Encantadora casa restaurada en estilo Village Cod Cape. Nueva cocina con encimeras de granito, refrigerador bajo cero, electrodomésticos Viking, etc. Nuevos baños de azulejos, sala formal, comedor formal. Nueva sala de entretenimiento familiar con estéreo, cine en casa y piano vertical. Nueva adición de salón con puertas francesas que actúan como una brisa de verano y dan al cielo del patio trasero. Un patio así de grande y privado en Rowayton es inaudito. Nuestro hermoso parque tiene jardines verdes ondulantes, jardines con flores, magníficos árboles, una terraza con una gran escalera, patio, un puente que da a un tranquilo estanque, hamacas, sillas y salones Adirondack, barbacoa, columpios y más. Hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! David was so responsive and helpful! The house was extremely well stocked with anything and everything you’ll need. The yard is stunning and so special for the area. The town of Rowayton couldn’t be more charming, such a special place. It’s an easy walk with sidewalks to city square for anything you may need with several restaurants and shops to choose from. The beach is lovely and also very close. We also took the train into NYC for the day and it was very convenient. Can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else if we come back!

Very well maintained property. Owner extremely responsive. Close to town and a easy walk to beach. House is very comfortable with a great backyard which our grandkids loved. We highly recommend.

David was very accommodating. We arrived very late and the key was easy to find, lots of outside and inside lights on. It was raining off and on for several days and he brought over umbrellas for us. The house is very cute and better then the pictures. They have recently added a island which is awesome and not in the pictures. The backyard is amazing. Lots of different seating areas and lots of shade. Prior to arrival David answered all my questions and was always quick to respond. The only issue we had was the garbage disposal had a unusual way to start it and David came over and showed us what to do. A plus on this property. Town is very cute and easy access to Darien and freeway.

Rowayton House
David was very accommodating. We arrived very late and the key was easy to find, lots of outside and inside lights on. It was raining off and on for several days and he brought over umbrellas for us. The house is very cute and better then the pictures. They have recently added a island which is awesome and not in the pictures. The backyard is amazing. Lots of different seating areas and lots of shade. Prior to arrival David answered all my questions and was always quick to respond. The only issue we had was the garbage disposal had a unusual way to start it and David came over and showed us what to do. A plus on this property. Town is very cute and easy access to Darien and freeway.
