Bienvenido a Villa Ebenezer. Esta hermosa villa de estilo mediterráneo en el Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach, Resort and Spa ha sido restaurada después de la tormenta. Perfecto lugar de vacaciones en la playa! La villa está ubicada en el Cluster 2 de Rio Mar, una exclusiva comunidad residencial / vacacional cerrada con fácil acceso a todo lo que busca en sus vacaciones. El estudio tiene una cama Murphy, que ahorra espacio para la sala de estar durante el día. Tiene un baño, cocina totalmente equipada y balcón con una hermosa vista hacia el resort y el océano. Disfrute de A / C, TV por cable, Wi-Fi y lavadora y secadora. Cluster 2 tiene una piscina recientemente renovada y dos áreas de gazebo con parrillas a poca distancia del apartamento. Bill’s place had everything we’d hoped for to make our trip comfortable. We were able to prepare our own meals in a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities were clean and in good order. Bed was comfortable, and the porch was perfect for admiring the beauty of the park. I highly recommend this place for a couple or small family.

The condo is well appointed, the host had everything available that one needs on a beach trip. The resort was beautiful, several lovely pools one very close to the condo. The beach is within walking distance or there is a parking lot right there. All the restaurant recommendations Bill left are amazing. It is a little tricky at first understanding the 2 gates you go through to get to the condo. It has nothing to do with the host or condo its the security of the complex. I'd advise looking over the email Bill sends after you've booked to have an easier time getting to your vacation. Enjoy!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Clean, quiet, convenient to many beaches/rainforest. Owner very easy to comunicate with. Only thing that might be helpful would be even more detailed information about security gates and how to come and go from property (alittle tricky for us to find initially but after a couple of times it became clear). Hope we can return someday. Thanks Bill!!

The property was well-maintained and very functional. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could cook in and the beach was within walking distance from the Condo. We appreciated that the property is part of a gated community as this made us feel very at ease and safe. We had a great visit!

We absolutely loved the location and our unit. It’s great for two people or a family with small children. Bill was responsive to us throughout our stay and very helpful. We were close to wonderful restaurants, the beaches and San Juan. Rio Mar is a great location for exploring Puerto Rico. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in exceptional condition. Everything needed was at our finger tips. Location was great 5 minutes to the beach great. Amenities and percs were out standing. The ower must be congratulated for the excellent upkeep of his property. Most definitely recommend this property.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hidden jewel (entire complex is beautiful and well maintained. Felt like paradise (true vacation).
We enjoyed the private beach and pool. We stayed for and entire week (during a holiday). The villa is huge so it never felt crowded.
The fully equipped kitchen was super helpful to prepare healthy meals. We also enjoyed meals at Don Pepe's restaurant nearby and traveling all over the island while staying here.
Bill is truly a premier host. He made us feel welcome and was so responsive. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location from SJU airport. The beach access and pool near the beach was great. The kitchen was well equipped and making breakfast was like being at home The local panaderia was great for some meals and pastries.

We enjoyed our week here. We hadn't been to PR before but was presently surprised. This property is located in a great spot for your beach and rainforest adventures. We did a guided night hike on Angelito Trail. Spent the day hiking in El Yunque. Old San Juan. Kayaked the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo, and snorkeled Iacos Bay. And the Liquillo kiosks.

I was very impress with the property, upon arrival the person in the gate had my information and my guest pass ready. Once we got the villa all was clean and exactly as the brochure. We experience an issue with the bathroom lock but the owner responded fast to my text and had a maintenance personnel taking care of the issue within minutes. I do recommend this rental and for sure i will return to the same place again.

Easy stay and was a great time. Had a seamless check in experience. And in my opinion was a better choice than staying in the very close by and overpriced Wyndham. Had people staying there for a wedding and the hotel and room was to be desired. Overrated and overpriced.

Our stay at Bill’s condo was so amazing. It is a half mile from the beach and a couple hundred feet from a pool. Rio Mar is a great resort. Hope to make it back in the future!

The property was clean and comfortable for our long weekend stay. It is a little far from the resort and restaurants, I would suggest renting a car since Uber isn't easily available. We wanted to rent a golf car but were told you had to actually golf - they weren't available to cruise through property. Other than that, the condo itself was great! and host was communicative and friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy unit with all the housewares you’ll need to feel right at home. The resort itself is beautiful, with botanical gardens and a world class beach within a short walk. Fun things to do all around Rio Grande and San Juan is just a 30 minute drive away. I especially enjoyed frequent walks in the rainforest across the way.
The property host was very quick to respond and resolve an issue with the AC unit - a part broke down due to a power outage. Now the AC cools down the place nicely.
I wouldn’t hesitate renting it again -in fact I did!

We experienced very open communication with the owner. He was very helpful before and during our stay at this lovely apartment. Found the accommodation to be very clean and had extras like beach chairs, towels. Kitchen had everything you need.

The property is in good shape and functional (except the oven doesn't work). Good location, as it is close to the beach front and fairly close to the pool in the complex. Nice views from the porch, overlooking the golf course and the ocean in the distance. Excellent security protocols so you feel safe on the premises. Initially, it was a little hard negotiating the roadways within the large complex and the layout of the residences, especially late at night. But, once you got the lay of the land, it became second nature. We really enjoyed our stay!

The experience was a great one as far as the apartment. Bill was very responsive and the place was clean with many amenities. I do hate that it was a pretty far from the resort - certainly bring your own car! But the place was nice and very affordable.

Property is extremely clean. Great views from the balcony. Nice cold air conditioning which is a must. Easy instructions on getting in and out of the property. The owner answers all your questions very quickly. Staff around resort is very helpful. A car or rented golf cart is good to get around the large resort.
