Great location and just enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. No complaints! We did bring a pack n play and blow up mattress for the kids, but I knew I needed to bring this prior to booking.
Also if was nice having a big driveway to fit all 3 vehicles.

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean, the beds were super comfy and the location was great! Close to everything and I liked the security being a gated community. My son loved the pools. Checking in was fast and easy. Will come again.

Very good overall. Managers very responsive when A/C unit malfunctioned. Nice and clean, roomy. Good amount of supplies, towels etc. Could use some updates (shower doors in upstairs bathroom, fans downstairs) but overall very good. Kitchen is updated which is nice. Would stay again!!

Great home to stay in at Branson for our family of 4 adults and 3 children 10 and under. Plenty of room to spread out, didn't feel cramped at all. Large yard for the kids to play in. The house was well furnished with ample equipment in the kitchen and plenty of clean linens. Having a two-car garage was plus. It would have been nice to have some child friendly dishes and drinking glasses. The dishes provided were great for adults (nice heavy stoneware) but not great for kids. The glasses were great for adults, but no plastic glasses available for the kids. We were not given a code for the garage door to use, so we just reprogramed it to match the door code, that was easy and could have been done for us. Other than those little glitches, it was great!! We would stay there again!!

The property was exactly as described. We were there with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (10 & 5). The condo was perfect for our needs. We had no issues and our host was easily reachable and helpful.

The location is very nice. We have stayed at Pointe Royale for years and even had a condo there until we outgrew it. A couple of things that would be nice to see is a faster check in process. Unfortunately when there is one man at the guard shack the line can get backed up so it can be a slower process depending on the time of year. That falls on the resort though, not the owner. The owner made everything easy with the keyless entry once we got to the unit.
Although we brought our own just in case, it would have also been nice to have soap and/or shampoo in the bathrooms. There was hand soap in pumps at all of the sinks, just not shower essentials. Again, it is hit and miss for this to be available in some places unless you are at a hotel, but nice to know ahead of time.

This condo has a wonderful setup. It's our second time to stay here. We carried my grandma who stayed upstairs with the walk in shower. It was perfect for her since she could access everything she needed upstairs. She did wish the toilet was taller though. The rest of the family stayed downstairs and everything was clean and super cute! I love everything about this property!!! We will definitely stay again!

The unit is pretty much as advertised but i didn't realize that the 2 bedrooms for the boys were downstairs. I am not ale to go up and down stairs so that was a bit of a problem. There is no workable ice maker or ice cube trays. You have to buy your own ice. I have never run into that before with any vacation rental. They need to fix that. We did report it right away, but we were told to go buy our own ice. The area that the unit is in is very nice. It is a large area and you can get lost easy.

We were here for a baseball tournament but we did get to do plenty of things. One suggestion. The king bed downstairs needs replacing ASAP. We enjoyed our stay. Wish we would have been told to bring beach towels. Usually places have them and I bring them and this time I didn’t.

It was a very nice house. The area was safe and easy to find. It was not too far from all of the attractions. The house was beautifully furnished. However, the main bedroom down stairs was very cold and the comforter on the bed was too heavy in weight. Other than that everything was perfect.

Perfect location! Check in was completely effortless. Roomy condo. We even had a decorated Christmas tree all lit up when we walked in! This was our second stay here and the only thing we had an issue with was the smart TV in the front room. But, called the manager and it was the cable box. Got it fixed the next day. They were great! Recommend this condo for your next stay in Branson.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo, it was spacious enough for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids)! It looked like the pictures did, however, upon arrival, there were some minor cleaning/bug issues that we ran into. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept since the last guests attended and there were sewer flies (dead and alive) in the downstairs bathroom and in the curtains/windowsills of the bedroom. They were a pest throughout the stay, but I think we were able to get rid of the majority of them. We didn't have a problem going back through to do a thorough cleaning (especially since we have a 21mo old who still crawls, we just wanted to make sure things were clean). We loved having the washer and dryer so accessible to us, especially with the 7 of us. The condo is within distance of everything Branson has to offer, however, we did activities outside of the city, except for SDC and we were still within great distance. Overall, we had a great stay, especially for this being our 1st VRBO experience.

There was 4 adults and three children, The place was great, the pool/club house was just across the street and we were only about 4-5 miles to where you could find anything to or eat out. The gated community was wonderful. I could live there. Thank you for a great long weekend with out family

Property not cleaned to even okay status. fake fingernails and sock under bed, sewer flies in shower and upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, dusty furniture, ice and water in freezer door did not work light said filter needed changed, dead and live bugs in window sills. Overall review is very dirty cleanins staff needs more training. hard to get a hold of on site manager. will not book with vbro again. will book with manager on premises as she was helpful but did not manage this complex so could not switch us to a clean condo or have this one cleaned.

We loved the condo
The location was great. The kids loved the pool and it was close enough we could walk to it. The condo was really nice but the ice machine didn’t work. We where glad we did bring extra Tupperware but they had everything else for us that we needed. We had a great time!

Visited Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. Saw the Presleys and the Baldknobbers. Visited Walmart Home Office in Bentonville Arkansas. House and location are great. This was our 6th time to stay here. Wonderful trip.
