Great place, great location!

Location could not be beat. Just open the screened in door and walk a few steps to the beach. Beach is lovely and spacious. Water perfect temp. Condo is spacious and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The only suggestion I would have is for whomever owns the property to cover the unusable hot tub and take down the fence around it for even more beach view.

We had an amazing family vacation. The property is beautiful and right on a private beach and the water was like bath water and super clean. You can walk right in. The property is so nicely kept. Super clean and equipped with everything you need. Raj the owner super nice and easy to work it. Quickly replied to all of my questions. Thank you Raj for renting your property to us and can't wait to do it again next year. Already missing it this week. Rather be at the beach !!

We loved our stay, it was very peaceful, the beach was steps away and very private! The bed was comfortable and we slept with the sliding glass door open to hear the waves and feel the breeze. Took wood and we’re a little disappointed there was no fire pit as listed. Had to look in the dryer for towels and only found one washcloth. Otherwise it was lovely!

The toilet keep running The shower curtain had mold on it All the electrical lights were not working-all the switches. Only the lamps Did not leave the Wi-Fi password. I had to wait over 10 hours. Lawn chairs were dirty

Amazing location! Raj was extremely accommodating, and was very pleasant to work with. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

My family members had a wonderful time. Only suggestion would be an upgrade in the mattresses. Raj was excellent to work with. Entire process was very easy.

Nice spot for 2 couples with nice size bedrooms and the view was perfect. Raj was very helpful and made the experience much better as the weather wasn’t great. Great location with easy access to town. A few items missing from the photos but overall a great rental

This is a great location to explore the Cape. Nice beach access. Quiet this time of year, great restaurants close by. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 en suites. Well equipped kitchen.

The condo is well equipped and comfortable and very nice to have two bedrooms with 2 seperate bathrooms. The location is fabulous but this is a lower unit and there is very little acoustical buffers between the floors. So there were people above us and we heard them day and night. There is also construction going on next door which is not a problem on the weekend as they dont work but if you are thinking about a peaceful book reading day by the beach its not going to be that at this point until they get the building enclosed. We had to search for towels and found dirty ones in the washer so the cleaners are probably not the best around and we had to run the bedding through the wash as we found sand in one of the beds. Hot tub not working at this point but that was pointed out before we arrived.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was set up nicely. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer since this was the last leg of our trip and we were running out of clothes. The view from the bedroom was amazing. The beach was so awesome and it was close to restaurants and shopping, and a quick drive to Provincetown. You just can’t beat staying right on the beach!

Beautiful place. Just need an update on the mattress . Other than that, was perfect.

This is a very lovely condo. We enjoyed our family trip (grandma, mom and dad and two elementary schoolers) over the Father's day weekend. 1. Right at the beach (beach front, ocean view): This is an end unit facing the ocean. We enjoy the direct ocean view from the unit, particularly the dining room and the master bedroom. We opened the French door at the master bedroom and enjoyed the sound of the waves in our bedroom. It's at the first floor, with an ocean view patio. We enjoyed the private beach which is only steps away (there is a shower head for cleanup before entering the room). Water is not cold even in June - we are surprised! 2. Great location: Dennis is in the middle of Cape Cod. We drove northeast to Provincetown/Chatham one day and drove west to Plymouth on another day. Also not far away from the Cape Cod Potato Chips Factory for an interesting free tour. There are also great restaurants nearby. 3. Well equipped and maintained: The condo is equipped with washer, dryer, full-kitchen (with utensils, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric stove and a dishwasher), two nice bathrooms, 3TVs (one in each room), hair dryer, iron, towels, linens, internet. The unit is clean and cozy. Free and ample parking right in front of the unit. 4. Very nice owner: we initially had internet problems, more likely related to Comcast. The owner responded within minutes and solved the problem late Friday night. That's really nice! 5. There was a bunny hopping around on the grass just outside. Thank you Raj!

The condo was clean, spacious, and in a wonderful location. Loved the outdoor sitting area and convenience of having the beach so close!

My husband and 3 younger kids enjoyed our stay very much! We definitely recommend booking this place. It had a beautiful private beach for the condo units. Very clean, updated, much nicer than we anticipated. We look forward to visiting again.

I can’t say enough about how peaceful and relaxing this hidden gem of a beach condo was. My family spent a fantastic week there, enjoying the private beach as well as the brilliant view of the Ocean from the back patio. This place was very clean, cozy and perfect my family. It’s wonderfully located and an easy drive to several key spots along the Cape. There were lots of great restaurant options as well (especially one town over in Harwich) Look no further than here when planning your next family trip to the Cape.

We were looking for a place on the Cape to take our family, including our one year old on his first vacation. With the baby, I was really particular about where we would stay, and I am so glad that we chose this condo. This is one of the best two units in the building, as it is an end unit. There is a slider in the master bedroom, from which one can see and hear the water. The unit is beautiful, and the Dennis Port location is near everything. We were just steps away from the private beach, we just needed to walk down the stairs. The only thing that we didn't love were the mattresses. They just felt too well-used. Raj was easy to work with and always very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property!

This years vacation was very special to me .It was my birthday and also 3 months recovery from lung surgery. So I was very very picky where I went. I wanted first to be able to see the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night. 2nd a really comfortable bed ( which isn't always easy to find ) 3rd an outside sitting area and inside furniture that you could actually relax in. Not only did I get all of that but the interior is exactly as the pictures show. Immaculately clean , decorated beautifully what I would call modern Cape Cod and still very beachy. My husband and I loved it. Raj the owner was a pleasure to work with and knowing we were getting in late saw us the next morning to make sure we were all set. I feel I did find my special place to celebrate. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Great location, quality of the condo is definitely way above average for the Cape area. A nice plus to have a/c on muggy nights, and a great sea breeze the remainder of the time. The condo has its own washer/dryer! The owner was very attentive and helpful. Clean and modern.

My Family and I stayed at this beach front condo the week of 7/21/12 through 7/28/12. We had a great time the beach was great for the kids. The fact that we did not have to drive and transport all our beach belongings everyday to a beach was AWESOME!!! The Beach was so nice and so private it was great! The condo was new and nicely furnished (it could have been a little cleaner, having paid a $75.00 fee I didn't expect to find sand in the tub or a dirty stove top)with plenty of room for the kids (two 13 year old boys) my husband and myself. We enjoyed having coffee out on the small patio area every morning, listening to the waves roll in. The complex itself is still a work in progress, and we were a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not yet finished, but it will be beautiful when done. Perhaps the price was a little to high for an unfinished property but the location is priceless...waterfront is always pricey. There was construction going on during our stay but we knew this might be happening so we did not mind, they were polite and friendly and we went about our business and enjoyed ourselves. We unfortunately did not have a working washer/dryer as stated in the description, but we understand those things happen, a new washer/dryer unit was put in the day before we left. Raj was very polite and courteous, and felt badly about the washer problem. The kids enjoyed clam chowder from every yummy restaurant we visited (Kreme and Kone was a favorite),mini golf, gocarts, arcades and of course icecream almost everynight there was just so much to do they had a ball!!! All in all we had a great week at this condo and are planning on returning next year, and I am sure it will be more beautiful than this year at least I know the hot tub will be done it was almost complete when we left, we are hoping the pool will be too. I cant say enough about how we were completely lied to about this motel turned condo. I was told to us by the owner (Raj) that it featured a hot tub and a pool. We were told it was NOT a converted motel. Upon arrival we found a hole in the ground with dirt aka the hot tub, the building directly across from the front door of this so called condo was completely under construction. The pool was under construction. The walls were paper thin and every word from the also very unhappy renter above us could be heard. We were told there was a grill provided. Instead we found a pile of wood with a blue tarp covering it. We were yelled at by the owner when we complained that the property was under construction. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VACATION RUINED. WE USED FOUR DAYS TO REGROUP AND SCRAMBLE TO FIND A SUITABLE HOME FOR OUR OLDER CHILDREN TO JOIN US WITH THEIR BRAND NEW BABY. This owner is not a reputable nor is he truthful.

The condo was gorgeous. It was brand new and in a great location- the beach is steps away. The owner, Raj, was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend staying there!!
