The property manager, Kristen, was amazing - very accommodating and quick to respond! House looked just like online pics! Very cozy and perfect location - close to beaches, shopping and food. Quiet neighborhood and very private.

The condo is attractive, clean, and has a nice little pool that is private and surrounded by palms. The location of the property in West Palm Beach is convenient to Antique Row, The Norton Museum of Art, and close to the beaches.

Our family had a great time at Lytton Court! The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Conveniently located to major highways, restaurants, beaches, and shopping. And a pleasant area to walk around. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The outdoor area and pool were a nice addition, and we enjoyed that it was so private and shaded (no need to sunscreen the kids like crazy). Perfect size for a family of 6, as long as the kids don't mind sharing beds. We will definitely look to stay here should we find ourselves in West Palm Beach again!

The house is in a historical neighbourhood and is 4 min from lots if restaurants and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean except for a few missed spots in the usual places behind desks and under garbage in the kitchen. Same as home! We had a problem with the washer and a clogged toilet and the property manager was on it immediately. She even offered to wash our towels and return them. Truly lovely service! The pool and back oasis are fab! I absolutely loved the art work through the house. C

This house is all it is in the photos. It is architect designed which means the spaces are well thought out and proportionate. The third bathroom downstairs off the small study is genius. From the thoughtfulness of the door detectors on the French doors alerting anyone to departure or entry to the extra towels and sheets and the convenient upstairs laundry closet in the hall, this is a well thought out rental home. Kristen was quick to respond to our needs. The jasmine and orchids growing in the back yard are the icing on the cake of a lovely garden with barbecue and outdoor seating for 6. thank you for a lovely stay, I will highly recommend this rental to my friends.

Was nice. Clean but small. The pool was very dirty when we got there and was told someone would be there to clean it and no one showed up so we did it ourselves. Also the recycling was full from previous guest and one of the two garbage bins was also full. There was trash all around the pool and we tried to get most of it. Plastic champagne glasses, balloons, paper. Just needs a little attention to detail and could be a great place to stay

Great modern property in private area but close enough to food, beaches and points of interest. Pool was nice place to relax. House was good size to accommodate our family. Would stay here again.

Great rental

Property was new, very nice and clean. The general location was nice and you could walk places; however, the actual street itself had a mixture of different property classes. Overall, the owners and manager were lovely.

Property is equipped with everything needed. It’s a short walk to the water and Vicky made it easy.

We enjoyed our time here. The property wasn’t as large as I thought it would be. but it was perfect for us four. The property manager is responsive and kept the lines of communication open. I would definitely rent again for a peaceful quiet getaway.

Such a wonderful spot! Very close to all west palm has to offer. Easy communication, easy check in, awesome pool. Our ages ranged from 2-68 years old, and everyone was happy!

Excellent stay, the host Vicky was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home itself is meticulous including a beautiful pool as well. Great location with quick access to the beach and to downtown. I would highly recommend this property and will likely revisit ourselves.

Very happy to have stayed here over the December 2019 holiday break. House spotless and inviting, and everything was exactly as represented and what we hoped for. Location ideal for everything we wanted to do with proximity to restaurants and activities in West Palm and on the Island. The backyard pool is inviting and private, and I would only note that in Winter, if you want sun, it is extremely limited. Some prefer to relax without the sun, and this would be ideal for you, at least in the winter months.

I rented this property in February 2019. Some of the reasons (in addition to the modern remodel of the home which was beautifully done) that I rented it were the pictures of the pool and the sun shining thereon and the fact that it had three sets of double doors along the back of the home which could be opened creating an “open air” environment. Upon arrival, I did contact the rental agent, who was very professional and whom I highly recommend, as the property had a number of dirt/luggage marks along the walls, up the staircase, etc. Then I found that two other issues existed. First, due to the landscaping in the backyard and the size of the pool itself, more than half of the pool/patio deck was constantly in the shade throughout the day. As such, we felt that the listing was not accurate in its representation, at least not for February. To be in the sun, you had to stay in the back corner of the patio (about 1/2 of the pool deck). Second, the center set of the double doors were unable to be opened like the other two affecting another major reason for the rental which was that “open air” feel. I did raise this to the rental agent to protect myself and see if they could be opened. A handyman came over and was unable to get the doors offered. So he offered to have the doors taken off for repair and temporary doors put in place leaving the rear of the home vulnerable as they would not be able to be locked. This was unacceptable as we would be leaving our belongings in a rental home that could not be secured with a landscaped backyard leaving no good sight lines into the back of the property. We agreed to leave the doors as was and just sacrificed that part of why we rented. The owner did come to review this and gave us a bottle of champagne to apologize which was nice. He agreed that the solution was the repair option so we left it as was. With the misrepresentation of the amount of sun on the pool deck (not stated in the listing) and the issue with one set of the doors, I asked the rental agent to ask the owners for some consideration. And please let me be frank, as all I asked was for possibly one days’ worth of credit. After numerous attempts the owners refused to offer any such credit. So, given all of the above, I feel that the owners misrepresented the home in the listing and did not provide the home in perfect working condition. As a result. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone renting this home. Thank you.

Honestly the best VRBO stay I've every had. Home was very nice and more importantly CLEAN.

Loved this place. It was absolutely immaculate with plenty of nice fluffy towels, well stocked kitchen and great beds. New construction with quality materials. Excellent location in a cool historic neighborhood. Note that the 3rd bath is small and on the 1st floor, but not a problem. Only one bathroom is en suite. Pool was perfect for a refreshing cool off. Minutes from the airport means easy in and out, but you are in the flight path...it did not bother us in the least. Great place if you are looking for a home in West Palm - don't hesitate on this one.

It was a lovely place. Safe, quite, so close to the intercostal. The pool gets warm like a hot tub, so at night it is nice to relax in. The pool is really shaded. So if your looking to lay out you will have to move your chair around to follow the sun. :)

The house is great with a big kitchen and island that is open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a huge sectional couch so there is room for everyone. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds and pillows. The heated pool was cold, but I texted Heidi the first evening and she had the pool guy there the next morning to fix everything. The patio with the pool is lovely and very private with small palm trees all around it. A perfect house for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect hideaway for a girl's weekend...only wish it was closer to downtown and the water. The white interiors were soothing to the soul and the backyard pool surrounded by palm trees was tranquil. Top notch amenities were plenty and the property manager, Heidi, was available for all our questions. Wonderful stay.

The place is modern and clean, with all details accounted for. Perfect proximity to the events we were attending. Great value!
