Beautiful Luxury Townhome at Loon Mountain South Peak in Lincoln NH

Dave's house was perfect for our extended family's trip to the White Mountains. There was plenty of space for 9 people to stay comfortably. The house was clean and very well stocked. Dave's house has a lovely river that runs behind it, and it's also close to all the stores and restaurants in Lincoln. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and wonderful. Second time staying there. Easy to get to town and not a far ride to North Conway. We spent a lot of the time at the river during the day.

My family and I including our little dog , stayed for 3 nights in the middle of July. Our niece was getting married at Loon Mountain. It was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and the perfect location. It had all the amenities they you could ask for including a full kitchen and laundry. The 4 bedrooms were very spacious! We enjoyed the walking trails and the access to the river . We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Lincoln. The only small thing we came across was the hot tub was closed due to reconstruction.

My family (5 adults, 3 children) had a fantastic time at this townhouse. Lots of room for everyone and the location worked very well for what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this rental. Hope to stay here again when we visit NH. Thanks again Dave.

Our stay was beautiful. The townhome was extremely clean, beautiful view and so cozy! Dave was great stayed in contact our entire stay! Loved the location! We will be booking here from here on out! Best place we have stayed in NH! I have been coming up here for 38 years and this by far is the most beautiful. Very impressed with the cleanliness!

This was our third year at Loon and by far the best condo. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Timbertown Quad, which never has a line and has a few good beginner runs. You can also ski over to the main mountain and a shuttle runs daily. So we didn’t really use our car and the kids could easily take a break fro skiing.
The condo itself was completely equipped and super clean. Dave was available to answer a question or two.
Outdoor hot tub is a couple minute walk and was never crowded.
Overall, five stars. We’ll be back!

Our stay there a year ago was perfect. Loved it so much we booked for January. This time was disappointing. Found out the morning of arrival that the fireplace wasn’t working. Owner was busy so couldn’t look into it. We were there for 3 nights. Also the garage is listed as a parking spot. Was told the garage door was broken and had to park a car over at hotel. He never offered a credit to our account. The location is perfect especially if you’re skiing. Beautiful home and fully stocked kitchen. Dave is quick to respond. Would recommend even with the two issues we experienced .

The property was excellent, close to the slopes, close to town. The hot tub was an exceptional bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Dave was very helpful during the reservation process. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

We needed a place for three families, including 5 kids ranging 3 months to 9. This was perfect! The place was immaculate and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat, bedrooms with room for air mattresses (provided in 3 of the bedrooms!) stocked kitchen, very short drive to restaurants and hikes, and the big kids enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It had everything you would need to stay for a week. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans for a large family. It also is walking distance or short ride to the center of town. Just a short ride to Loon Mountain along a back road thru the development. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful long weekend in Dave’s condo with my family and our dog. The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet and the perfect size for my husband and I, my sister and 2 young adult kids and their SO’s. Dave is an excellent communicator, answered every inquiry quickly and provides a ton of useful info about the condo before checking in. One of the best things was keeping the window open on the cool evenings and listening to the Pemi right behind the condo. The trail that runs behind the condo is a great, easy hike too. Def recommend this property and plan to stay again. Thanks for your hospitality Dave, we all had a great time!

We were in Lincoln over Labor Day Weekend for a family wedding at Loon. We were thrilled with the rental of this unit! The four bedrooms and three baths made getting ready a breeze! It’s location is perfect-close to the Pemi and the sound of the river from the Master Bedroom was wonderful to hear! It truly is perfect in every sense! Our host was an outstanding communicator and our stay and departure seamless!

I had picked this condo initially because I had stayed in a similar one in the same building years ago. You have the river viewable from back porch, and easy access to all the restaurants and stores near Loon mountain.
The condo itself is very roomy, and everything is modern and clean. The couches in the living room were especially comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, with modern appliances and everything you need to make whatever you want. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we mostly ate out, but I would definitely utilize the kitchen more if we were staying longer.
The beds were pretty comfortable, and I didn't hear complaints from anyone in our party. We were all exhausted both nights and slept great. My advice is to open the window just a little so you can get that soothing sound of the river behind the building.
My wife and I slept in the master bedroom and I have to say, one of the highlights is how nice the master bath is. Water closet, dual sinks, tub and separate shower. All very nice and gave us plenty of room for both of to get ready at the same time.
Just one note for any families staying here. Not a criticism, but something to note. The kid's bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) is on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. If your plan is to put the kids to bed and have the adults continue conversation in the parlor, then you will need to be whisper quiet. At least, if your kids are all under 6 years like ours were!

Our study was great. Our entire adult group of 7 had a comfortable stay. The place is very well equipped; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The living room leather couches - which were all power recliners were great. Every room had a box of tissues and bathrooms had shampoo.
I’ve stated at a lot of rentals and this was one of the nicest and equipped. We all appreciated that every room had luggage stands so you’re not dealing with luggage on the floor.
