Loved our stay at this great property in the centre of Pollensa. The description on VRBO is very accurate, the house is in a very quiet street, but just minutes from the main square. The house is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and Cathy was great at keeping in touch and helped with any enquiries. Parking is no more than 5 minutes walk away on one of the wider streets and we always found a spot almost straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Die Eingangstür klemmt zwar ein bißchen, aber dann trittst du ein in einen Wohnraum, der in eine Esszimmersituation übergeht und in einer Küche endet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll, zeigt, dass hier Eigentümer mit Sinn für Design Hand angelegt haben. Platz ausreichend, und ganz oben unterm Dach ein Idyll für Romantiker. Und eingebauter Dusche im Raum, daneben die Tür zur Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill. Wenn dort die Abendsonne steht der perfekte Moment für einen Sundowner. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Cathey hat sich prima um uns gekümmert als wir anfänglich kleine Probleme mit dem WLAN hatten.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in old Pollensa town staying in this typically Majorcan town house within very close proximity to all bars and restaurants. Parking our hire car was easy and we consistently found a parking spot in the large car park at the bottom of the town and enjoyed our stroll up to the House each day after going to the various nearby beaches. We did not take the risk of parking in the streets around Pollensa as many are very narrow and only just possible for cars to pass in some places. Overall, we enjoyed our time in

The place was brilliant, very comfortable, great air conditioning for the summer. Cathy was a great hostess, answering the Emails very promptly. She was always very polite and when we arrived we had water as well as wine and fruit. We highly recommend this property.

Cathy responded very promptly to all my queries and the whole booking process was very easy. The town house was perfect for our stay.

Einfach optimal, wir konnten von dort aus überragend die ganze schöne Ecken von der Insel entdecken und hatten trotzdem ein sehr sehr gemütliches Platz zum Ausruhen nach den vollen Tag 😊 immer wieder gerne und absolut zum weiterempfehlen.

The property is lovely looking from the outside, old stone and wooden door with green shutters. Inside it’s well equipped, clean, modern and colourful, with striking red chairs and stairs. The main bed is huge and comfortable, with a view to the roof terrace. The big shower is great. The house is minutes from the Calvary steps and Placa Major, both with cafes and restaurants. Pollença is super, very civilised and with good shops and restaurants. We recommend Ca N’Olesa and Trocadero. Parking isn’t possible outside the house as it’s a narrow road, but you can park further up the road, or down near the square and walk up very easily.

The place is perfect for discovering Pollenca and the North of the island. It is only a 3 Minute walk to the Calvari steps and 5 minutes to the main square with all its lovely restaurants. The house is spacious, with a very nice Roof terrace and is very tastefully decorated. It really has everything a family needs for a perfect holiday. Our host Cathy was very helpful and responded immediately when we needed help! The absolute recommendation in the area

Das kleine Stadthaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt für kleine Familien kaum Wünsche offen. Wir haben alles vorgefundenem, was wir brauchten. Die Küche ist gut sortiert, es gibt einen Fernseher für regnerische Tage, Strandspielzeug für sonnige Tage, eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Elektrogrill, und sogar Kinderbücher in unterschiedlichen Sprachen. Die Lage ist großartig. Parken für der Haustür ist zwar nicht möglich, aber das flanieren durch die engen Gassen, dieses malerischen Städtchens ist phantistisch. Der Marktplatz, die große Treppe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wendigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pollença selbst sieht aus wie aus dem Bilderbuch und hat einiges zu bieten - kulturell und kulinarisch. Wer Strandurlaub sucht, muss allerdings eine kurze Autofahrt einplanen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin, war vorbildlich. Organisiatorisches war im Vorfeld sehr gut geregelt. Spezielle Anfragen (zu regionaltypischen Mitbringseln oder Ausflugszielen) wurden prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The House is Great and the Location is Perfect to Explore the island

We had a lovely time staying at this house in Pollenca. It was our second visit to Pollenca as we like the town so much. We love sitting for a coffee or dinner in the square next to the Calvari and venture up the many steps each time we stay for the beautiful view. The house itself is lovely. It is beautifully decorated, very well-situated and well-equipped. The roof terrace was a great place to sit and eat or simply enjoy the early morning peace and quiet. We would definitely recommend both Pollenca and this property.

We love this place. Snuggled in the narrow streets of Pollença, right around the corner from the famous "365 Calvari Steps" and just a short walk from the shops, cafés and city square, the place instantly brings you out of work-mode and lets you relax. Whether from the rooftop terrace or out the door wandering around town. Be prepared to immerse yourself in Pollença.

The house is a old house reformed. It has been reformed with cheap materials in it. Wall paint is all falling because of humidity, and several parts of the house are already in very bad shape. The bathroom shows rust, the rooms let rain water in. But that's was not the worse. The worse was the cleaning. The house was so dirty when we arrived that we immediately called Cathy complaining. We sent pictures so no mistake could be assumed. We had to wait a day, and then the housecleaner arrived. We writed her a note saying what was dirty. when we came back, almost nothing was cleaned, writed Cathy again, sent pictures again. This time Cathy only said that our standard of cleaning was too high. In our pictures we send the sofa not being cleaned for ages (it had lefts of food all over the place), the floor with visible dirt, the carpet dirty as hell, dust being a inch high... So we reply we will clean the house. We spent a day cleaning. We also sprayed for bugs and washed all the bed all towels. And my God, they were dirty. They changed color, the pillows were yellow of dirty. in terms of bugs we found flies in the bed, cockroach in the leaving room, and several different ones that we couldn't identify. That was really the worst. The house is small compared with many others we saw near, but it's OK for a family of 4, but for example it doesn't have natural light in the living room. For us, it was the worst experience in a long time, for the cost. Won't return and won't recommend at all. The only good is that Cathy replies very fast to the emails. Mallorca is a great vacation destination, but choose another accommodation

Excellent townhouse with all the home comforts . Very spacious with a good amount of outside space on the roof terrace. Excellent communication with the owner, prompt reply to emails.

I really enjoyed my Stay in Mallorca at Cathy and Stefan house. It was really cosy , very modern, well equipped from the inside and located in the very astonoshing Pollença . The house has an amazing view from the upper floor balcony which allows you to watch the sun rise and sun set. One of the views that stuck in my head from that balcony was the pretty combination of sky , birds and mountain .. Mallorca sky is wonderful. A very clear sky which you can adore most when it's dark and you could then contemplate its numerous stars. The perfect position of the house enabled me to walk to the square that is only 2 minutes far. There you could find many luxurious restaurants which serve extremly delicious food. There are also supermarkets and bakeries within a short walking distance. I climbed the mountain and the great stairs that made me sing : " Gonna fly now, Flyin' high now". Again these lieus that I mentionned are all in this beautiful holiday home's entourage. I took the bus for only one station from Pollença to port de pollença and I enjoyed there the beach. I can only recommend this well furnished house. Thank you very much Cathy and Stefan :)

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist mehr als gut gewesen, Abwicklung zur Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe, Rückfragen alles prima. Polenca ist ein sehr schöner urspünglicher Ort. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind sicherlich schon ein paar Tage alt, wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht was den Zustand der Polster und Sitzgelegenheiten betrifft. Das habe ich als Feedback aber auch dem Vermieter persönlich geschrieben. Die Terassen waren auch vom Zustand nicht so wie auf den Fotos, aber damit konnte man leben. Wir hatten für 2 Wochen gebucht, haben aber Ende der ersten Woche mehrfach Besuch von Kakerlaken erhalten, der Vermieter hat uns einen Anteil der zweiten Woche zurückerstattet, wir haben dann die zweite Woche in einem Hotel verbracht.

Pollensa is a little bit of paradise with an old, wise soul; the house is charming; the mattresses are comfortable (wow! in a holiday home!) and the kitchen well-equipped. Is it even possible for that much to go right at once?!!
