This is a wonderful house just a short way out of Breckenridge (less than 10 min and 1 min off I-70.) Everything a family needs for a great stay is provided. We stayed for the 2nd year in a row for our ski vacation & we hope to return again & again.

The mountain home was stunningly beautiful and perfect for my kids and grandkids. The layout is great for our group of 10. Loved having a dining table that fit all of us! So close to downtown Breck! Can’t wait to rent it again!

We hoped for a Winter Wonderland this Christmas and that is exactly what we got! The property and amenities are top notch! We had 9 people in our group. My family of 4 (Atlanta), My brother and his family of 4 (Littleton locals), and our mother (Atlanta)! We had plenty of room to relax, watch movies, play games, cook and gather for family dinners! There was plenty of space to separate too when needed. The communication with both Sandra and Steve made everything seamless. A few minor questions during our stay were handled immediately and with great care and concern for our happiness. It was like speaking with extended family. It was clear that they truly care! The property itself is impressive! A true log cabin style home. Hand crafted, on site, with massive beams and a solid floor plan. The home has a safe, warm, comforting, and cozy feeling while inside. There are really no drawbacks about this property, just be prepared to shovel snow off the deck and around the hottub which is to be expected when visiting a winter wonderland. All equipment is supplied and easily accessible. The memories that were made on this trip will truly last a lifetime. We all had a wonderful time in this well-stocked and beautifully appointed property. The hot tub was huge and we loved the fire pit just next to it. We spent hours in the kitchen and large living room next to the fireplace, playing games and working puzzles after skiing. There was plenty of room for our group of 8, and the views were beautiful. The only difficulty we had was the steep and curvy driveway because it was snowy and icy. Definitely recommend a four-wheel drive! Definitely would recommend and stay again!

My family really enjoyed our stay in this home over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house fit our 4 families very comfortably and the bunk room was a bonus for the kids. The kitchen had more than enough kitchware and utensils to fully cook a thanksgiving dinner. The separate ice maker was a plus. It snowed during our stay and 4 wheel drive vehicles are needed to get up the steep drive with a nice porte cochere to park under. The home is in Blue River, very easy access to downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes. We hope to be able to visit again in the future.

We absolutely loved our time in Blue River. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures show. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay! The house was clean and beautiful, with a great location near Breck. The hot tub and fire pit work great and were very appreciated. The house is well cared for and was perfect for our three night stay.

This home accommodated our 4 families with 14 people very easily. The children loved being together in the bunk room and the adults each had a large bedroom. The very best part of the house was the large deck at 5:30 each morning. The house is located very close to Main Street in Breckinridge and Saundra the owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Had a wonderful time, so many activities and sites to take in! I would highly recommend this property, my family had a room for each of the four couples and we were able to prep and fix meals, enjoy coffee and games on the deck. Everything is here, there were even some left over items from other guests that came in handy!

What an absolutely magical week we had at this property. The views, the property, the amenities, everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better or more beautiful place to celebrate and spend time with our loved ones. We will definitely be back!

This home was amazing and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect.

Only complaint was with snow removal. Big ice berm to climb over to get into garage. Had to dig out hot tub and fire pit.

We will definitely be back! Wow! This rental was everything as promised and more! We had three families and never felt crowded. The kids had their own space downstairs and there is plenty of room! If visiting during the winter, 4x4 is a MUST. There are plenty of sleds at the house to use, and we even bought a few more and left them! The fire pit and hot tub are a small walk through them snow, so bring some flip flops or slippers to wear back and forth. The house is well stocked as far as necessities. The beds are firm, so if that’s not your preference, just be prepared. Overall, we LOVED the house, and the location. We skied in Keystone because we heard it was better for families and kids learning, it was about 30mins travel. (Must have 4x4) We did snowmobiling with Goodtimes and snow tuned at Frisco Adventure Park, all within 15 min drive from the house. We loved the house and location. A perfect size for 7 adults and 3 kids between 6 and 9. The layout is great for group gatherings and also private space when needed. The house is beautifully furnished and there are plenty of things to keep kids and adults occupied. A perfect ski week for us!

It was a reunion of old med school buds. We had a great time skiing and cooking gourmet meals in the fabulous kitchen. Hot tub was awesome. It is a beautiful home with a great log cabin but luxury feel. Would definitely do it again!

This property is beautiful! The owners provided everything imaginable to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Location is close to town and ski lift. There is something for every member of the family. We will be returning to this property in the future.

From the moment we walked into this amazing home, we enjoyed every moment of our girls getaway weekend! The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking a pleasure. All the linens were beautifully appointed & comfortable. The walk out basement party room is great for groups that desire times of separation. The fire pit & huge hot tub gave us so many pleasureable moments! We loved the rocking chairs on the main deck, looking out on the gorgeous view. We spent a lot of time in the great room relaxing on the spacious furniture and looking out at the beautiful views! I would absolutely hope to find time to return to the lovely mountain home! It’s only about 5 minutes to town…so convenient for dinners out&shopping! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

This was a great place for a reunion of 4 couples from around the USA who have been friends for 40 years. Spaciousness & layout of rooms great - each with its own bathroom. Rooms such that the early risers could get coffee going without waking everyone. Decks provided good outdoor space. Worked really well for our group.

The owner contacted me directly with the check in information and they were very nice and helpful with all details. The jacuzzi was great and downstairs game room also ideal for large groups. The home showed pride of ownership and was wonderful. I highly recommend for a fun Breckinridge experience.

Beautiful property! Great views, spacious, and clean. The 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge was convenient. We appreciated how responsive the host was to any questions we had before and during the trip.

This property is exactly as pictured, and SO lovely! We felt right at home! The cabin is less than 4 minutes from downtown Breck, so it is AMAZING location wise. The view is incredible, and the property is very peaceful. One thing that we loved was they actually had amenities, small things like spices, silverware, trash bags. Things you often forget to snag at the store. We take this trip every year, and this has been everyone's favorite stay so far (in 7+ years). Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This cabin was a lot more spacious than we expected. Kitchen opens up to the bar area and has a giant dining table set off to the side of the main living room. The fireplace kept us very warm and the heated floors were a huge plus!

This was my best VRBO experience to date. Plenty of space, secluded feel, few minutes from Breck, etc. Host was easy to communicate with and their home is as advertised. If you’re considering this cabin, no need to look further!

We got caught in winter weather storm, but this beautiful home made us comfortable and still had plenty to keep us entertained. It was very well stocked and organized with everything you may need.
