My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 15th anniversary. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen had both a keurig and a coffee pot and literally everything we needed to make lunch, dinner or have a glass of wine. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. The balcony and the views are amazing and I just wanted to sit out there all evening. We were not bothered by anyone during our stay and felt very comfortable staying here. Several days into our stay we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I sent a message to Elise and we were back in the apartment within about 5 mins. Elise was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property. Mediterranean architecture is stunning and the room is very nicely appointed. You will even love the artwork! Fantastic views of Lake Travis. The Oasis is literally right next door. Every bit as nice as the promotional pictures make it look. We will be back again!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend to celebrate her birthday. We had a great time on the lake and in Austin but the highlight was sitting on the balcony watching the sunset at our Vrbo!

Would highly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable getaway. The lake views were amazing.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and loved every minute. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Travis!

My wife and had a great time, nobody bothered us during our stay. Come and go was easy beside I have a bigger truck and parking was tight but could park outside the gate if needed. The interior stairs are just a few more then going to a second floor in any home. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We will come back and stay here again. Beautiful property and view from the hill country. 😍 Fell in love with it and could live there forever. Thanks for making us feel so at home.

The views of Lake Travis from the apartment cannot be understated! Sitting on the balcony at sunset with a drink in your hand is heaven on earth! You are directly overlooking the lake, with completely unobstructed views. We spent a very comfortable week there over Christmas and were pleased to get a welcome call from the owner, Beau. There was a bit of a mixup on our first day (property manager had the wrong date for our arrival), but that did not delay our access to the property. This unique location is an authentic villa and reminded us of Italy. The apartment is filled with the most amazing artwork. You'll feel like you have your own private art gallery! The living room chairs were very comfy and we enjoyed the big screen tv- which if I recall was not in the listing pictures. Wifi worked great. And the bed was very comfy. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit also. There are MANY stairs up to the apartment- we are not spring chickens and we had no issues other than leg fatigue, but wouldn't be advised for anyone with problems climbing steps. My only criticism would be that many of the windows have lost their seal and should have their glass replaced. The best views are from the balcony or the driveway.

I had such a great stay at this estate. The view can't be beat and I was able to work for 12 days with no internet issues. Elise is always a text message away and was very helpful when I had some questions. Everything needed for a short or long term stay is there and I can't say enough good things about my stay!

We had a lovely weeks vacation here. The apartment is so comfortable with such an amazing view. It was really quiet and peaceful even though you are so close to Austin. We spent a lot of time just relaxing, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or something stronger. We would definitely like to return and would recommend to other couples

We booked a last minute staycation and were totally blown away. GORGEOUS view, great location, comfy bed + Elise was great throughout the trip. We would definitely stay again :-)

My husband and I had never been to Austin before and were looking for somewhere with a view to stay. We found it! The Juliet balcony with table and chairs made for wonderful evening cocktail hours, even when a thunderstorm rolled through one afternoon! The villa was clean and comfortable, providing all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen to cook breakfast and dinners, then enjoyed BBQ and Mexican restaurants for lunch. We also enjoyed being on Lake Travis and exploring the local beaches. Elyse was helpful and easy to communicate with and we really appreciated our welcome basket. We’ll be back soon!

This is a phenomenal property, and Elise is a great host! This property was a godsend to us during the process of moving our son to Austin. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the most beautiful home that I have ever seen! It is a breathtaking Oasis!

Juliet balcony overlooking the lake for coffee, quality furnishings, assortment of art on the walls, secure and safe site, walk to the Oasis, clean, bright, and comfortable.

Never in the US have we ever stayed in such a charming apartment, specially with a wrought iron balcony perched 350' above a Lake. Reminded us of amazing chateaux in Paris and Italy. The sunsets were spectacular, as we had wine and cheese on the balcony. The apartment and its decoration were special, eclectic and exciting. The living room and dining area are super comfortable and look out on Lake Travis in all its various moods, day and night. The curved living room couch was so comfortable my husband and I fought for it. We loved this apartment so much we barely went even for a drive during our days there. The agent and host were very accommodating, kind, and took time to show us around this amazing property. We will never forget such a special stay. Certainly will be back, amd recommend highly to friends. An experience to never forget!

We got caught in the storm and were stuck in Dallas, but Elise was wonderful, stayed in touch with us and made sure everything was great when we got to the property. Had a wonderful time and would love to return.

We had a wonderful time at the Comanche Canyon Ranch property over the Christmas break with the apartment being such a wonderful part of our getaway. The sunsets from the balcony each evening were amazing. Elise was great to work with and Beau checked in with us as well to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

It was one of the best vacation rentals we stayed in. The place was very beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will be back.
