Plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside and well stocked. The pool area was perfect in the Las Vegas heat and had some type of shade all day long. The prior reviews are correct though... there is a lot of road noise. Didn’t bother us too much when we were in the pool, but at night it was pretty loud at times. The master bedroom/bath does back up to the road and is very bright! Room darkening shades would have made the room perfect. Randy (Evolve Host) was great! Check in/out process is seamless and he’s very responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful property! It’s like being at your own mini resort. The pool and yard are beautiful. Packed full of amenities. Nice neighborhood, clean large home with everything you could possible want. Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the beautiful private back yard. The swimming pool and hot tub were a daily event!! Excellent big screen TV in the family room. We had a wonderful vacation together!! Kitchen was clean and well set up for some fun meals.

The pictures are try to the property and it looks even more beautiful in-person. I was not expecting for it to be as roomy as it was, but we loved every bit of it! The guest manager was great! He responded to messages promptly. The master bedroom is AMAZING! The pool area is breath taking! Let’s just say that I am looking forward to booking this property again. My youngest daughter and grandson did not want to leave the house.

We rented this home for a week for our family. The home was perfect for us. We all had our own bedrooms and the living room and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings.
The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Our granddaughters spent most of their time in the pool. We paid to heat it and glad we did because it was a bit chilly.
Randy (Evolve Host) was awesome. He was very responsive and helpful answering the questions we had.
There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.
There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store/Target/Sam's Club nearby.
It's fairly close to the strip and several golf courses.
(I would recommend that the home be stocked with more plastic glasses/bowls/plates for the pool area. Also, the home could use more plates/silverware. There were nine of us and we were constantly washing dishes.)
Overall, we loved this rental and would book if it again if we return to the area.

House was great size for our group. Allowed each to have their own room and with 3 seperate living areas and the outdoor pool area everyone was comfortable. The property manger stayed in touch and kept up with all our needs.

For the family/kids it was great to be off the strip. Great backyard with pool and Sauna. Road noise can be loud during the day but relatively quiet at night. Property manager was fantastic and if I had needed anything I know all I would have to do is ask and he would deliver. Thank would have preferred to be a little closer to the strip but the property and pictures were as advertised.

We would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group or families with kiddos. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with wonderful plants and trees, the shaded areas were great for daytime, and the heated pool and hot tub were great in the night when it was chilly. The house was very clean, there was lots of space for our group size, and there were many helpful Items available – – books, games, kitchen, items, pool towels, etc. The back of the property does sit along a somewhat loud street, but it did not bother our group at all.

We stayed for a week and the check in- out process smooth. The house offered many wonderful options such as a hot tub and pool table (need better cues). We did it use the pool (heating charges were not in our budget). The bathrooms were clean but there was dust and some sticky mess on the floor that cleaning crew missed. They were super responsive got it cleaned when we complained. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a blast on our vacation at this house! Very clean and very spacious. We were a party of 10 and it seemed as if we were missing some people at points because the house is so spacious. This was our annual cousin’s trip the house suited us perfectly we would definitely rent again the only issue we encountered was the pool it is a none traditional pool there should be significant signs/placards posted on the patio door or immediately by the pool to warn guest that the deep part of the pool is in the middle & shallow is on the side if you have non swimmers this can become an major issue

The house was great. It has alot of room for everyone to have their own space. Not a big deal, but thought there were TV's in all bedrooms (only master bedroom). Large TV in both sitting areas. Lots of pots/pans. Need to add a few various size mixing bowls. Pool was very nice!! I would stay here again if I visited again.

Stayed here before but this time was disappointing.
We showed up and the pool was filthy. Called the propertymanager and they did come and clean it again. Unfortunately, it remained pretty dirty the entire time. The waterfall was not working. We didn’t have any garbage bags and not have enough toilet paper or towels. Contacted the property manager and never heard anything so we had to go to the store and buy our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The property has a lot of deferred maintenance. We are disappointed because we loved staying in this property in the past….

Absinthe getaway
We had a great time! Property as described! Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for that large house. The outdoor patio was so beautiful. If you are considering whether you need pool heat in April, you do! The house also has pool toys, which was great.
The house is very chilly and on a temperature schedule, so if you don’t like air conditioning, bring layers. When the sun is up, you are up! If you need darkness, bring a night eye mask.
All in all, it was a phenomenal time! We’d absolutely come again with a large party.

The house was exactly as advertised, clean and a great fit for our family vacation! It was a little further away from the "strip" than I expected, but that's my fault for not looking closer. Uber's were easy to get and when we had a little issue the contact was VERY quick to respond and got it sorted it out in minutes!!! You won't be disappointed with this house!
