Location is very central to both the beach and shopping areas. Train station is very close by.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos. It retains a couple of what I assume are original Nogalera features like the stone fireplace and some wooden panelling, but it has also enjoyed a modern renovation giving a great look and feel. Well equipped kitchen and good shower rooms. Smart TV and good Wi-Fi. Plenty towels and some soap etc. to get you started. It’s in the large Nogalera block furthest from the Plaza and Station which means it has an excellent unrestricted view up the coast towards Malaga and beyond. The Host, Carlos, swiftly answered all contact and was able to meet us off the train late at night to give us the keys, even accommodating our delayed arrival. At the end of our stay, as the apartment was not booked for the next day, he allowed us to stay till later in the day. His assistance was most welcome. If you don’t know the area, be aware that some access routes into the block are through walkways under the Nogalera blocks which are home to bars and clubs of the local LGBT scene. Particularly during the day these areas look somewhat dark, tired and unappealing. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, but it would be understandable if some were nervous using them. Note that there are routes into the block which avoid them if you prefer. At night they can be lively and colourful but we were never disturbed by the noise.

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very clean, spotless. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and train station. The swimming pool was very clean and perfect size. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

Everything was perfect!!! The photos don't do any justice, it felt like home! Modern, well equipped, spacious, clean flat, with nice panoramic sea view, in the heart of town with easy access to several beaches. Carlos is an exceptional host, he went the extra mile with all, meet us and presented us the place and the surroundings, gave us tips with places to visit and he was always just a message away if we had any questions. The apartment is right next to shops, bars and close to the beach and train station, with the airport being 10 mins away. It also has a private access to the pool.

Excellent location, right in the center of Torremolinos. Lot's of restaurants nearby and you can walk to the beach, although via a very steep stairway. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. Apartment has everything you need, including kitchen things and such.

In December there is no sun on the balcony, so a bit too cold to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view. Bring ear plugs because you can hear the neighbors as well as outdoor noise.

Really pleasant flat in an excellent location, on the 6th floor with great views East over the bay. Communication with Carlos was very good indeed and he's charming and reliable. Flat is fairly well-equipped and it was good to have some basic supplies, oil & vinegar etc, although there are good shops and lots of bars / restaurants nearby. At this time of year - Dec - the Nogalera area is quiet although I expect it gets very busy in summer. It's a gated complex and there's a concierge so it felt very safe. Very central location just a couple of mins from train station. I enjoyed my stay here a great deal and didn't want to leave!
