Cada habitación ha sido diseñada en colores únicos y relajantes. ¡Nada le quita al océano Atlántico con todos sus colores cambiantes de océano y cielo!
Nuestra casa está configurada con un plano de planta inverso para maximizar la vista: las puertas de triple cubierta, las ventanas y el ventanal permiten vistas desde muchos lados. La sala de estar principal en el piso superior incluye el cómodo sofá seccional con sillones reclinables, el área de comedor para 8 más 4 en el bar de la cocina y la cocina totalmente equipada con un hermoso delantal de cobre y encimeras de granito. Una habitación queen con vista al mar y baño con tocador de granito y lavabo de cobre, además de la combinación de bañera / ducha también se encuentran en este piso.
El piso medio alberga el dormitorio principal frente al mar con baño en suite completo con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada, tocador de granito doble con lavabos de cobre.
Hay otros 2 dormitorios en este piso, uno con dos camas individuales y otro con una cama queen. Cada habitación tiene vista al mar. Otro baño está en este piso con tocador de granito y fregadero de cobre, más combinación de bañera / ducha.
El primer piso tiene nuestro acogedor vestíbulo, lavadora y secadora de alta eficiencia en su propio armario y quinto dormitorio con cama individual y sofá cama doble.
Cada una de nuestras dos cubiertas frente al mar tiene una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. La cubierta superior fuera de la sala de estar principal también tiene 2 balancines y 2 sillones, además de una sombrilla para el comedor. La segunda cubierta fuera del dormitorio principal frente al mar también tiene un maravilloso balancín para sentarse y mirar las olas y sentir la brisa del océano, ¡tan acogedor!
¿Mencionamos el área de ducha al aire libre frente al mar, como ninguna otra! Tenemos una sala de estar con 2 balancines, y un área de jardín de flores única, ¡además puedes escuchar las olas del océano mientras te duchas! Gran lugar para limpiar después de salir de la playa. (lavado de pies disponible en la pasarela privada también)
Como somos un dúplex, tenemos estacionamiento designado para 4-5 automóviles (garaje para un automóvil). La parrilla de carbón, las sillas de playa y los juguetes de playa para niños también se almacenan aquí para su uso.
Cada habitación tiene una televisión de pantalla plana vía satélite. La sala de estar principal tiene 46 "TV vía satélite y reproductor de VCR / DVD. También tenemos Netflix y Amazon disponibles para nuestros huéspedes también. WiFi gratuito está instalado para su uso también.
Estamos ubicados directamente en el Océano Atlántico con espectaculares vistas de amaneceres en el este y puestas de sol en el oeste. My family and I had a magnificent time! The property was beautifully decorated and the beach was perfect! Everyone loved their rooms and the jacuzzi tub was a big hit!

It was absolute fantastic beach trip. First time we stayed on the beach front, and we are spoiled. The house was perfect for our family and very clean. Debby and I discovered that she knows my family that live in the area. It was like we’re family. So much fun. Kids want to come back there. Me too.

This was a great house! We had the grandkids (5 & 8 yrs old), our grown kids, and us (7 people total). The house was exactly as described. Our host was great with communications and check in/out. All appliances worked perfectly, furniture and beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean when we checked in. On day one the hot water heater started leaking; we called the host, and it was repaired that same day while we were away so no issue at all…very responsive. View from upper floors was spectacular. A/C worked great and kept the house very cool even though it was +93F all week.
We would definately rent this house again…just wish it had an elevator. Thanks for a great family vacation and memories!

Great house. Has everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to kids toys and plates/cookware.
Everyone’s had multiple pillows and covers. House was a bit sandy but that’s expected of a beach house.
One of the pull out sofa was broken but the owner even gave us a discount.

Well organized. We appreciated that there was a reasonable amount of "stuff"- a great puzzle, spices left behind by others- and yet a completely cleaned out pantry and fridge to move into. Thanks for the personalized touch when we arrived!

Non-commercial area; we felt like we had our own private beach. The view was spectacular! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and extracurricular activities. Kids enjoyed the ocean and collected quite a haul of pretty seashells. Fishing off the pier was great fun. Debby was easy to reach and responded promptly to our inquiries. Treasured memories!

We had a lovely family vacation at this beautiful home. The house is centrally located on the island, easily within walking distance of shopping and dining. Right on the beach, perfect for a quick trip back if a small person forgot a toy or needed a snack.
When packing for your trip, just bring yourself, your bathing suit, and a towel. The house has everything else you'll need!

Debby was a gracious and welcoming host. Property was clean and updated with new flooring though out the house. House had newer appliances and and was well maintained. Great location and plenty of room for the family.

Vacation 2022
This is the first time we have visited Emerald Isle. The entire vacation was perfect. The house, which was just as described, was beautiful. It was extremely clean and everything needed for our trip was supplied. Debby, the host was very helpful. She told us about the house, the area and good places to eat. We had a blast. We do plan to return sometime and hope to be able to stay here again. Recommend this place to anyone. IT IS GREAT!!!

Wonderful property and owner!
Our family/ friend group rented both East and West sides of this property the same week so that we could all vacation together at Emerald Isle, our absolute favorite beach spot! This arrangement suited our needs perfectly for our group of adults, young adults and 3 children 5 and under. Property was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals each night. Short boardwalk to beach is perfect and this area of beach was very uncrowded. Sunrises and sunsets are visible from the porch which is amazing! Debby, the owner was amazing to work with and very responsive both before and during our stay and even greeted us when we arrived with a tour of the property. If I could give this property more stars, I would. We had an amazing vacation and made memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful home, right on the beach and great location! Home owner was very welcoming and kind and very prompt with any questions we had! I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it! House was perfect for our family getaway and the view was stunning!

Emerald Isle stay
We had a lovely time in Emerald Isle. Everything described in the listing was accurate. The view and ease to get to the beach was perfect. The property location was close enough to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. We would go back some day!

Excellent location and easy to use property
Easy rental, host was very very kind and even left us brownies. The house is situated over three floors with outdoor deck area on each floor. There were some nails in decking that were a bit sharp and a little splintering on decking, but nothing that caused problems for us, could on a little tike though. The house was great,well maintained yet casual enough to be comfortable. We felt it was kept very clean and the bedding was very clean. The carpet is cream, so you see minor wear and tear, but it is the beach so who cares. In general there was plenty of kitchen space and pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc to make meals and eat easily. Handrails on stairs were sturdy if anyone has an issue. Bathrooms were good, showers were nice (loved the outdoor shower!) We will likely return to the property unless we grow in number. We had 9 full sized people and we just fit.

Family vacation 2021
The location and proximity to the beach was great. The house was big enough for our group of 8. Would have been nice to have a 4th bathroom but we made due with 3. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage for our use and boogie boards for the kids. Plenty of parking space which made things easier. Carpeting on stairs and living room was worn and stained but as clean as could be.

Delightful 4th of July Family Beach Week
We had a great time at Emerald Isle gathered with family and staying in this beautiful beach home! The views were fabulous and the home was cheerful, very comfortable and well equipped! The owner was a pleasure to work with from booking to recommendations within the area. Parking was easy as we had 3 vehicles with us. We would all enjoy to return to this home again!

FAMILY GETAWAY
To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. The home was beautifully appointed and the view of the ocean from the upper deck and the master bedroom was breathtaking. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and it was incredible. And Debby was a most gracious host. She made us feel right at home. I just want to thank her for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home and make this family getaway an incredible memory. To quote MacArthur "We Shall Return."

Great getaway
House was set up great- very comfy beds, very clean and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you need for a getaway. The views are the best- pics don’t show how great those were. Host was very attentive to needs and had great advice. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation with my family. The stairs are a killer but after a few days it was no problem! I loved the outdoor shower. Coming in after the beach it was great having it right there.

Great home!
The home was clean, check in was easy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds were comfortable. The home is right on the beach with great views. Debby and Charley are wonderful! We had an issue with the tv in the family room not working upon arrival and contacted them and they promptly came to fix and ultimately replaced the tv. We had the opportunity to spend a little time talking with them, and they made us feel so welcome in their home. Would definitely recommend this rental!!

Relaxing COVID getaway
We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Debby and Charlie's home on Emerald Isle. It was the perfect place to get away during COVID. The uncrowded beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand, and the home is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and the responsive hosts.

Perfect Home for Family Vacation
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach front home! It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Enjoyed every morning drinking coffee on the deck. The outdoor shower was wonderful as well! This was my first time booking with VRBO and Debby was wonderful to deal with and put me at ease. I would certainly stay here again!

Nothing like beachfront!
Wonderful beachfront house with great location near pier and restaurants. Is away from public beach access so the beach in front of the house was never crowded.
Had trouble with one of the TV's and the owners came over to fix immediately. Could not have been more happy with our stay!

40th Birthday!!
We stayed at this gorgeous residence for my wife's 40th Birthday. The house was amazing. Her best friends were able to accompany us and it turned out to be better than we imagined. The home is absolutely perfect for a week-long getaway.
Debby was extremely easy to communicate with and even made brownies for my wife to enjoy upon checking in.

Family vacation!
Us, our children and grand children all met here for a week after quarantine! What a special time and the house was perfect!! Especially loved the outdoor shower! Beautiful views and had everything we needed! Within biking and walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Would definitely recommend. Debbie was an excellent host!!

What a wonderful time together at the beach!
Debby was amazing and agreed to the rental long before it was actually available. She truly treated us like friends and even had homemade brownies for us on arrival. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Week. Wonderful Hostess
We had a great week at the beach. The location was perfect. Lots of small & personal touches made this stay wonderful. (Brownies were amazing!) Debby was wonderful to work with and super quick to respond to any messages I sent. The only con I’d list would be the decking has some nail pops and is tough on bare feet...so just keep your flops on the deck. Would definitely recommend & return.

Best house we've ever stayed in!
I'm 76 and no longer a beach goer but I had a beautiful view of the beach from a comfy recliner (one of 2) in the living room and thoroughly enjoyed reading and crocheting in comfort. The master bath was big, attractive and had a jacuzzi with an ocean view. There were many personal touches that told us that the owners cared about our stay. Delicious brownies were waiting for us and we had a chance to meet the owners as we were leaving. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. There were beach chairs for our use and a box of beach toys for the kids to play with during the week. Beautiful home, beautiful people. Thank you!
