This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this house & plan to secure it again for next year. The kitchen is very well equipped although you do have to hunt for things because they get moved around. A few more towels would be great but it is a spacious home that accommodates a large family

We had a wonderful long weekend getaway at this beautiful home on IOP! Perfect for a large group-comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious common areas, and a fully stocked kitchen! This house is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just down the road from the Islander 71 Restaurant and Wild Dunes Marina!

This home was beautiful! It was clean and well maintained. My grandsons appreciated the upstairs entertainment area as well as the ping pong room on the ground floor. Island Realty were responsive in handling the couple issues and questions. We rented a golf cart and used the beach access at 42nd street.

This is the second year we have rented this house. It is very spacious, has plenty of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. It is a short walk one way to the Marina and the other way to the beach. The deck pool is small but no one seems to mind. There is also a ping pong room on the garage level which the teenagers enjoy. We plan to rent this again next year.

This house was truly amazing. It is perfect for a big group, and the location is so close to the beach. Ubers are a bit hard to come by if you want to go to Charleston, but the house is so gorgeous, you might not want to leave! The beds are comfortable, and there are so many places in the house to hang out as a big group. The pool is bigger than it seems in the pictures, but still big enough to have fun!

Highly recommend this property! We had a large group and the house was perfect for all of us and spacious. Dryer was not working properly and they brought a new one. We had some overflowing trash cans, and they came out and emptied them. Very satisfied and plan to return here sometime in the future, or check out another Island Reality property.

This house was wonderful in every way. It was clean, well equipped and spacious. We brought our family here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary for the week. We were only two blocks from the beach access. Our family went to the beach every day. The house has an elevator which accommodated my husbands lack of mobility. We had a couple little things we needed attended to but the realty company was right on top of it. We give it a 5 star!!!!

This was the perfect house for an extended family long weekend. With 13 adults, (all kids over 17) we did not feel cramped. Great location!! Easy walk to the beach and marina. The roof top deck was awesome too. Elevator was useful when unloading and the pool was nice to hang out in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very Disappointed! Property was not clean, had to call housekeeping upon arrival. Rugs not vacuumed, floors not mopped, appliances dirty. Bedding was gross. Had to call maintenance for shower not drawing and toilet not flushing. Ran out of propane in the middle of grilling. Speaker system in house did not work, pool not clean when we arrived, trash was full. Garage was filthy had to sweep, so was the ping pong table room. Dead bug in bedroom. Paid a lot of money expected home to be clean, walls were dirty, shouldn’t have to tell cleaning to invest in magic erase. Feel like we should be refunded some money for the inconvenience, didn’t come on vacation to clean, ridiculous!

The house has a great layout and space for a large family. The bedding in all rooms is very basic and not what you would expect for a house that rents for this price. The bathrooms were clean, but the house was not spotless. We had to clean ourselves a few days. The pool was great. The ping pong room was dirty and not useable in the Summer. The kitchen is beautiful, but lacks utensils, cookware and a blender, which is not what you would expect for the expense house. Great location, and a great space...needs updating and a thorough cleaning for the price.

The house was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and did come with a few chairs which was great since we flew in from out of town. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with plenty of cooking needs. The house also included some basics like salt/pepper, TP, paper towels, dish soap, sponge and coffee filters. The rest of the downstairs has a great layout with a big table where we sat 8 comfortably and plenty of seating in the living room area to watch TV with comfortable couches. The upstairs was only used by two couples and the bedrooms were on opposite sides which was great for privacy. The master bathrooms were very spacious and I had no problems with the water pressure. The beds were decent but no bed will ever beat your bed at home so I recommend being open minded.I think the best thing was the openness of the house. Even the stairways were very wide. The house has wood floors throughout and you can tell that it is very well built. I would stay here again in heartbeat.

House was clean and we had plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed having the pool within sight of kitchen, dining, and living space for easy observation of kids in the pool. House was on a very quiet street. Booking was easy and office staff were accommodating. No complaints. Will book again for our next visit.

It was a quick walk to the beach and the marina. The kitchen is well-stocked and that's where we all ended up each evening. The second-floor family room and kitchenette got a lot of use from the older kids. Island Realty was very responsive when we had a brief problem with pool, which got a lot of use. A great choice.

The house was good. The bedrooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. Kitchen had ample supplies. Short walk to the beach. We were looking forward to the pool and one of the reasons to selected this house. Unfortunately they had the heating control locked up and we could not use the pool. Managers pretty much said too bad it wasn't advertised as heated. There was no laundry detergent and we had to buy that along with limited toilet paper. Overall it was good. Pool was the main disappointment.
