Het was een mooie ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. TV, waterkoker, mini koelkast e.d. Je kon gratis gebruik maken van het subtropisch zwembad. Voor de wellness en sauna moet je apart betalen. Geloof 4 uur voor 20 euro. Het hotel heeft geen eigen faciliteiten. Alles bevind zich centraal bij de marketdome. Ook aanmelden bij receptie van het park. Dus hotel heeft geen eigen receptie. Je kunt gratis hotel op de gelegen parkeerplaatsen van het park. Hotel heeft wel een eigen ondergrondse parkeergarage, maar daar moet je extra voor betalen. Is dus niet gratis. We hadden een hotelkamer met ontbijt. Dit was in buffetvorm. Er was ontzettend veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Fruit, ontbijtgranen, muesli, vornflakes e.d. Veel verschillende soorten broodjes en brood, veel keuze in broodbeleg zoals vlees, zoet. Ook waren er pannenkoekjes en omelet, gekookt , spiegelei e.d. OOk diverse soorten drank zoals koffie, thee, sappen, melk e.d. Het park ligt ongeveer op een kwartiertje rijden van Winterberg. Daar vindt je de skipistes en het kleine winkelcentrum. Op het park is een bushalte waar je mee naar Winterberg kunt. Ook Willingen is op kwartiertje afstand. In de buurt van het park ligt een grote supermarkt. Is goedkoper dan op het park zelf.

Hotel geen eigen faciliteiten en dat je moet betalen voor de parkeergarage en wellness.

Als 1. habe ich zo bemängeln das Wasser war viel zu kalt und auch wenn man rauskam man hat gefroren🥶 ‼️Dann nur Stühle keine Liegen dienen nicht zu Erholung, gerade ich mit meiner künstlichen Hüfte‼️ das war nicht gesundheits fördernd Habe nach dem Urlaub dadurch mehr Schmerzen wie vorher😡 Der Themenabend "Amerikanisches Buffet "Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Vergleich, war sehr enttäuschend darüber Man sollte da mehr auf Qualität vom Essen achten oder bei dieser Qualität den Preis herabsetzen Selbst die Brücke wo man durch musste, waren frostige Temperaturen 🥶🥶 und man muss nur aufpassen dass man sich nicht gleich eine Erkältung holt

Zimmer nicht Sauber, im Schwimmbad die gleichen Wasserspielsachen in Kinderbecken defekt wie vor einen Jahr. Bei schlechten Wetter, nur Schwimmbad möglich, dieses total überfüllt. Kids Club, Montags überhaupt nicht offen. Bei Tauwetter und Regen, ist das Wasser durch die Decke gekommen.

Mit dem Centerparkpaket war es super

Ontbijt was prima, uitgebreid maar niet te gek. Zalm ontbrak maar verder voldoende keuze. I love the Nutella pomp dispencer. 🫣 Café was fijn om te borrelen, eten en spelletje te doen. Winterberg was top! Hotel Central en Alm Dorff.

Lekkende verwarming en vloer stond blank in de badkamer. Spiegelverlichting stuk, opmaken lastig.

It's great that there is a bridge connecting the hotel room and the water park building, so we didn't need to wear big jackets to the water park and could take a nice shower in the hotel afterwards.

There could be more changing room in the water world.

Behavior of the staff.

Nice concept of family hotel with pools and parks! The pools are very cool, but too crowded on Saturday. Rooms are well equipped and bathrooms renewed. I also liked that the breakfast had several options for kids.

We left with the feeling that everything needed to be paid extra. Not possible to have two rooms next to each other without paying extra fee (what is that for a family hotel?)! All indoor activities are paid (kids club activities or games). Hotel garage is also extra, just outside is free. Staff at breakfast and reception not friendly. Unfortunately the Park Aventura is not well suited for snow and ice days, but looked very cool for spring time. More information to the guests would be nice (map?, Check out, restaurants).

The only bad thing we experienced was the bad smell coming from other places/rooms via the ventilator of the bathroom. It really needs to be fixed.

It was our first time in a Center Parcs location. It is a huge location with many attractions for every age. Breakfast was super. Lot of free parking spots.

I am giving my best feedback for this property because all the staff were nice to us and we liked the location but there is one thing to mention that did not provide a good impression to us. And this was in the very first 20 minutes in this location: the ladies at the reception who did us the checkin at around 20.00 local time. They were very confused and freaking us out that we were not ok with the rules to do the checkin. They were complaining about following the rules that are shouted out in their website. We even checked and there were no such rules but there was no way to convince them. Anyway, after some discussions they came to the conclusion that we could not use their swimming pool because of a 4-years old kid with us. Well, we never mentioned the use of any their facilities so didn't get the point at all. We were there for skiing and just wanted to do che checkin which was refused for the first 20 minutes. Next time we will try to be a little bit earlier for the checkin so we can have the possibility to talk to a manager in such cases.

breakfast is good. swimming pool is good. there are many indoor and outdoor activities. hiking with nice view and spiel platz, very friendly for family with children.

it is impossible to add extra bed for child over 2 years old. and you can't book the suite online. it is really inconvenient. suite price is far more higher than standard room, but just a roof more.

The room is nicely renovated and the beds are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean, spacious and the shower is amazing. The spa was an excellent way to relax with saunas and pools (mind that you do have to pay an extra fee to enter). Breakfast had a big variety of foods to choose from and it was all tasty.

Although the rooms are renovated inside, most of the building itself and the central facilities (hallway, aquadome etc.) are very outdated and in need of renovation. The place is highly family-oriented, there are many families with young children and the programs and facilities are centred around this. For couples, groups of friends or families with older children it is probably not the best choice to stay here.
