This was a lovely cape house to stay at for our friends wedding. Being so close to the beach was incredible.

Great location and helpful owners!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is clear that a lot of thought had been put into the new addition and renovations. Bill was responsive in walking us through the check in process, and any additional questions we had. Our favorite part was the location. We were worried about the walk because we have a toddler, but it is in fact, a very short distance. Some of the other Cape beach parking lots have a longer walk than we had from the house to Corporation beach. The bay side is fantastic with its gentle waves, low tide and hermit crab catching. We walked to and from the beach throughout the day. We also loved how close the house was to Sesuit Harbor Cafe. Additionally, Bill went above and beyond when our son left behind his 2 favorite teddy bears. They made sure our son was reunited with them as soon as possible. We appreciate Bill and Sue opening their Cape home to us, and being so kind with all our needs. We have already booked our next trip to stay here.

Great location, property was perfect! very clean and just homey. All essentials included, including bedding and towels. Walk to Commercial Beach, easy drive to Hyannis and pretty much all Cape points of interest. Susan is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

While not fancy, this property had everything we needed and more. The views of the water from the living room were beautiful and the open living/dining/kitchen area was great for socializing. The house was well-stocked. The AC, hot water and water pressure were excellent. The beds are super comfortable and we had the convenience of having towels and linens provided. The location could not have been more ideal and the items in the shed (umbrellas and chairs, etc) were great. Hopefully, we will be be able to return sometime soon.

This vacation home has an excellent location near Corporation Beach which you can easily walk to instead of paying the $25-30 parking fee. Beach chairs, umbrella & boogie boards were provided in the shed which was great, the only thing that would have improved our time between the house & the beach would be a wagon or beach cart to lug all the gear. The grassy yard was perfect for lawn games and relaxing under the shade of the tree. The outdoor shower might be the best feature of the house aside from the air conditioning (which was very much needed!) We had 4 guests staying there but it could easily sleep 7 or 8. The 100% cotton sheets and towels that are provided were good quality but the mattresses and pillows need updating. Overall, a good experience that I would do again if the beds were more comfortable.

The house has a rustic charm with nice open floor plan. AC throughout that works well. We traveled with two small children 10 mos. and 4.5, this was perfect for them. Walking distance to the beach which also has snack stand and swings. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. The house is packed with most things you need.

Wonderful house, great location. Very short walk to a great bayside beach. The widow's walk was the best surprise- didn’t notice it in the listing, a short climb for people not afraid of heights, giving a fantastic view with a great sunset as the main show. I would not hesitate to rent this again or recommend this property. Do not expect this as a $10k rental, it is not, but for a perfect getaway, it was. Property was ideal for our stay! Short walk to the beach and within driving distance to so many points of interest. It was a pleasure to wake up each morning to the view of the bay. Hope to make it an annual trip!

We escaped to the Cape for the first time in over a year! All three adults and teens needed the time away and to recharge! This house was the perfect size, layout and location! We loved every minute of our time here and hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House on Corporation Beach in Dennis. The house carries a Cape Cod charm. It was clean, in good condition, and well maintained. The location is great for beach access and nice views of Cape Cod Bay (even across to Provincetown on a clear day). The roof deck was an added perk. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Main Street restaurants or ice cream. We prepared most meals at the house and found what we needed in the kitchen for pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The house had everything we needed for our extended weekend stay.

The location was amazing and the house was charming, clean and equipped with all of the amenities needed for a perfect family getaway.

My wife and I procured this wonderful place for Thanksgiving and loved it. Very cozy and the place has evoke needed for a perfect couple of days.

The house was perfect. It was spotless. Loved that there was a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. It was cozy and comfortable. The view of the bay was beautiful. You could easily walk to the beach and to town. I will definitely rent it again.

Great rental getaway right next to Corporation Beach....will be back!

William and Susan were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to any questions we had. The house was amazing and an excellent walking location to the beach which allowed us to avoid long waits trying to find beach parking over labor day weekend. I would definitely stay again.
