Stove had broken burner.Oven not reliable.Not enough utensils or pots.Dryer took 3 cycles. Should be tv in all rooms for kids and adults. TV in master laughable!Need binoculars! Need smart tv so guests can use their firesticks/whatever.These are very affordable perks. Needs updating for price.

The property is nice! The rooms are spacious for the price and the view is beautiful! I'm super sensitive to mold and the master bath shower is full of it. The bathroom had pee around the toliet, baseboards are filthy. The blankets in the closet weren't clean. The kids room had wrappers of fruit snacks shoved everywhere. The sliding glass door would stick and take awhile to get back on track . The refrigerator works if you have nothing in it! I had to toss my yogurt and cheese I packed from home because it wouldn't cool within the first 15 hours. (We had a few drinks in there and maybe five items) we didn't overload the fridge! This place has potential if someone gave it a very long, deep cleaning.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Great location, family friendly, and felt very private. However, the sofa bed was filthy and I had to let the front desk know. It looked like there was blood on the sheets, which is a little scary but hopefully everything else was clean. It was already towards the end of our stay when we realized. The freezer had trouble closing and sometimes the patio door would get stuck along with the handle almost falling off. With a few touch ups it would be absolutely perfect. The positives outweigh the negatives and we’d love to come back!

The room was absolutely beautiful and accommodating. Close enough for my husband and boys to fish on the pier and right on the beach for mom! This room had everything we could have wanted or needed. It was very clean and spacious. It made for the best family vacation! Will be planning to stay there again! Beach front rental and sales have the best staff as well!

We loved our stay at Dauphin Island Beach Club #304! The condo was spacious for 3 couples plus our two grandchildren. It provided everything we needed for our long weekend.The master suite facing the Gulf is beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pots and pans including a crock pot. The view from the balcony provided a gorgeous sunset view in October. I loved this central location because you can walk to the eastern point at Pelican Cove or west along the shore. It is a bit of a walk from the condo to the shore, but given beach erosion at our other favorite beach on the east coast, it is well worth it. The board walk provides a nice safe passage for children and parents and grandparents to the beach. Next time I will bring a small wagon to help cart our things from the condo to beach. The outdoor shower and swimming pools are very nice. The heated outdoor pool was an appreciated bonus in the cool October evening.

Excellent location, well appointed and spacious condo with all the conveniences. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas couldn’t have been nicer or cleaner. The pools were also nice and the kids had a blast. I hope to come back next year if not sooner.

Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed our stay here! The island itself is so relaxing and peaceful. The condo was well stocked, clean, had very comfortable beds, and even had things like movies, books, and coloring books!

At check-in, we did not realize there were different properties within the same office where we picked up keys. We unloaded and ended up trying to get into someone else's condo. They told us where we needed to go. We had to load back up and go in another gate to the set of condos next door.
Condo seemed dated. It was very dusty. A lot of the towels for bathrooms and kitchen looked very "used" and some had stains. Crumbs in the silverware drawer.
The doors to the balcony from the living room did not lock and was hard to get them to seal because both sides would move when trying to close them. VCR did not work in the bunk bed room.
Pool was very nice. Good view

Best vacation we've had in quite awhile! It was so peaceful and we had beautiful weather. We love Dauphin Island and one day would like to retire there.

We arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed. We had a very bumpy start but within an hour an associate arrived and rectified the situation. The next day the office manager made sure we were happy with our accommodations and we absolutely were. Our unit was beautiful!! The heated pool is fabulous and the views from the third floor are breathtaking. There are plenty of snack shops and eateries within walking distance from the complex. We are already planning our next stay and can’t wait to go back!

This is our second time staying in this unit. We got married on the island and had a lot of family in other condo units. This unit was spacious and had enough seating to allow us to host many family members for dinner. Kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Our teen boys love the bunk bed room, and our young adult daughter loves the room closest to the entrance. We will definitely choose this condo unit every time we vacation with our kids/family. The property management team was so kind and helpful during our stay.

Kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, pot and pans, and useful kitchen gadgets. Whole unit clean and comfy. And large! Easy walk to the beach. Information well-noticed and easy to find. Some small maintenance needed which we advised about (sticky doors, etc.) but, overall, well worth it.

On Monday evening, our group did leave some trash. This was not acceptable and the teachers did not agree. Tuesday morning, one of the parents and her condo of boys were cleaning the trash up. While this was taking place, one of our teachers was addressed by a gentleman at the condo. The manner in which she was address and spoken to has myself and school building principal upset. We have stayed here for many years and had a large account with you. However, it is not a problem for me to look elsewhere after this. Our teachers are valued and taking time out of their personal lives and leaving their personal families to attend this journey. We do not speak to one another in this manner and I do not appreciate her being spoken to this way.

Loved the condo! It was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed! There were even puzzles, books, movies! A short walk down the pathway to the beach! Checking in was a little confusing and we saw others having the same issues with the code we were given. It should be clearer the code given was for check in pickup at the Inn. We tried to use it at the condo first and after re reading the directions a few times we figured it out! Lol! We could see others in front of us and behind us doing the same thing! We had no other issues! That being said we had a wonderful time and we were very happy with the condo and it’s location! We hope to return next year!

What a wonderful experience our first visit to Dauphin Island was! Having never been to the island or the beach club we could only base our expectations on the pictures given by the rental. Which were right on. The unit was big enough for our family of 10. Each bedroom having its on bathroom was a big plus! There was plenty of towels for our group, that meant less laundry loads during our 5 nights there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, etc. Beds were confortable and the pool was kept clean. We had a small issue with the shower, to which maintenance responded quickly and efficiently. Our family enjoyed our stay, and should we return to the island The Beach Club will be on our list to rent again.

I CAN OVERLOOK COBWEBS ABOVE THE BALCONY DOOR, DUSTING ONLY AROUND THE FRONT OF THE TV, AND A DIRTY STOVE (WE CLEANED THE STOVE) BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO SLEEPING ON A BLOODY MATTRESS PROTECTOR THAT'S WHEN I HAVE TO SAY THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!! THE COMFORTER AND MATRESS PROTECTER SHOULD BE WASHED EACH TIME THE UNIT IS RENTED!!!!!!!!!!! HAD WE SEEN THIS BEFORE WE STRIPPED THE BEDS ON OUR DEPARTURE, WE WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING! The internet was very slow and some of the furniture was really dusty. However it was a very nice.

Some of the furniture, especially in the master bedroom was really dusty. Other than those issues everything was great and we hope to come back.

We decided at the last minute to go to the beach - literally 2 days before left we booked our reservation. Due to the hurricane in the Atlantic, folks were switching their trips to the gulf, so we had a fairly difficult time finding what we wanted due to lots of places being full. We decided to take a chance and go somewhere we'd never been - Dauphin Island. We were a little nervous booking a place we had never seen at a location we had never been to. Our fears were completely unfounded though, as our condo was perfect for us. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfectly met our needs. Having 2 pools was really nice too. The only drawback to the location is that Walmart is like 45 minutes away, so it's not like you can just run out to get stuff everyday. We went once and then made do with what we had! Overall we had a great experience!
