Our host Francesca met us upon arrival and explained all we needed to know about the villa. We were in constant communication and she responded promptly to our questions and requests. The Villa was pristine and lovely. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. We especially loved the balcony upstairs and the screened in porch on the ground floor where we could have our breakfast and watch the birds and iguanas come and go. The pool and grounds were also nice and well maintained, bonus that there's a kiddy pool for littles. We also appreciated our host's generous recommendations for tours in the area , especially a boat tour of the Papagayo Gulf with snorkeling. That was very fun! It's a short drive to Playas Hermosa and Coco, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It was mostly quiet (a bit of road and construction noise). The compound is fenced and gated but mostly as a precaution. We felt very safe. Our family with three young kids enjoyed our time at this villa and would highly recommend it ❤️

The gate by the front door was hard to open and would get stuck sometimes. There was also a hazardous item to our 1 year old that we had to request to be removed.

La comodidad

Location is good, rooms are big enough, have good areas like a balcony and terrace to relax. Great A/C in the three rooms.

If owner wants to bring more people, should male some work to refresh it and renew it to have it according to new trends in construction, but that’s an owner decision. I recommend a new fridge, it works but looks not too nice in the outside. Should install a A/C in the living room.

There are many positive aspects of this accommodation. It is spacious and can therefore receive larger groups, the community it is located in is calm and with access to a very nice pool, the staff and hosts are very friendly, and the house is conveniently located near the beach.

I think the accommodation is generally good but would recommend to renew some furniture/items like the cutlery and kitchenware. These are however not large issues and anyone staying here would have a great time.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive!! The pool was so beautiful and my kids loved the fact that it had a kiddy pool and it was clean! The a/c was cold too so it was super nice!
