After a few problems getting to the right condo the stay was overall very good. We had a misunderstanding after we left but Tim was very helpful getting it resolved.

Condo is super nice, patio furniture needs to be bar height (tall) Rocking chairs are nice but you are looking through the railing

The beach is absolutely beautiful, uncommercialized and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were very clean. The Condo floor could stand a good mopping. Our children's bare feet were black after they walked and played on it. The condo needs a little updating and more comfortable chairs, but we will stay here again if possible.

The unit was well equipped and clean. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Only suggestion would be to have more trash bags and toilet paper in each unit, had to go out and buy these. Nice pool and beach not crowded.

Beautiful, spacious condo right on the beach. Comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a baby. Pool was nice and we'll maintained. The condo was close to everything on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean, VERY SPACIOUS, quiet and in an awesome location.

This property is a great place to stay Being gated, it insures easy parking.. There was an electric grill on our balcony that we were able to use and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had comfy beds for rest at the end of the day. The beach and rwo pools were so much fun and no bored kiddos, there were even beach toys to use. The beach location is close walking distance to restaurants and shops.

No issues with booking and pre-arrival communication. Everything was pretty well taken care of, so did not have a reason to contact property management during stay. Property was clean, and most everyone staying there was just polite and there to relax. This is not an entertainment district by any means, but great food available on the island and some activities/attractions available. There is also the ferry if you need to run to the other side of the bay.

Condo is well situated on the island with a lovely view of the gulf. Layout of rooms and bathrooms was great for bringing our adult children and family. Pools and yards were perfect and very well maintained. Minor maintenance issues (stuck sliding doors, closet lightbulb out) and had to contact management twice before getting a response. Dauphin Island is relaxing for adults, but not many touristy things to do to appeal to teens and children.

The condo was not decorated. It looked like a rental, plain, miserable, dreary rental. The beach is a very long walk with kids and all their gear.
Again, I sincerely appreciate the change in rental dates but I’m afraid we paid dearly for the change in condo. The one we had secured before our incident looked much much nicer!

Was a great stay -- no real issues with the condo, but having been accustomed to private houses, this was nice for a Condo -- long haul to the beach, but still very nice. Several aged areas, but nothing alarming - gave a list that hopefully Maintenance will address. Found it odd that no place on the Island has a nice sit down breakfast - despite many locations' websites touting, "breakfast from 8am to 11am", those called haven't served breakfast in over a year -- maybe a testament to being, "on island time?!?"

It was a nice little getaway place to take the kids to enjoy fireworks at the beach. Not very congested with traffic and very relaxing and calm

Upon arrival we found the window in the kids bedroom busted out and covered with trash bags. We tried to reach out to the owners and management company multiple times and nothing was done to make it safer. Large prices of glass were left exposed. We were unable to allow the children to enter or stay in the room designed for them. Won’t stay at any unit under this management company again.

The condo is great, very roomy and the pools are fun.

The condo was a lot bigger than it seemed online. We forgot the gate code several times and got ahold of someone with the first phone call at all hours to help us out.

The property was in a beautiful location. When we arrived, the condo looked to be very clean. We arrived late in the afternoon and being tired we all decided to turn in early for the night. Upon turning down the sheets, there was hair and stains on the sheets. There was hair in every bed in all 3 bedrooms. We checked the the bathrooms and there was hair in all three showers. There was also dirty sheets in the master bedroom closet. It became obvious that the cleaning service had not cleaned the bathrooms, or changed the sheets. We had to clean the bathrooms and change the sheets before we could relax after driving for hours to get there. We arrived on Sunday and Hurricane Sally hit the island on Tuesday night. We lost power and the power was still not restored when we checked out early Friday morning. Even though we experienced a hurricane and no power, we still enjoyed our stay. We had one beautiful day on the beach Thursday. Thursday night it got extremely hot in the condo and we just couldn't take another night with no power or AC. So we checked out two nights early. We were compensated for the 2 nights we didn't stay. The property manager was extremely nice and very helpful during our stay. He called to check on us after the storm and came by the next day. Even though we had some bad experiences, we would stay there again.

This was a girl's trip of 6 nurses, in desperate need of a break during the second week of August! Nicely lit, well-kept boardwalk to the beach, 2 pools conveniently located on the property as well, VERY affordable, easy booking, great communication. The unit had enough bathing linens (bring your beach towels), pots and pans, glasses and plates, and other dishes. We had all we needed for a girl's trip. A few negatives for us was the refrigerator needed replaced, it was old and smelly. We added a box of baking soda to the freezer to help. Some of the mattresses need updated, they were pretty worn out. And lastly, the place could have used a good dusting. None of these issues are deal breakers for our group. Overall, we were generally satisfied and would stay again for sure. This is my 3rd stay at DI Beach Club (each at different units) and I enjoy this spot of the beach for the price. I haven't experienced a poor quality unit yet.

As stated in a few other visitor comments for this unit, the beds / mattresses were NOT good. They need to be replaced. The toppers that we provided helped, but mattresses are still lacking. Sliding glass doors to the deck need to either be repaired or replaced. They Cannot be Locked to keep small children inside. The refrigerator was small and OLD - with rust and wire coat hanger holding condiments on the door. Ice maker did not work. In comparison to other units we have rented, this one is not a "keeper".
