Location was amazing!

General House Maintenance is desperately needed. Deck - exposed nails which was unsafe especially having toddlers. Cooking pots were old and need to be replaced. Cutlery - sharp steak knives are needed, no teaspoons, not enough place mats for 8 guests. En-suite toilet was leaking. Aircon needed upstairs, as it’s very uncomfortable upstairs in the afternoon even with all the blinds closed. (Was not even a hot weekend) BBQ - was extremely dirty, we had to buy a coal bbq from Bunnings as we could not use it (I have photos if needed) Pest control is highly needed, place is ridden with spiders and webs are all throughout the house. Dishwasher full upon arrival which is not a big issue but was not cleared out. Beds were not comfortable especially the single beds and squeaked all night. Photos need to be updated as the house is not in the same condition as the photos, also the impression it is on the beach is false as there is a new house in view which is fine but needs to be correctly advertised.
