Needs a lot of work….paint, screen door repairs, drapes are too small and living room drapery rod is falling off the wall, tv in bedroom didn’t work, not very clean, shower stall leaked on floor, needs new shower head.
However, it was quiet.

Pool at the property was not part of the reservation. had to pay extra to use it. listing said first floor but it was second floor.

Old and obvious that little to no money had been invested into upkeep. The bed was just unacceptable. When my wife and I got into the bed we immediately rolled to into the middle. I kid you not, it was actually difficult to get out of the bed… just awful! Bathroom sink took forever to drain. Was obviously clogged somewhere in the line!

Cleanliness, location and value. Beautiful condo which was very clean.
Outdoor front light attracts bugs at night making it difficult to get into condo without letting in mosquitoes. No place to put toiletries inside shower. No directions on how to operate remote controls.

Location is near my home that’s being renovated
There’s was trash empty soda cans left in cabinet with clean dishes , and when I went to find outlet behind bed for my phone I noticed someone’s clothes and dust back there .

Absolutely nothing. This property is a scam!
We arrived to the property and there was no code sent for the door. I attempted to contact the host multiple times with no response other than “sorry I cannot call right now.” We we’re finally sent a code via text and immediately found the air conditioning to not be working. There was a large trash can under the unit and it was frozen over. I have contacted the host to refund my payment, as well as booking.com and they have declined stating there’s a no cancellation policy. These people are fraudulent. Who expects someone to stay in a room without air conditioning in florida!?

Property was clean and comfortable. kitchen amenities were helpful, specially for family with kids that prioritizing preparing fresh meals.
TV in the bedroom did not work and bed linen made out of synthetic fabric causes overheat at night.
