The apartment was beautiful and well looked after. The host Marin was friendly and helpful, he picked us up at the airport and took us for a tour of Zadar. Marin also recommended some excellent places to eat. Overall highly recommended excellent host.

I usually shy away from vacation rentals in favor of hotels, so I went into this cautiously but was very pleasantly surprised. Marin organized for us to be picked up from the bus station by his son and driven to the house. The house was clean and modern, stocked up with everything you could need (and some things you wouldn't even think of). Marin's family's hospitality continued when we asked about where we could buy some washing powder and he supplied us with some himself. The location is a fair bit out from the center of town – it’s walkable if you enjoy long walks but most people probably need to Uber or taxi – but it is near many big supermarkets so you can easily get anything you might need. Overall a great stay.

Came to Zadar and booked relatively late given it being high season. Was somewhat disappointed that we couldn't find anything on the water, but this big clean apartment made up for it. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful in telling us where to go as well as helping with other questions. The apartment has a nice modern kitchen which opens to the living room making it easy to converse wherever you are. Conveniently located right near several stores and off the main rooadmaking getting in and out easy. Would highly recommend (4 out of 5 stars only because not on water otherwise perfect).
