Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit super Meersicht und tollem, heizbaren Pool. Frau Hoffmann hat uns super betreut, die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus jedem sehr empfehlen! Auch dir Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 2min auf der Autobahn.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit top ausgestatteter Küche, tollem Pool und einem unschlagbaren Ausblick. Der Sonnenuntergang sieht jeden Abend anders aus. Kommunikation vor und während der Reise lief freundlich reibungslos. Wir wären am liebsten noch da.

Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits dans la villa de Herbert. Bonne communication, la manager Monica nous a bien accueillis, elle s’est occupée de toutes les formalités et a pris de nos nouvelles tout au long du séjour. Du vin, de l’eau et une corbeille de fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La villa est confortable, bien aménagée, avec une vue magnifique sur l’océan depuis les grandes baies vitrées. Elle se situe au calme dans un quartier de villas. Le coucher de soleil est incroyablement beau, à ne pas rater. Il y a plusieurs terrasses, on en trouve toujours une pour se protéger du vent ou du soleil. Le jardin tropical est magnifique et bien entretenu. La grande piscine était chauffée à notre arrivée et était toujours agréable pour la baignade même quand l’air était encore un peu frais le matin. Elle est au soleil à partir de 11h environ. C’est indéniablement un grand plus de cette villa. Les enfants ont adoré. La femme de ménage est venue nettoyer après 6 jours, ce qui était vraiment bien. En conclusion nous avons été ravis par cette location. Sa situation en fait une base idéale pour explorer la côte nord de Tenerife. Nous ne pouvons que recommander fortement cette villa. Merci pour l’accueil et les prestations: au top! Allez visiter la Costa de El Sauzal à 5 minutes en voiture, vous aurez un bel aperçu de la beauté de la côte Nord

Quelle maison confortable! Les multiples terasses permettent de profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre selon le goût et la période de la journée. Calme et quiétude garantis. Merci pour un séjour mémorable!

The Villa is about 50minutes from the South Airport and 10km from Puerto de la Cruz. It is quite easy to drive to and the directions are excellent. The Villa is newly refurbished and is very much maintained to a Northern European/British standard being very clean, high quality fitments, well maintained inside and out. This is a high quality Villa. The views are outstanding - the large windows from the Lounge and Dinning/Kitchen area (all open plan) are straight out to sea. The two bedrooms face to the gardens at the front of the property. The main bedroom has an ensuite bath/shower and the second bedroom has a shower room right outside the door. The Lounge and Dining area have good quality furniture. The kitchen is very well fitted and lacks nothing. Outside there are terraces to the left and right of the property allowing al fresco breakfasting and morning sun bathing. In the afternoon the sun covers the back garden looking oiyt to see. The pool is in the sun from about 11 although always with some shade from the large tree in the garden next door. Real sun worshippers will always have sun but will need to move round the property to maximise the sun - no hardship as the property is beautifully set. Outside there is also a shower, toilet and BBQ area. On the living floor there is a large outside terrace that looks straight out to sea and is covered meaning that sitting in the shade and eating or enjoying the view is always possible and will provide some respite from the Summer sun. There is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and with large windows on the property facing the sea it was easy to have a nice indoors. There is also a wood burning stove for the cooler winter days. The WIFI is very good. There is a music system, DVD player and satellite TV although we could not find any English speaking stations - there was plenty in German and Spanish. The pool is a nice size and is one depth throughout. We paid extra for pool heat and this lifted the temperature to 27C. Monica was there to welcome us when we arrived, gave useful local insight and on hand when we needed help. Excellent. Overall, this is an excellent villa, very well presented, with fantastic views. We would recommend it for couples and small families. We would definitely return. This was one of the nicest villa we have hired across Europe over the last 10 years.
