The property had great amenities and was near everything in town. It’s not right next to a parking spot so requires a big of extra work transporting luggage or groceries to the front door but everything else was exactly as expected. We had a great ski week!

We booked this for the room configuration and pool access. It was perfect for our group. I had asked that the two twins be made into a King, but that meant they were just pushed together and still made separately. Some lights flickered non stop and it’s dated but overall a cozy spot that met our needs.

I found check in fairly difficult and finding the property from their map was actually really frustrating. It wasn’t easy to find. we asked for it to be set up as 3 king beds and one of the rooms had twins…
It was a bit further out of town than I would’ve liked although it wasn’t mis-represented I just thought it’d be easier getting to town.
We were only given 2 keys for a place that was able to hold 6 people which made it really difficult to organize.
The place was fairly musty and the bathrooms were kind of gross and the warm water ran out fairly quickly.
The access to Sun Valley amenities were nice but it was too rainy/chilly to enjoy much of the amenities (and there weren’t exactly clear instructions).
Overall, I wish I would've stayed somewhere else.

Overall, we were pleased with the property. The biggest issue when we arrived was the TV, but that was semi resolved. However, the condo needs some work. Rug runners keep bucking, very HARD water, bath tub drains slowly, some furniture needs replacing, and bad lighting. All that said, I would stay there again.

We were thrilled with the location of this condo. Unfortunately, the interior was extremely dated, in dis-repair and not very comfortable at all. There are actually too many things the we were unhappy with to detail here. Additionally the property management company never provided a check in on us for supplies during our two week stay -- which added to our frustrations. I had to go drive to office myself to get toilet paper, paper towels and soap. We had a great time as a family, (can't go too wrong in this beautiful setting) however we decided to leave a day early because we were no longer comfortable in the condo. We will go back to the area, but certainly not this unit.

Family get away
The condo is in a great location with easy access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, bike trails/paths, Sun Valley village and Ketchum. The town and village had taken precautions for the Covid 19 situation and the trip was very enjoyable. Good restaurants in Ketchum, unfortunately not much open in the Village. The normal food stores/shops/restaurants in the village had closed down or consolidated in reaction to Covid.

Great locations needs total remodelation
The property is well located very close to Dollar Mountain Ski School. It was very clean and nice development. Unfortunately, it needs a total new look, is very old. The kitchen is ugly, the furniture is outdated and old in general. If you are looking for new and modern this is not it!

Walking distance to the Sun Valley pavilion, the community school, the ice rink, etc. Loved the amenities too.
