The apartment is spacious, well equiped and very sunny as it has two terraces, one on each side of the building. Communication with the host, Guido, was very good. I think the only thing that might improve it is to provide two sun loungers on the roof terrace.

Visiting Tenerife for the past 10 years and about 25 visits , this apartment is up among the best. Clean , Tidy, Modern, Comfortable, good pool that we used everyday.Guido was very helpful and was there in minutes when we could not operate hob safety lock many thanks we will return

We had 5 great days in Tenerife and the apartment was in the perfect location, close to all amenities and the fantastic Siam Water park - a must visit. The pool although cold was quiet and very clean Food on the promenade isn't great but can recommmend Terraza restaurant near the apartment and a fantastic Lebanese restaurant - Habibi.

Great stay, appartment is in A1 condition in a very quiet complex. If i had to say anyhting bad about it, it would only be that we didnt book 2 week. 5 *****

Stayed for 9 days from 15/11/2016. The apartment is very well appointed and was spotless. Within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. The beach is about 400 metres away. We had a few little problems but Guido, the owner, attended within minutes and rectified the faults. I would not hesitate to re-book and found the apartment very comfortable for four adults. The pool area is very inviting and private with plenty of sun beds, although there were very few sunbathers there during our stay. Definitely worth the visit.

IDEAL location, easy walking distance to beach, Las Americas, St Eugene. Beautifully decorated throughout with modern conveniences such as wifi, bluetooth. Spacious throughout over four floors (not ideal if mobility problems). Safe complex with pool close to apartment. Owner very attentive.
