I attended a conference at the keystone conference center. This place was about a 30 minute walk to the center which I thoroughly enjoyed each day. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes. The wine and jazz festival was going on during my stay. I could hear the music from the balcony and it was a quick walk there as well. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was overlooking the hot tubs. The voices traveled easily up to the condo.

Perfect location for the cost. We had 4 adults so a little tight. As with any rental,some concerns. Strangest one was the unit had only 3 dinner forks. They responded quickly with extra silver ware.

The room was great, location great, everything was great,EXCEPT that there is a fan going bad in the men's bathroom below the condo and it produced a fairly loud constant 24/7 noise. The noise volume and tone was almost identical to being within 5-10' of an older washing machine.I brought it to the attention of the Silver Mill property maintenance department TWICE, once on the phone, the second time in person talking to a gentleman. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat. My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team!

Great location, perfect for a snowboarding trip to keystone, just a 3 minute walk to the gondola, plus all the stores and restaurants are right there too. The amenities were great too (hot tub, sauna). Definitely coming back!

This place was a great place to stay. It was very close to the gondola. The three hot tubs were small, but downtown Keystone in pretty awesome. The check-in process was confusing. I’m not used to so many emails. The emails were a little overwhelming. Then having to go to a separate location for the keys and check in. I’m still not fully sure about a few things. Like do I get a parking permit to park by the elevator? It was a little complicated- Figuring out the right elevator, right parking spots, driving to go get key cards. The price was amazing and I will definitely go back again.

Could use some minor TLC to the coffee maker (the valve didn’t work until you lifted the carafe), fridge shelving (bottom shelf was missing), oven mitts (non existent), pizza cutter (was broken) and fire place (didn’t seem to work).

Check in process a breeze! Plenty of space for 2 to 4 ppl. Comfortable basics. Silver Mill building is a great location and easy walk to the lift. Love having the ski locker and parking garage. Have stayed in 3 diff units in SM and we would rent this unit again.

8171, just a step away from the elevator, which was convenient for everything. However there was a constant noise day and night coming from an HVAC unit below the room heating the first floor hallway between the ski lockers and suana. The unit was well equiped except for poor quality paper products and only 3 Spoons. The fireplace always took several minutes to come on. The "Mountain View" is narrow and currently covered by large crains building new condos.

Just terrible. Don't stay here. First day right when we arrive, toilet is clogged and they told us to use the lobby bathroom. Refused to call a plumber until the day before we left. Roof was leaking water. Unprofessional property management company.

We had a great weekend at this location. Checkin was super easy and the place was perfect! Nice, cozy seating and bedding. The hot tubs were also a great way to relax after a chilly day on the slopes.

We enjoyed the stay and the location was great.
The furnitures was old and worn and very uncomfortable. There was a constant noice that kept us awake at night. It sounded like it was coming from below us and sounded like boiling water or wind blowing thru a vent. It was loud and kept us up.
We will not stay in silver mill again. We have stayed in the keystone village many times but this was the 1st in this building.

Cozy and quiet mountain cabin vibes!
Directions to check in were super easy to follow, was able to check in without having to go to front desk or talk with anyone. Right next to keystone resort, which is super nice since after along day of skiing because the last thing you want to do is walk or drive very far. Very cozy inside, cute outdoor themed decorations. There is a small, quiet hot tub area outside the complex, which is super nice for an evening post-ski soak. I would deffinetly reccomend this rental and would for sure stay here again!

The property was a nice size in a great location, however it had a poorly stocked kitchen, the living Room furniture was uncomfortably old and worn, and the bedroom comforter was torn. Also the tiles in the bathroom shower were moldy. I had to request a new humidifier that didn’t have mold in it. The coffee maker did not work, the blender was broken, and there was a decent sized stack pot.

This is our second stay in this specific condo this year things had downgraded compared to our first year! The condo was not as clean as it should and could be as well as previously they had offered nice robes which were no longer available apparently. Overall our stay was nice I was just disappointed at the condo and they need it for it being cleaner and having the need for new furnishings. Main comforter had a large rip in it, many of the dishes are now gone with very little options for cooking they need a new coffee pot as we had to make coffee and then warm it up in the microwave. I had hoped that in the future we would continue to stay in this specific condo rental but after this stay we will find New accommodations for our yearly trip

Excellent Thanksgiving
Things were great for our stay. Everything about the listing was accurate. Check-in process went fine. It really is hard to find the garage entry in the dark, but we got there. I will say that we asked for towels on our third day and it took over 38 hours to get towels, understanding that it was the holiday week. Hope to return some day!

The condo was in a great location. Access to all the shops and restaurants was so convenient. Lots to do in the area. Horseback riding at the Keystone Stables was so much fun and our guide - Karly was so knowledgeable about horses and the area.

Communication with property management was excellent there was a limited amount of silverware in the unit there was also some ongoing noise from the parking garage. Only 4 coffee mugs in the kitchen so entertaining guests is a challenge.

Dillon Vacation
Property is in a great location . Easy checking property managers were wonderful. The condo is dated but it had a great view of Lake Dillon. I would stay here again.

Right in the heart of River Run
The condo was very clean when we arrive and was just as described. The bed was excellent. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, except for teaspoons. Parking and unloading were easy and very convenient. The condo had a fan to circulate the air and bring in the cool air from outside. We love Keystone and River Run for the beauty, convenience of restaurants and shopping, the music and other activities that are available.
