Security was helpful.

Dishwasher had leaked all over the floor when I arrived. I had to clean it up. I had never used it. I didn't like finding I had to get keys far from the lodge.

Garage door was broken, no access to covered parking. Sink in the bathroom leaked water when cold water was turned on. Balcony door sticks to the point we thought we had been locked out.

There was no breakfast faciliities

The checkin instructions were not given. Has to find a security guard to help us. Instructions sholuld have been given up front. This is unacceptable

Shower curtain mildew and gross Mounted hair dryer didn’t work though a spare was in drawer Room very tight compared to other 1 bdrm units we have stayed in that building King mattress terrible. Back hurt all week Cheap mattress w poor support Ripped comforter for sofa bed

Location and comfort

Location, ski in/out awesome worth it 100% with parking in/out in garage,view on ski slopes, staff and managment, it was my 2nd stay in Tucker this year in covid age..... werry recomendet for ski/winter.

We did not had fresh new towels upon our arriwal, staff/managment fix it right away in 10 min time line,after one simple phone call.... great job guys!!!

The office was on the opposite side of the complex. Need a GPS link to locate the office where the key is located.

Need better written instructions where the trash dumpster was located.
