Perfect for our work team! Amazing host!

This home was beautiful- we came in for my mother’s funeral. It was so nice to stay somewhere that was peaceful and reminded me of my own home.

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s property. The house was well stocked - probably the best stocked rental I have ever been to - with various necessities (tape, scissors, kitchen necessities, etc.) and activities for children. This was also an ideal place for kids. There is a pack n play and games for kids under 2, and there are board games for older kids. We were very comfortable here and it was a great location for getting around Montrose. Finally, Michelle was a delight to communicate with and was highly responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Montrose region!

The house was huge and well decorated- very cozy and chic. The backyard was exactly what I was hoping for- an expansive green lawn, perfect for my kids to play all kinds of sports with the equipment we brought. We cooked most nights and the kitchen felt like home. This is a great spot for a larger group- highly recommend!

Not loving to cram my family into a tiny box of a hotel room, this property is the dead opposite! The house is great with options for being together upstairs or being separated upstairs and downstairs. One of my kids sleeps late and one rises early so it was nice to have one downstairs where he could rise early and play downstairs on the TV away from other child who sleeps late and was upstairs. When not sleeping, the yard is like a football field with, what felt like endless space to run and play. The house also has a virtually empty garage and, since we were there to dirt bike, it was great to be able to take the toys off and store them in a locked garage while we were away from the house. The host was very responsive to messages. I had asked period questions along the way and while there and I would be surprised if I ever had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. None of my requests were urgent but still nice to know that if I had something urgent to ask, I would get a quick response. Overall, a great house on a great property run by a great host and it was well positioned to anything we wanted to do. Will be back again soon.

The home was just beautiful. Spotless and perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make big meals to keep us fueled for riding at Peach Valley. Thank you!

This property is in a rural area just minutes from the airport and downtown Montrose. It was well-decorated, quiet, and spacious. We stayed here and explored the Black Canyon, Ouray, the Millions Dollar Highway, and the Palisade wine country. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience at the house. We were at max capacity and the house worked out very well. We loved having the extra space downstairs. The yard gave the kids some space to play. Appreciate the host’s flexibility and friendliness with us as well!

We hit grand junction, black canyon, ridgeway state park, and telluride during our stay (to name a few). Lastly the star gazing was great from the back patio. Beautiful property, had everything we needed!

My words cannot express how impressed I was with this property and Michelle but I will try. From the beginning Michelle was easily accessable and prompt when reaching out to her with questions. I truly felt that I was in my own home, everything that we needed was already there. It was impeccably clean and welcoming. We traveled with another family and were able to have our own space when needed but also able to enjoy each others company in the common areas as well as the back patio. The location was perfect to enjoy the tourist destinations around the area. I will highly recommend this property to my friends and family. I can honestly say this was the best VRBO property we have stayed in. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home for us to enjoy.

I was in town for a "workcation" and could not have dreamed up a more relaxing, convenient, peaceful property to rent. Michelle is wonderfully communicative, responding to messages and answering questions quickly. This home gets an A+ all around - decor, amenities, location, etc.

The house is huge, very well set up, kitchen well stocked, close to both town and airport. We had a great time visiting with family.

Our annual women getaway brought us to this beauty of a home and God’s beautiful CO mountains! This home has the best of everything! Quality beds, linens, appliances - total comfort! Conveniently located - you will not be disappointed... All 5 of us were more than happy!

We stayed here for a couple of days while exploring the black canyon and surrounding sites. The house was amazing; perfect for two families to share, kids and adults both had a great time. The backyard is great for kids to run around in and play. The kitchen is well appointed, having everything we needed to cook most meals. We will be staying here again the next time we head to the area!

We enjoyed our family reunion tremendously while in Montrose. A big part of that enjoyment was the wonderful place that we had to stay. It was very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, and well furnished. We have already recommended that beautiful home to others who will be going back there. Thank you

Beautiful, spacious home centrally located for hiking southern Colorsdo

We stayed at Michelle’s place from June 30 to July 2nd. The check in process is very easy. The house looks exactly as it describes on the website. It was spotless clean, very tastefully decorated. The house has everything we need. We loved to cook our food In the fully equipped kitchen while enjoyed great view of backyard. We have total 8 guests. There were plenty of rooms for us to stay. We were surprised to found out there is bedroom with king size bed and a huge play room in the basement. The house came with high quality bed, bedding and towels. Overall, We had a great time stayed in Michelle’s house.

What a wonderful piece of zen! It was our first time to the Montrose area and it was perfect. The house was very warm and welcoming, providing everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, to the beautiful kitchen and living areas! Everything was very clean and in order. We were a party of 8 ages ranging from 15 to 65 and each one of us enjoyed ourselves. During our stay we took a small trip to Telluride and Ourway- breathtaking beautiful. On another day we visited the Black Canyons of Gunnison! The minimal TVs allowed us to really bond and engage in lots of conversation and games. We will definitely be returning!

This house was beautiful and large with great views and everything we needed. Ten minutes from town was the perfect distance for us. The hot tub was a great addition to an already perfect setup. We will definitely stay again!
