Loved my stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom fully equipped home in Fountain Hills. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful and private pool and backyard. I really appreciated the Peloton since it was August and too hot to hike or run outside, but can’t wait to come back and stay when hiking and running is possible. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, all I needed for a wonderful stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The breathtaking views were stunning, and the beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The property was equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Matt, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our questions, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

A great short stay in a beautiful home that met all our needs. Matt was great with communication. Although we used it limitedly, the pool was a nice bonus and was a decent size. Good location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We have been coming to Arizona for years now. This was by far our best rental we have ever had. Matt even went as far as to help us surprise my husband for his birthday on the day that we arrived. Accommodations are insanely clean and he has literally anything you might need to cook, clean or use. Also, everything is close to you: pizza, dinner out, breakfast, ice cream, coffee and hiking. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood is so very quiet. The pool is perfect and you can stay on the porch and watch the kids so easily. If you like getting up and walking or running the neighborhood this is absolute perfection. I can’t say enough amazing things about Matt and his property. You have to book this! You won’t regret it.

We thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional property for 3 wonderful days! The beautiful pool & multiple outdoor spaces meant we spent lots of time outside in the fresh air, both in the sun & in the shade. The home is in a lovely neighborhood & we walked different directions everyday - amazing desert views! We were amazed by the beauty, the peacefulness, & the comfort & variety of seating options. The pool, the shaded deck, the breezeway… simply the best!
The indoors is also great! Convenient & well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting spaces, we loved it all.
Matt has made this home perfect for VRBO renters! It’s spotlessly clean, has every conceivable thing you may need, & checkin & communication were a breeze. We are now staying at another property that a friend is renting & we are shocked at the contrast of what they DON’T have. We so appreciate the thought & care Matt has taken in making this home a renter’s delight. We felt very well cared for.

Perfect house just a short drive from Phoenix. Great location in the hills that is very well maintained. We had a great stay and communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temprapedic mattresses.

We had a great visit to see family in Arizona and enjoyed staying at Matt’s beautiful home in Fountain Hills. The house was clean and well equipped with everything. Communication with Matt was quick and easy. The views from every direction in the house are spectacular. My teenage kids also enjoyed the games and puzzles, which helped to really make it feel like home. Thank you, Matt for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay there again and you recommend highly to others.

Great property. Clean, well maintained a lot of amenities you come to expect. Owner/Manager was very attentive and easy to work with. Type of place you can enjoy an extended stay(month or more, well stocked kitchen etc.)

My family which includes two octogenarians, enjoyed the views, location, and comfort of this HOME. It was clean, cozy, and not much was expected of us to check in or out. You can even see the fountain from the front of the house. Only wish we would have used more of the many amenities, like the grills and pool. My grandmother is using a cane and had no problem getting around. We really enjoyed the balcony and backyard. We took scenic family pictures out there in the day and enjoyed some star gazing at night. Really appreciate the stay Matt and Sue, thank you.

Absolutely love this property. Spacious home with pool and views in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Where to start.....well, communication with the host was clear and timely. We had no problems finding the house or accessing. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay; the kitchen lacks nothing if you care to cook at home- which we did. I only wish we could have stayed longer so I could have made a cake for us to enjoy- or cookies for that matter- both could have been baked easily. BBQ available and the pool was enjoyed by all. Late October brings nice warm days and cooler evenings. Every bedroom was comfortable with extra linens/towels/blankets/pillows if needed. We love the location. Close to the town of Fountain Hills but also a short drove to Scottsdale and Phoenix. TV, Peloton bike, games all available. I would say that this is a place will keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for opening your home to us; your hospitality was much appreciated.

This was the best VRBO house we have stayed in from Oregon, to Cali to Texas to Arizona. Wonderful view, extemely comfortable and an Outstanding host in Matt! We hope to come back soon and often!!! It is a groovy place to stay!!!

The property is just as advertised. The views are even better in person. The accommodations had everything we needed. The location is great. It was very easy for us to get to Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Beautiful scenery along the way. It is a very nice city. Quiet and beautiful. Plenty of grocery stores, etc. We stayed at the start of the COVID-19 restrictions, but we were still able to golf and find what we needed. Having to stay put was not a problem as the house is very nice and the outdoor areas very private and breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to stay again in the future. Matt was very easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

We have been renting vacation homes through VRBO, Airbnb and local real estate agencies for 20 years. Sometimes one finds a place has not been kept up or perhaps the location not so great. So we do a lot of homework to find 'newer' or 'recently renovated' properties and look closely at maps. This property did not disappoint. The décor, cleanliness, amenities, peacefulness and communication with the owner all good, great even. We enjoyed this home immensely, and would stay again when in Fountain Hills.

We planned a family get together and the property was in a perfect location with amazing views and sunsets. We enjoyed using the oversized grill for a barbeque and the pool was perfect. Lots to do and see in a tranquil area. Plenty to do and lots of shopping. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable- we would definitely do this again!
