From reserving and checking in and out, property manager very prompt and attentive. Very spacious with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, gathering areas... And quietness between spaces. This property served our family of 19 well! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, two refrigerators a plus!

Great stay! The place is HUGE, and full of things to keep you busy. Very close to the beach & other fun stuff. Communication from host was perfect and had no complaints!

The house was huge and nice. Had everything and knew if we needed anything, it was a phone call away. The owner was always available and was a wonderful host to ensure everything went well.
If I could say one slightly negative, the courtyard by the grill (really nice grill but the grates are rusting) was really nice but absolutely filthy. We wished we could have sat outside for dinners but it looks like it wasn’t power-washed in a while. The pools were closed on Memorial Day weekend which was odd. Other than that, it was perfect for our very successful reunion of 20 people. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here, 4 generations gathered near Bethany Beach. This home has ping pong, pool table, 2 enclosed sunrooms, several TV’s, community swimming pools, tennis and pickel ball courts within walking distance. Nearby restaurants and shops and of course, the beach!

We were looking for a house to accommodate 20 adults. This house is exactly what we were looking for. Ina (property manager) was more than helpful and even gave us a gift for helping with an internet issue she was having at the house. Our trip was perfect!!

The house was big enough to fit 15 of us all in our own rooms / areas. Beds were mostly comfortable (one downstairs was a little hard). Furniture was sort of cheap and it was not spotless but we weren’t in the house much! There is ping pong and foosball in the garage, boogey boards/some beach stuff, a big room upstairs where the kids hung out, and mostly we took the trolley or drove to the beach/arcade/boardwalk using the parking passes.
We had t to rent sheets and towels which was a little unusual (we usually go to cape cod) and rough coming from California but Ina helped us figure it out.
Ina was helpful and a good communicator.
We had a really fun week and enjoyed our stay!

This home was a perfect meeting place for our extended family to share a pre-holiday weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to visit, cook, and relax. Our host was outstanding: this was my first Vrbo booking, and she was so kind and helpful with all my questions. We visited in December, and the town and beach were great. Thank you!

Ina’s house has enough rooms to comfortably accommodate our large group,. When we’re not at the beach, our teenagers are either playing pool/ / ping pong, hanging out by the porch or bike riding around the neighborhood. (Yes, they also have bikes available our for use). While parents enjoyed cooking In the well stocked kitchen or using the big outdoor grill. Overall, everyone had a great time!
Ina is also avery generous host ..we were able us check in early and checked out as late as 1:30 pm. Communication with her is so easy and she was very understanding when one of the chairs in the master bedroom broke,..she did not charge us 😁

Family vacation
This house was more than capable of housing our family group of 22. The property manager is extremely attentive and no need went unfilled. Easy access to beach, shops, and community pool. You can use property parking passes, local shuttle ( only 25¢), or hourly pay-to- park when going to the boardwalk. We really enjoyed dinner at Harpoon Hanna's in Fenwick. Beautiful area!

A Very Memorable Gathering
This home is wonderful for large group gatherings with plenty of beds even for the maximum number allowed. When the weather is not too cold, maybe even more people could stay because there were futons and sofa beds in the 2 screened-in porches. All the beds and futons had good quality mattresses. The kitchen had just about everything you would need to cook meals for your large gathering, which we did for the 3 days we were there. If there is an item for the kitchen that is needed but is not found, Ina, the owner told us to just go buy it and she would reimburse us for the cost. Besides the large living room/dining/ kitchen area (open concept) on the first floor, the house had many other gathering locations throughout the house. Each of those spaces ( such as screened-in porch x 2; entertainment room with pool table and TV; another open concept sitting area, table and kitchen on the second floor; garage with ping-pong table and foosball table; as well as an outdoor area) all had abundant seating and space. Guests can choose to use different parts of the house for different activities. Since we were here in the winter, we did spend most of our time in the house. However, the house is only about 1.2 mile to the beach and we walked there one day, enjoying the boardwalk and shops that were open. We saw many beach chairs and sand toys in the garage that could be used by guests. One other activity many of us enjoyed on this trip was going to the Sea Colony Tennis Club, also about 1 mile away, where we played Pickleball on their outdoor courts for free.
The owner was extremely kind, communicative with me throughout the rental process, quick to answer questions, and willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would love to rent again in the future and maybe in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors more.

The Owner, Ina, was extremely responsive in answering questions and making sure our vacation met all of our expectations. The house is as advertised and described, and had the perfect layout, size, and location for our 17-member family. It's a short walk to the ocean beach, pools, tennis courts, and shopping. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances. Having a second kitchen, washer and drier was an added benefit, as were the pool table, ping pong, and foozeball. We expect to return and highly recommend it to others.

Great house, but we think it should be listed as a 7 bedroom. We loved the entertainment room - it has a pullout couch, but no bed(s). Cleaners should check pullout couches for crumbs, socks, remotes etc. Well stocked and great to have the garage for bikes, etc. Great family house. Have fun!

Great place to stay!
My extended family just stayed here for two weeks (June 2021), we had roughly 17 people each week and all of us comfortably slept in the rooms. The kitchen is also well stocked (pots/pans etc). Ina is a top notch owner who was very responsive and generous in providing items for the house. The neighborhood is nice and the house is an easy walk or trolley ride to the beach. Also, parking passes for the beach are provided. We really enjoyed our stay. You will too!

Memorable Family Time
It’s a great place to spend time with the family without any worries for the space. We spent good amount of family bonding time within the house playing ping pong, pool and foosball. Walking to the beach was fun. Owner of the house was very helpful in providing information though out our stay.

Great Value
The property is not perfect, but it is very rare that any property is. This residence is very nice and has plenty of space. It has all of the creature comforts and the trolley comes through regularly. It also is close to the beach, groceries, the beverage store, and many other items of interest. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation on a reasonable budget!

This is a nice and spacious property, located in a quiet neighborhood. We had nineteen adults and everyone had room to spread out. Ms. Ina is very easy to work with, addressing all of our questions and concerns. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great huge house within a few minutes drive to the beach
This house is huge! There are two full kitchens one on each floor. We could fit all 5 of our cars in the driveway. It was a perfect place for us to spend a weekend away with out friends. Even though is rained we had a great time together! Ina is wonderful and makes herself super accessible before and during the stay. Thank you for sharing your house!

Wonderful, spacious beach home with fantastic amenities and game room! Great for large groups!
This home is fantastic and highly recommended for large groups. Our church group started a tradition of traveling to Bethany/Rehoboth Beach over the Labor Day holiday. With 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms, 7 private bedrooms, a loft, an amazing game room with a pool table and a garage with ping pong and foosball, 5 bathrooms, and an outside shower, this home easily accommodated the 23 people in our group, ranging in age from 1 to 50. The kids loved the game room, and it doubled as the teenage boy bedroom. The owner Ina had a quick response time and was wonderful to work with. She allowed us to extend our check out time so we had extra beach time. She answered all our questions, and her genuine hospitality was very appreciated. There is plenty of space to play board games together or watch TV/a movie together. And the 2 enclosed decks are a nice space to have morning coffee or read and relax. We would definitely choose this property again.
