante o banho e um apoio para o chuveiro.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped and there were some things like tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and also some drinks in the fridge which was super nice :)

Service and communication was fantastic! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight. Mara helped us with everything we needed. Room is modern and has everything we needed. Huge playground 200m away.

The apartment is massive, with a great size walk in wardrobe allowing you to spread out without creating a mess. The place modern and clean with large shower and bathrooms.
This place would have been perfect apart from the very loud construction work going on next door, there was drilling, hammering and the entire place was shaking sometimes from 7am to 7pm.
Don't expect to be able to sleep in or have a nap during the day.

New house with modern and functional equipment. Parking spaces in front of the house. Elevator available, Netflix for the evenings, supermarket a few minutes away.

3 bedrooms were listed on booking.com, but the apartment only has 2 !!! Carrying a folding camping bed into the middle of the living room is not a bedroom!
Very loud. 3 construction sites directly opposite. No chance to sleep longer than 8:00 a.m. or to use the roof terrace. The jackhammers are constantly being used to break up rock. The main road was to the other side of the apartment. Next to each window there are two 15cm holes with plastic grids. Every noise comes through unfiltered.
The kitchen, a bedroom and the bathrooms are illuminated and ventilated through a light and supply shaft.
